Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a camera shake correction apparatus for obtaining a clear image, and an electronic apparatus in which the camera is incorporated, in a digital camera, a mobile phone with a camera function, a video camera, and the like, without the influence of camera shake.
The phenomenon called camera shake that occurs when taking a picture is the result of the camera moving and tilting the optical axis of the lens from the direction of the object to be captured when the shutter (release button) is pressed and the iris is opened and closed. Although it is a focal point, this is a phenomenon that the captured image is blurred. In order to reduce the deterioration of the image due to such a camera shake, various means have been proposed.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a camera shake correction technique (a camera shake correction technique that detects that a camera has been moved by a gyro sensor and shifts a lens so that a subject image is formed at the same position as when a camera shake does not occur on the image sensor. Lens shift system) is disclosed. Patent Document 2 discloses a camera shake correction technique (sensor shift method) that shifts an image sensor instead of the above-described lens. Further, Patent Document 3 discloses a camera shake correction technique for shifting a lens and an image sensor as a unit.
However, any of the lens shift type and sensor shift type image stabilization devices disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 described above uses a position sensor of the lens or the imaging sensor in order to control the movement of the lens or the imaging sensor. In addition to the sensor for detecting the shake (tilt) of the camera body, it is necessary to install it separately. For this reason, not only is the control complicated, but the number of sensors to be mounted increases, and it is difficult to reduce the size of the camera shake prevention device. In addition, every time the specification of the lens or the image sensor is changed, it is necessary to change the movement amount thereof, and there is a problem that the mass production efficiency is poor.
Further, in the lens shift type optical camera shake correction, there is a problem that optical design is difficult because the optical axis is changed by moving the lens. In addition, problems such as lens aberration are likely to occur, and the optical performance of the lens tends to be low. On the other hand, in the case of a sensor shift type image stabilization device, although there is no deterioration of the optical system, the positional relationship between the optical system parts and the image sensor changes, so that it is easily affected by mechanical accuracy such as backlash. There is.
In addition, in the camera shake correction device that shifts the lens and the image sensor integrally disclosed in Patent Document 3, an outer frame, an inner frame, and an inner frame in which the camera module including the lens and the image sensor is fixed are provided. The orientation of the camera module is controlled by adjusting the relation between the outer frame and the inner frame around the vertical axis and the relation between the inner frame and the inner frame around the horizontal axis. Therefore, the structure becomes complicated and the control becomes complicated. In addition, since a large number of parts including the outer frame, the middle frame, and the inner frame are required, the weight of the camera shake correction device also increases, and the driving device requires a large driving force. Furthermore, since the device is complicated, it is difficult to reduce the size of the device.
Further, when a large impact is applied to the camera due to dropping or the like, there is a possibility that parts for transmitting the driving force generated by the actuator to the lens or the image sensor are deformed or damaged. However, in order to prevent this problem, if a component having a strength that can withstand an impact is used, it becomes an obstacle to miniaturization and weight reduction of the camera.
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object thereof is to provide a camera shake correction device and an electronic apparatus having a simple structure and high impact resistance.

Hereinafter, a camera shake correction apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The camera shake correction apparatus according to the present invention is incorporated in an electronic apparatus having an imaging function such as a digital camera, a mobile phone with a camera function, and a video camera. In the present embodiment, as an example of such an electronic apparatus, a case will be described in which the camera shake correction device according to the present invention is disposed in a housing of a digital camera.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the camera shake correction apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment includes a
The fixed
As shown in FIG. 2, the fixed
The two driving
The stepping
Although the rotation of the
The
A specific position detection process for the
As described above, the relationship between the
Next, the
Next, the connecting
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Here, materials used as the
Further, when the camera receives an external force such as an impact received when it falls and hits the ground, for example, when receiving an external force in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 5C, the
Examples of the material of the
The
As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 4, the
The shake detection unit detects a shake amount of the camera, and includes, for example, an X-axis angular velocity sensor that detects an angular velocity around the X axis shown in FIG. 1 and a Y-axis angular velocity sensor that detects an angular velocity around the Y axis. Is done. The shake detection unit is attached to the fixed
The control unit controls the stepping
Next, the operation of the camera shake correction apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment configured as described above will be described. Immediately after the aperture is opened by the photographer pressing the shutter, for example, when the camera tilts around the X axis, the lens optical axis tilts in the same manner. Then, the X-axis angular velocity sensor of the shake detection unit detects the angular velocity around the X-axis. The detected angular velocity is output to a control unit attached to the camera. The control unit calculates a shake amount that is a rotation angle of the camera around the X axis from the detected angular velocity.
Next, the operation when the camera shake correction apparatus according to the present embodiment configured as described above receives an impact from the outside will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 5B is a cross-sectional view during normal use in which the camera is not subjected to external force due to impact or the like. In this state, as described above, the stepping
Further, as shown in FIG. 5C, when the camera receives an upward external force due to an impact or the like, the
As described above, in the camera shake correction device 1 according to the present embodiment, when the
Further, the
In addition, since the
Further, since the rotation about the X axis and the rotation about the Y axis are performed by synthesizing the driving forces of the two stepping
Further, the
Further, the camera shake correction apparatus 1 according to the present embodiment uses
Further, since the stepping
In addition, since the
Further, by providing the
In addition, this invention is not limited to said embodiment, A various deformation | transformation and application are possible. For example, in the present embodiment, the
Further, in the present embodiment, in the state where the
