Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lens unit formed by mounting an optical lens arranged facing a light source in an opening of a housing, and an illumination device including the lens unit.
In recent years, lighting devices such as vehicular headlamps and outdoor lighting lamps have been changed from those using a high-intensity lamp such as a xenon lamp or sodium lamp as a light source to those using a long-life and low-power consumption LED as a light source. Replacement is progressing.
By the way, an LED lighting device using an LED as a light source includes a lens unit in which an optical lens arranged facing an LED as a light source is mounted on an opening of a housing, and controls light distribution from the LED. As the optical lens to be used, a dedicated lens optically designed according to the application of the LED lighting device has been used.
However, in the conventional LED lighting device, an optical lens that is optically designed according to the purpose of use is used, and the optical lens is fixed and cannot be replaced. Therefore, a large change of the lens unit according to the purpose of use is made. Or there was a problem that diversion of the lamp itself was impossible. Such a problem is particularly noticeable for lamps that are outdoor equipment lighting and are set to be waterproof and dustproof.

Accordingly, the first object of the present invention is to provide a lens unit that can easily obtain a desired light distribution by exchanging only the optical lens according to the application and can improve the moldability. And providing an illumination device including the same.

Therefore, in the LED whose life and output change depending on the temperature, there is a cooling structure for driving the temperature stably and lower. It is an important development issue.
Accordingly, a second object of the present invention is to provide an illuminating device that can achieve high output and improved durability by forced water cooling of the light source unit.

The invention according to
According to the first to third aspects of the present invention, the optical lens of the lens unit is configured separately from the lens frame attached to the opening of the housing, and the optical lens is detachably fixed to the lens frame. The desired light distribution can be easily obtained by exchanging only the optical lens according to the application. In addition, since the optical lens and the lens frame for fixing the optical lens can be separately molded, the moldability of the lens unit is improved.
According to the invention of
According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, with the height adjusting spacer interposed between the optical lens and the lens frame, the fitting convex portion of the optical lens is fitted into the fitting hole of the lens frame. According to the seventh aspect of the present invention, in the water cooling unit, the cooling water circulates in the closed loop by the circulation pump, and the light source unit is forcibly cooled by the cooling water flowing through the water cooling jacket, so that the temperature rise of the light source unit is suppressed. The output of the LED lighting device can be increased, and the temperature rise of the housing can be suppressed to improve the durability. The cooling water, which has received heat from the light source unit in the water cooling jacket and has risen in temperature, is cooled by heat exchange with the cooling air that is introduced into the housing and passes through the radiator, and is then supplied to the water cooling jacket to be supplied to the light cooling unit. When the cooling water is circulated in the closed loop and repeatedly cooled and dissipated in this way, the light source unit is continuously forced-water cooled to suppress the temperature rise.

As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the
In the present embodiment, the nine
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 8, the
By the way, the
Thus, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the
The
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, the
Here, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the outer diameter of the
Incidentally, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, a pipe (rubber hose) 29 rising upward from the
Thus, when the
However, in this embodiment, the
That is, the cooling water circulating through the circulation path by the
On the other hand, when the
Further, the cooling air introduced into the housing 2 (including the cooling air that has cooled the housing 2) is formed between the
The cooling water sucked into the
Thus, in the present embodiment, in the
In addition, a part of the cooling air introduced into the
Further, in the present embodiment, the lower surface of the
Incidentally, in the

In the present embodiment, the
As shown in FIG. 12, circular boss-like fitting

That is, as shown in FIG. 11A, the
Further, in order to remove the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the
In this embodiment, the
Further, in the present embodiment, the
<
Next, a second embodiment of the structure for fixing the
16 is a partial sectional view of a lens
Also in the present embodiment, the
That is, as shown in FIG. 17, a circular boss-like fitting
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 16 and 18, the
Thus, each
That is, as shown in FIG. 16, a ring-shaped
Further, by adjusting the height of the
On the other hand, in order to remove the
As described above, also in this embodiment, the
In addition, according to the present embodiment, the
<
Next, a third embodiment of the structure for fixing the
19 is a partial cross-sectional view of a lens
Also in the present embodiment, the
As shown in FIG. 19, a circular boss-like fitting
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 20, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 20 (a),
Thus, each
That is, as shown in FIG. 19, the surface of the
In order to remove the
As described above, also in this embodiment, the
Further, according to the present embodiment, since the
