Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a rotary solenoid, and more particularly, to a rotary solenoid having a structure that can be easily downsized and is suitable for obtaining high torque.
The rotary solenoid generally has a configuration such as a coil, a fixed magnetic pole, a rotor, a permanent magnet, a stopper, and a shaft. In many cases, the rotor rotates until it is regulated by the stopper by the magnetic force generated when the coil is energized, and when the energization is stopped, the rotor is attracted to the permanent magnet and returned to the position before the energization. .
In such a rotary solenoid, various structures have been proposed in order to increase the torque. For example, in the rotary solenoid disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-172353, a pair of protrusions are provided at positions symmetrical with respect to the rotation axis of the fixed magnetic pole, and one of the pair of permanent magnets provided on the rotor is provided. The structure is provided so as to be shifted in the rotation direction and close to the fixed magnetic pole.
In other examples, since the shape of the fixed magnetic pole and the arrangement of the permanent magnets have a great influence on the torque, many improvements are made to the fixed magnetic pole and the permanent magnet.
However, in many cases, the improvement of the fixed magnetic pole cannot increase the torque sufficiently to increase the processing cost of the fixed magnetic pole and the permanent magnet provided therewith. Further, in the improvement in which complicated irregularities are added to the fixed magnetic pole, the arrangement space of the fixed magnetic pole is often increased, and there is a problem that it is difficult to reduce the size.
In order to solve the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a rotary solenoid that is easy to downsize and has a structure suitable for obtaining high torque.

The second
As described above, the first shaft constituting body 60 is interposed between the upper winding
8A and 8B are explanatory views of the upper reel part, where FIG. 8A is a plan view, FIG. 8B is a front view, FIG. 8C is a bottom view, FIG. It is a perspective view. In FIG. 8, 33a and 33b are end portions, 35 is a through hole, 35a is a large diameter portion, 35b is a small diameter portion, 36 is a stepped portion, 37a and 37b are protruding portions, 38a and 39b are screw holes, and 39 is a central portion. The other reference numerals are the same as those in FIG.
The coil bobbin of the
As will be described later, the

7A and 7B are cross-sectional explanatory views of the lower reel portion, where FIG. 7A is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB and FIG. 7B is a cross-sectional view taken along the line A-A. 42a is a concave portion, 45 is a bottom plate portion, 45a and 45b are end portions, 46 is a groove, 47 is a stepped portion, 48a is a large diameter portion, 48b is a small diameter portion, 49b is a screw hole, and other symbols are as in FIG. Indicates the same thing.
The lower winding
Further, as shown in FIG. 7A, the lower
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The first winding
In the first winding
Similarly to the first winding
Next, a method for forming the
First, as shown in FIG. 9A, the first shaft constituting body 60 is inserted through the internal fixed
Further, as shown in FIG. 10C, after winding the wire 27 a predetermined number of times, the wire is cut and the end portion is appropriately processed. In addition, it is also possible to wind as the 1st coil | winding
Thereby, four support parts are completed. Then, as shown in FIG. 11 (E), a
Next, energization to the
First, when the
Then, the force in the direction in which the right-handed screw advances with respect to the current flowing through the facing
In a state where the rotation is stopped, this time, when current is passed in the direction opposite to the
In addition, when rotating the upper winding
Further, fixed components of the
As shown in FIG. 1, the internal fixed
The
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the

As described above, in the
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described contents, and the details of the shape of the connection portion of the coil bobbin, the coil, or the structure support, the type of the metal wire to the coil bobbin, etc. Various modifications can be made without departing from the scope described in the section.
