Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a steam generator treatment method for dismantling a steam generator of a pressurized water nuclear power plant.
The steam generator of a pressurized water nuclear power plant includes a heat transfer tube group composed of a large number of heat transfer tubes bent in a U shape and having ends fixed to a tube plate, and surrounding the heat transfer tube group. A lower body part for supplying water to the surroundings and an upper body part for taking out steam above the heat transfer tube group and supplying it to a downstream side, for example, a steam turbine are provided.
A high-temperature coolant pressurized from the nuclear reactor flows inside the heat transfer tube and heats the heat transfer tube. The water separately supplied to the inside of the lower body comes into contact with the outer surface of the heat transfer tube, is heated, flows upward along the heat transfer tube while evaporating, and appears in the form of steam at the upper portion of the steam generator.
The steam generator is replaced with a new one as needed. In the old steam generator, since the coolant from the reactor passes through the water chamber and the heat transfer tube, the water chamber and the heat transfer tube contain radioactivity. At present, such a steam generator is stored as radioactive waste in a storage in the premises of a nuclear power plant (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
For example, the steam generator is large with an outer diameter of 4.5 m, a length (height) of 21 m, and a weight of 300 t. Necessary. In addition, since it is assumed that the number of steam generators to be stored in the future will increase, it will be necessary to prepare a larger storage, but it will be difficult to secure the location.
For this reason, it is considered to dismantle the steam generator, reduce the volume of radioactive waste, and dispose of it. In this case, it is important to dispose of heat transfer tubes and water chambers containing radioactivity.
For example, as shown in Patent Document 2, a heat transfer tube is crushed and cut into a predetermined length to reduce the storage space as radioactive waste.
In this state, the heat transfer tube group is positioned inside the body portion, and the heat transfer tube is cut at a portion close to the tube plate. The top end portion of the upper body is opened, and a rolling roll device and a press device are installed in the opening. One heat transfer tube is drawn by a drawing device, pre-compressed by a rolling roll device, and then crushed by a pressing device. The crushed heat transfer tube is cut into a predetermined length by a cutting device and stored in a storage box.
It is also considered that the steam generator is disassembled horizontally and the exposed heat transfer tube is cut with a grindstone having a low cutting resistance to reduce the storage capacity as a pipe having a predetermined length. In this case, the inside of the heat transfer tube is decontaminated (or stored for a predetermined number of years) as necessary so that workers can approach it, so that the radioactivity falls within an allowable range.
By the way, thousands of heat transfer tubes are provided in one steam generator, and are formed of a high-strength material.
The thing shown by patent document 2 requires a large-sized rolling roll apparatus and press apparatus for crushing a heat exchanger tube, and requires an expensive and wide space. Further, since the heat transfer tube that is difficult to deform is crushed, the work time is increased, and the work cost is increased.
Furthermore, since the work is performed in a state where the heat transfer tube group is positioned inside the trunk portion, it is difficult to perform a cutting operation for separating the heat transfer tube from the tube plate and a drawing operation by the drawing device. Since no concrete means are shown for these, implementation is considered difficult.
In the case of grinding wheel cutting, wear of the grinding wheel accompanying cutting is unavoidable, and since it is a large number and high strength material, a large number of grinding wheels are required. Since the time for exchanging the grindstone increases, the operation cost becomes expensive. Further, there is a demand for reliable and easy-to-process recovery of the cut heat transfer tube.
In view of such circumstances, the present invention provides a method for treating a steam generator having a heat transfer tube cutting step that can shorten the work time and can recover the cut heat transfer tube reliably and easily. The purpose is to provide.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following means.
That is, according to one aspect of the present invention, a steam generator of a pressurized water nuclear power plant having a large number of heat transfer tubes supported by a plurality of tube support plates arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction is disassembled in a horizontal state. A method for processing a steam generator to be processed, wherein each of the heat transfer tubes located between adjacent tube support plates is exposed and laser-cut at at least a position in the vicinity of the tube support plates on both sides. The heat transfer tube cutting step includes a cutting step, and the heat transfer tube cutting step is a processing method for a steam generator in which the heat transfer tube located at the lowest position relative to the heat transfer tubes arranged in the vertical direction is cut.
According to this aspect, each heat transfer tube located between adjacent tube support plates is laser-cut at a position near the tube support plates on both sides by the laser light in an exposed state. Each cut heat transfer tube falls downward due to its own weight. As described above, since laser cutting with low replacement frequency of consumables is used, the replacement time of the consumables during the cutting work is reduced, and the cutting work time can be shortened.
In the heat transfer tube cutting step, the heat transfer tube located at the lowest position with respect to the heat transfer tubes arranged in the vertical direction is cut, so that there is no heat transfer tube that obstructs the drop below the heat transfer tube to be cut. In this way, since there is no heat transfer tube that hinders the drop, the cut heat transfer tube can be reliably dropped downward.
In the said aspect, it is preferable that the laser cutting in the position near the said tube support plate in the said heat exchanger tube cutting process is cut | disconnected by the said tube support plate side rather than the said tube support plate side edge part of a laser head.
Each time the laser head cuts the heat transfer tube on the center side, it moves away from the tube support plate in order to avoid interference between the tip of the heat transfer tube (hereinafter referred to as stub) left on the tube support plate side and the laser head. When moving in the direction, when cutting a large number of heat transfer tubes in the laser head traveling direction, such as a heat transfer tube of a steam generator, the laser heads on both sides may come into contact with each other and may not be cut. Also, if the stub becomes long, if the heat transfer tube located above the heat transfer tube is cut, the cut heat transfer tube is obstructed by the stub and prevented from falling, or falls outside the planned range and collected There is a risk that work will be required.
In this aspect, since the laser cutting at the position near the tube support plate is performed on the tube support plate side rather than the tube support plate side end portion of the laser head, the tip position of the heat transfer tube left uncut on the tube support plate side Does not hinder the progress of the laser head.
As a result, the above-described problems can be solved, the heat transfer tube can be reliably cut into a predetermined length, and dropped downward.
In order to make the laser cutting position near the tube support plate closer to the tube support plate than the tube support plate side end of the laser head, for example, the laser head is positioned on the tube support plate side on the laser beam irradiation side. The laser optical system may be devised so that the optical axis of the laser beam is displaced toward the tube support plate.
In the said aspect, it is preferable that the said heat exchanger tube cutting process is performed in multiple places in parallel.
Thus, since the heat transfer tube cutting process is performed at a plurality of locations in parallel, the cutting work time can be shortened. In other words, the cutting operation can be performed efficiently.
In this case, in consideration of cutting from the lower heat transfer tube and dropping the cut heat transfer tube downward, it is preferable to perform the heat transfer tube cutting step from two locations on both sides.
In the said aspect, it is preferable to set it as the structure which accommodates the said heat exchanger tube in the storage container arrange | positioned under the said heat exchanger tube cut | disconnected in the said heat exchanger tube cutting process.
Since the heat transfer tube cut in the heat transfer tube cutting step surely falls downward, it can be stored in a storage container arranged below the heat transfer tube to be cut. When the storage container is used for storage, the storage work in the storage container can be omitted, so that the operation time can be further shortened.
In the said structure, it is preferable to set it as the structure which aligns the said heat exchanger tube accommodated by vibrating the said storage container.
If it does in this way, since the storage efficiency to a storage container can be improved, a storage volume can be reduced and a volume reduction rate can be improved.
In the said structure, it is preferable to display that the predetermined amount of cut | disconnected said heat exchanger tubes were accommodated in the said storage container.
If a predetermined amount of heat transfer tubes are stored in the storage container, the worker can interrupt the cutting operation and replace the storage container with a new one. Note that the predetermined amount may be the number of heat transfer tubes accommodated, or may be the total weight.
As described above, since the replacement time of the storage container can be easily determined, a predetermined amount of the heat transfer tube can be stored in the storage container.
The display may be an audio display, a visual display, or a tactile display.
In the heat transfer tube cutting step according to the above aspect, it is preferable that the heat transfer tube is laser cut at least at one position at an intermediate position between the tube support plates before being laser cut at a position near the tube support plate.
Thus, since the heat transfer tube is laser cut at an intermediate position between the tube support plates and then laser cut at a position near the tube support plates on both sides, the length of the cut heat transfer tube is determined by the tube support. It can be shortened compared with what is cut | disconnected only in the vicinity position of a board. Thereby, the storage efficiency of the cut heat transfer tube in the storage container can be improved, and the storage volume of the heat transfer tube can be reduced, so that the volume reduction rate can be improved.
For example, if laser cutting is performed at a position near the tube support plates on both sides after laser cutting at one position between the tube support plates, the heat transfer tubes between adjacent tube support plates are divided into two. Will be disconnected.
In addition, if laser cutting is performed at a position near the tube support plates on both sides after laser cutting at two positions at an intermediate position between the tube support plates, the heat transfer tube between adjacent tube support plates is divided into three pieces. Will be disconnected. In this case, since the length of the heat transfer tube at the intermediate position to be cut first is smaller than the interval between the two stumps located below, the heat transfer tube can be reliably dropped downward without being affected by the stumps. Since the heat transfer tubes on both sides to be cut next have a small length, they can be surely dropped downward.
In the above aspect, in the heat transfer tube cutting step, the heat transfer tube cut on both sides is preferably configured to be inclined and cut so that the length along the axis gradually increases from the upper side to the lower side.
If it does in this way, since it will fall easily, the cut heat exchanger tube can be reliably dropped below.
Note that the inclination of the inclined cutting may be formed in a straight line or a curved line.
In the above configuration, the inclined cutting is preferably performed so that the cutting width increases toward the lower side.
If it does in this way, since it will become easier to fall, the cut heat exchanger tube can be certainly dropped below.
In the above aspect, it is preferable that the cutting width of the cutting portion of the heat transfer tube is wide on the laser head side and narrow on the side opposite to the laser head.
In this way, dross and spatter generated when cutting the laser head side of the heat transfer tube can be attached to the inner surface of the heat transfer tube. Since the cutting width of the heat transfer tube on the side opposite to the laser head is narrow, the generated dross and spatter can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to suppress the influence of scattering of dross and spatter generated during cutting. For example, it is possible to suppress the fear that a heat transfer tube that has been cut and joined with adjacent heat transfer tubes will not fall.
According to the present invention, since the laser cutting with a low replacement frequency of the consumables is used, the replacement time of the consumables during the cutting work is reduced, and the cutting work time can be shortened.
In the heat transfer tube cutting step, the heat transfer tube located at the lowermost position with respect to the heat transfer tubes arranged in the vertical direction is cut, so that the cut heat transfer tube can be reliably dropped downward.

Since the cutting operation by the laser heads 61 on both sides is the same, the cutting operation on one side will be described here.

By repeating this to the center, the cutting work at the place is completed.
Thus, the cutting work is performed in parallel from both sides, so that the cutting work time can be shortened. In other words, the cutting operation can be performed efficiently.

Subsequently, the cutting process of the

In the present embodiment, the

Since the
