Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle carrier support device that supports a carrier, etc., on a vehicle body or the like while suppressing vibration or the like.

In recent years, it has been desired to improve the transportation quality of goods sensitive to vibrations such as precision machinery. From this viewpoint, springs and air springs are provided between the vehicle frame and the loading platform. Patent Literature 1 and Patent Literature 2 have proposed that intervene.

Further, in Patent Document 3, an air spring is provided between the vehicle frame and the loading platform, the support height can be kept constant even when the load is changed, and the spring constant can be kept low. There has been proposed a vibration damping support device that can perform positioning in the horizontal direction.

特開2001−271873号公報JP 2001-271873 A 実開昭57−154575号公報Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 57-154575 特開2006−105223号公報JP 2006-105223 A

However, those described in Patent Documents 1 to 3 do not sufficiently take into account the specific state during transportation of the article loaded on the loading platform, and are affected by vibration depending on the article to be transported. As a result, damage or the like may occur and the product value may be reduced.
In addition, those described in Patent Documents 1 to 3 require relatively complicated and expensive components such as springs, shock absorbers, lateral rods, air springs, etc., and it is difficult to reduce product costs and installation man-hours. There are also actual situations such as many restrictions on space.

In view of such circumstances, the applicant of the present application disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2008-54304 a vehicle carrier support structure for supporting a cargo bed on a vehicle frame, between the vehicle frame and the cargo bed. In addition, the elastic element is interposed, and the elastic element reduces the vibration of the loading platform in the frequency range of at least 10 Hz to 30 Hz as compared with the case where the elastic element is not interposed. A load carrier support structure was proposed.

The present inventors have continued various research experiments, and as a result, have obtained new knowledge about further modifications and improvements to the structure and apparatus proposed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2008-54304.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and it is possible to avoid the detachment of the cargo bed etc. from the vehicle while being easy to mount and the like with a simple and inexpensive configuration, and the cargo bed etc. is vibrated to the vehicle body etc. It is an object of the present invention to provide a vehicle carrier support device that can support the vehicle while suppressing the above-described problem.

For this reason, the vehicle carrier support device according to the present invention includes:
A vehicle carrier support device for supporting a carrier on a frame of a vehicle,
A frame side member attached to the frame of the vehicle, and a cargo bed side member attached to a fixing member that is substantially integrated with the cargo bed, and includes an elastic element interposed between the frame side member,
A detachment prevention mechanism is provided that restricts movement of the fixing member beyond a predetermined distance in a direction away from the vehicle frame while allowing vibration in the normal use range by the elastic element.

In the present invention, the detachment prevention mechanism includes a detachment prevention member that surrounds at least a part of the periphery of the fixing member with a predetermined gap and is attached to the frame substantially integrally. It can be.

In the present invention, the separation preventing member may include a wire.

In the present invention, the elastic element may be divided into a plurality of parts in the vehicle front-rear direction.

According to the present invention, with a simple and inexpensive configuration and easy installation, it is possible to avoid detachment of the loading platform from the vehicle and to support the loading platform etc. on the vehicle body while suppressing vibration and the like. It is possible to provide a vehicle carrier support device that can perform the above-described operation.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The present invention is not limited to the examples described below.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the vehicle carrier support structure and apparatus according to the first embodiment has a mounting 2 mounted on a body frame 1 of a transportation vehicle, for example, and this mounting 2 is a view of a rubber element 2A. 1 is attached to the vehicle body frame 1 by a fixing bolt 3, a fixing member 4, and the like via a lower plate 2B that engages with the lower side in the middle. For example, as shown in FIG. 1, at least two mountings 2 can be provided in the vehicle front-rear direction of the left and right frames 1 that extend in the vehicle front-rear direction.

A vertical joist (fixing member) 6 made of wood or the like is placed along the frame 1 on the upper plate 2C that engages with the upper side in FIG. 1 of the rubber element (elastic element) 2A that is a component of the mounting 2. The upper plate 2C and the vertical joist 6 are fastened and fixed via a fixing member 7, fixing bolts 8 and the like.
The vertical joist 6 is mounted with a horizontal joist (not shown) made of metal or the like extending in a direction intersecting the vertical joist 6, and a loading platform (not shown) is placed on the horizontal joist. Z)) is placed.

Here, according to the vehicle carrier support structure and apparatus according to the first embodiment provided with the mounting 2 as shown in FIG. 2, the carrier and the like can be attached to the vehicle body or the like with a simple and inexpensive configuration and easy installation. In addition, it is possible to provide a vehicle carrier support structure and device that can be supported while suppressing vibration and the like.

In addition, if it is set as a structure like a present Example, since the special process etc. are not required with respect to the flame | frame 1 in order to attach a vehicle carrier support apparatus to the flame | frame 1, the said vehicle carrier support apparatus is not required. The common frame 1 can be used, so that the product cost can be reduced.

In addition, for example, it is easy to attach and change the loading platform (so-called flat body, wing type, aluminum van, cold storage vehicle, etc.) after shipment of the vehicle as required, providing a user-friendly vehicle loading platform support device Is something that can be done.

For example, assuming an unexpected situation such as a vehicle collision or rollover, a case where a large force acts in the direction of separating the vertical joist 6 (that is, the loading platform) and the frame 1 is assumed. When a strong force is applied, the configuration as in the first embodiment depends on the strength of the rubber element 2A and the vulcanization adhesion strength between the rubber element 2A and the lower plate 2B or the upper plate 2C. There may be a case where it is difficult to secure a strength capable of preventing the joist 6 (loading platform) from being detached from the frame 1.

Therefore, in the second embodiment, there is provided a vehicle carrier support structure and device provided with a separation preventing mechanism that can reliably prevent the vertical joists 6 (cargo) from detaching from the frame 1.

That is, in the second embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 4, an extension portion 30 is provided at the upper end of the fixing bolt 3, and a screw portion is provided near the upper end of the extension portion 30. 31 and a predetermined step 32 in the radial direction is provided between the screw portion 31 and the extended portion 30.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 4, a pair of fixing bolts 3 extending on both sides of the frame 1 in the vehicle width direction and extending to a screw portion 31 are provided. The detachment preventing member 33 is inserted so as to straddle the vertical joists 6, and the detachment preventing member 33 is abutted against the step 32 and is fastened and fixed by a nut (for example, a double nut) 34. Is provided.

As shown in FIG. 3B, a predetermined vibration that can be allowed in the normal use range by the rubber element 2A is provided between the lower surface of the separation preventing member 33 and the upper surface of the vertical joist 6. And a predetermined gap that allows vibration in the normal use range by the rubber element 2A is left between the extended portion 30 and the side surface of the vertical joist 6. Yes.

Therefore, according to the second embodiment, when the vertical joist 6 (loading platform) is to be separated from the frame 1 while maintaining the aspect of the present invention such that the loading platform is elastically supported by the rubber element 2A. Since the separation preventing member 33 functions to prevent this, the separation of the vertical joists 6 (loading platform) from the frame 1 can be reliably prevented.

The pair of fixing bolts 3 can be replaced with a configuration including a pair of fixing bolts 35, a screw portion 36, a fastening and fixing double nut 36, and the like as shown in FIG.

The use of the fixing bolt 35 shown in FIG. 5 has the advantage that the number of parts is small and the assembly is easy, but the fixing bolt 35 has a screw portion 36 in the middle from the bolt head to the screw portion 31 or the step 32. Since the configuration is provided, the configuration is relatively special, and there are also points to be improved in terms of availability and cost.

Therefore, in the third embodiment, a separation preventing mechanism as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is employed.
In the third embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the fixing bolt 40, which is relatively easy to obtain, is adopted, and a nut 42 is screwed into the screw portion 41 near the tip thereof, so that the lower plate 2B and The frame 1 is fastened and fixed with the fixing member 4 so as to be sandwiched from above and below.

Next, the pipe-shaped element 43 having a threaded inner periphery is screwed into the screw portion 41 and screwed in until it comes into contact with the inner nut 42. At this time, the pipe-shaped element 43 can function as a so-called double nut (a locking nut) so that the nut 42 does not rotate in the loosening direction.
In addition, the outer periphery of the pipe-shaped element 43 is hexagonal, or a part having a two-sided width is formed in part, so that the pipe-shaped element 43 can be fastened using a tool such as a spanner. It has become.

Thereafter, a separation preventing member 33 as shown in FIG. 6 is placed on the upper end of the pipe-shaped element 43, and the separation preventing member 33 is fastened and fixed to the pipe-shaped element 43 via the bolt 44.

Note that, as shown in FIG. 6B, the rubber element 2A can be allowed to vibrate in the normal use range between the lower surface of the separation preventing member 33 and the upper surface of the vertical joist 6. In addition, a predetermined gap that allows vibration in the normal use range by the rubber element 2A is left between the pipe-shaped element 43 and the side surface of the vertical joist 6 as well. ing.

Therefore, according to the third embodiment, the vertical joist 6 (loading platform) is the frame 1 while maintaining the aspect of the present invention such that the loading platform is elastically supported by the rubber element 2A with an easily available and low-cost configuration. When the detachment preventing member 33 is to be separated from the frame 1, the detachment preventing member 33 functions to prevent this, so that the vertical joist 6 (loading platform) can be reliably prevented from detaching from the frame 1.

As shown in FIGS. 8 (A) and 8 (B), the vehicle carrier support structure and the device detachment prevention mechanism according to the fourth embodiment rise from both ends in the vehicle width direction of the lower plate 2B and the side surfaces of the vertical joists 6 A pair of vertical members 50 extending upward so as to cover and a detachment preventing member 51 disposed across the pair of vertical members 50 across the vertical joists 6, The vertical member 50 and the separation preventing member 51 are fastened and fixed by fastening elements 52 such as bolts and nuts.

Alternatively, as shown in FIGS. 9A and 9B, a flange portion 61 that is fastened together with a fixing bolt 3 that fastens and fixes the lower plate 2 </ b> B to the frame 1, and the flange portion 61. A pair of vertical members 62 extending upward to cover the side surfaces of the rising vertical joists 6, and a connecting portion 63 extending from the pair of vertical members 62 and connected so as to straddle the vertical joists 6. The detachment preventing member 60 is included.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 10A and 10B, a hook-shaped separation preventing member 65 having an opening in the vehicle width direction is attached to the frame 1 by fastening elements 66 such as bolts and nuts. It can also be set as the structure attached substantially integrally. Since the separation preventing members 65 are disposed in a pair in the vehicle width direction, prevention of separation in one of the vehicle width directions can be achieved by the corresponding one separation prevention member 65, and prevention of separation in the other in the vehicle width direction. Can be achieved by the corresponding other detachment preventing member 65, so that the hook shape as described above can also be adopted.

8B, FIG. 9B, and FIG. 10B, the lower surface of the separation preventing member 51 (or the connecting member 63 and the separation preventing member 65), and the upper surface of the vertical joist 6 Between the vertical member 50 (or the vertical member 62 and the detachment preventing member 65) and the vertical member 50A, the predetermined gap that allows the vibration in the normal use range by the rubber element 2A is left. Also between the side surface of the joist 6 is left a predetermined gap that can allow vibration in the normal use range by the rubber element 2A.

Therefore, according to the fourth embodiment, the vertical joist 6 (loading platform) is separated from the frame 1 while maintaining the aspect of the present invention such that the loading platform is elastically supported by the rubber element 2A with a simple and inexpensive configuration. In such a case, since the separation preventing member functions to prevent this, it is possible to reliably prevent the vertical joist 6 (loading platform) from detaching from the frame 1.

In the vehicle carrier support structure and the device separation preventing mechanism according to the fifth embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 11A and 11B, a pair of fixings that fasten and fix the lower plate 2B and the frame 1 together. An annular member 71 is inserted into the shaft portion 3A of the bolt 3 for use, and a connecting element 72 is attached to each annular member 71. The annular member 71 and the connecting element 72 constitute a separation preventing member 70.

Alternatively, as shown in FIGS. 12A and 12B, the vertical joists 6 are hung by the connecting element 72, and the annular members 71 attached to both ends of the connecting element 72 are attached to the frame 1 as the fastening elements 73. The detachment preventing member 70 ′ is configured by being attached directly via the above.

That is, in the fifth embodiment, at least a part of the loading platform side (for example, the vertical joist 6) is hung around by the flexible connecting element 72, while both end portions (the annular member 71) of the connecting element 72 are substantially attached to the frame 1. By being attached integrally, it is the structure which prevents that a loading platform (vertical joist 6) detaches | leaves from the flame | frame 1.

The connecting element 72 can be a wire, a cable, a rope, or the like, and can be formed by twisting thin fibers made of resin such as metal or Kevlar.
Further, the connecting element 72 may be a chain-like connecting element such as a chain.

As shown in FIGS. 11B and 12B, vibration in the normal use range by the rubber element 2A can be allowed between the connecting element 72 and the vertical joist 6. A predetermined gap (play) is left.

Therefore, according to the fifth embodiment, the vertical joist 6 (loading platform) has a configuration that is simple, inexpensive, and has a high degree of freedom of installation, and does not hinder the features of the present invention such that the loading platform is elastically supported by the rubber element 2A. Is prevented from being detached from the frame 1, the separation preventing member 70 or 70 ′ functions to prevent this, so that the vertical joist 6 (loading platform) can be reliably prevented from detaching from the frame 1. It will be possible.

As shown in FIG. 13, in each embodiment, the rubber element 2A can be divided into at least two in the vehicle front-rear direction.

Here, when the rubber element 2A is divided in the vehicle front-rear direction, the upper plate 2C (loading side) is relatively displaced in the vehicle front-rear direction with respect to the lower plate 2B (frame 1 side), but substantially orthogonal to the relative displacement direction. Since the area of the surface of the rubber element to be made can be increased by dividing it into two, it is possible to contribute to suppressing deterioration of the rubber element.

The embodiment described above is merely an example for explaining the present invention, and various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.
