【解決手段】可変電源185と、第1入力端子が前記可変電源に接続される第1アンプ183と、前記第1アンプ183の出力端子と外部端子との間に接続されるセンシング抵抗Rsと、前記センシング抵抗Rsの両端に第1入力端子及び第2入力端子がそれぞれ接続され、出力端子が前記第1アンプ183の第2入力端子に接続される第2アンプ184と、を備える。

Claims (12)
- 可変電源と、
第1入力端子が前記可変電源に接続される第1アンプと、
前記第1アンプの出力端子と外部端子との間に接続されるセンシング抵抗と、
前記センシング抵抗の両端に第1入力端子及び第2入力端子がそれぞれ接続され、出力端子が前記第1アンプの第2入力端子に接続される第2アンプと
を備えることを特徴とする電流源。 - 前記センシング抵抗を経由して前記外部端子に電流を供給し、または前記外部端子を経由して電流をシンクするために、前記可変電源は正極性又は負極性の電圧に変換されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電流源。
- 前記第1入力端子は正極性入力端子に設定され、前記第2入力端子は負極性入力端子に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電流源。
- 前記第2アンプの第1入力端子は前記センシング抵抗と前記第1アンプの出力端子との間に接続され、第2入力端子は前記センシング抵抗と前記外部端子との間に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電流源。
- 前記第1アンプの第2入力端子と前記第2アンプの出力端子との間に接続される第1抵抗と、
前記第1アンプの第2入力端子と前記第1アンプの出力端子との間に接続される第1キャパシタと
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電流源。 - 画素と、
前記画素に第1電流を供給し、または前記画素から第2電流をシンクするための電流源と、
前記第1電流が前記画素に含まれている有機発光ダイオードを経由して供給される時に印加される第1電圧を第1デジタル値に変換し、前記第2電流が前記画素に含まれている駆動トランジスタを経由してシンクされる時に印加される第2電圧を第2デジタル値に変換するためのアナログデジタル変換部と、
第1デジタル値及び第2デジタル値を格納するためのメモリと、
前記メモリに格納された第1デジタル値及び第2デジタル値を用いて入力データを校正データに変換するための変換回路と、
前記校正データを用いてデータ信号を生成し、前記データ信号を前記画素に供給するためのデータ駆動部と、を備え、
前記電流源は、
可変電源と、
第1入力端子が前記可変電源に接続される第1アンプと、
前記アナログデジタル変換部及び前記画素間のノードと前記第1アンプの出力端子との間に接続されるセンシング抵抗と、
前記センシング抵抗の両端に第1入力端子及び第2入力端子がそれぞれ接続され、出力端子が前記第1アンプの第2入力端子に接続される第2アンプと
を備えることを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記校正データは、前記有機発光ダイオードの劣化、前記駆動トランジスタの閾値電圧及び移動度が補償されるようにビット値が設定されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記センシング抵抗を経由して前記画素に第1電流を供給し、または前記画素から第2電流をシンクするために、前記可変電源は正極性又は負極性の電圧に可変されることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第1入力端子は正極性入力端子に設定され、前記第2入力端子は負極性入力端子に設定されることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第2アンプの第1入力端子は前記センシング抵抗と前記第1アンプの出力端子との間に接続され、第2入力端子は前記センシング抵抗と前記ノードとの間に接続されることを特徴とする請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第1アンプの第2入力端子と前記第2アンプの出力端子との間に接続される第1抵抗と、
前記第1アンプの第2入力端子と前記第1アンプの出力端子との間に接続される第1キャパシタと、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項6〜10のいずれか一項に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。 - それぞれのチャネル毎に設置され、前記データ駆動部と前記画素との間に位置する第1スイッチング素子と、
前記それぞれのチャネル毎に設置され、前記ノードと前記画素との間に位置する第2スイッチング素子と
を備えることを特徴とする請求項6〜11のいずれか一項に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
