Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a glass-reinforced polyamide resin composition and a molded article.
Polyamide resin has a good balance of mechanical strength, rigidity, toughness, heat resistance, and chemical resistance. Therefore, as a typical engineering plastic resin, it covers a wide range mainly for automobile parts, mechanical / industrial parts, and electrical / electronic parts. It is used.
Among these, in recent years, the use environment of sliding parts has become severer in terms of heat and dynamics, and polyamide resin materials that improve strength, rigidity, and toughness and maintain sliding performance in a long-term use environment have been developed. It is requested.
In order to meet these requirements, as a method for improving rigidity and toughness, a method of blending an inorganic filler such as glass fiber (for example, see Patent Document 1) can be mentioned.
Further, as a method for improving the sliding characteristics, a method of blending polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) (see, for example, Patent Document 2), a method of adding silicone (for example, Patent Document 3), and a higher fatty acid ester are blended. Method (for example, see Patent Documents 4 and 5).
However, in the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, although the toughness is improved in relation to the impact characteristics, there is a problem that the addition of an inorganic filler such as glass fiber wears the mating material of the sliding part. Therefore, the improvement of the long-term sliding characteristics is not sufficient.
In addition, in the techniques disclosed in Patent Documents 2 and 3, the compatibility between PTFE or silicone and polyamide resin is not sufficient, which may cause cracks and reduce impact characteristics. In addition, the techniques disclosed in Patent Documents 2 and 3 have not led to improvement of long-term sliding characteristics.
Furthermore, in the techniques disclosed in Patent Documents 4 and 5, short-term sliding characteristics are improved by adding higher fatty acid esters, but long-term sliding characteristics have not been improved. Moreover, impact characteristics may deteriorate by adding higher fatty acid esters.
As described above, in the prior art, a glass-reinforced polyamide resin composition excellent in impact characteristics and long-term sliding characteristics is not yet known.
In addition, it is difficult to suppress a decrease in impact characteristics while maintaining a balance between mechanical strength and rigidity, which is a characteristic of the polyamide resin composition, and to have long-term sliding characteristics. Such a glass-reinforced polyamide resin composition Further, there is a demand for a glass-reinforced polyamide resin molded product.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a glass-reinforced polyamide resin composition excellent in impact characteristics and long-term sliding characteristics and a molded product thereof.
