Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hybrid anchor and an anchor method suitable for use mainly on slopes where there is a risk of avalanches or falling rocks.
As a facility to prevent avalanches and falling rocks, fences (including wire mesh) and triangular pyramid frames are installed on slopes where avalanches and rockfalls may occur, and these fences or frames are located above the slopes. A facility that is suspended from an anchor fixed to the site by a suspension rope (cable), or a pocket-type lock net rope or a cover-type lock net rope that is stretched to form a pocket on a slope where there is a risk of avalanche or falling rock There are known facilities that are suspended by anchors fixed above the slope, and facilities in which a floating rock holding rope is laid along the slope and the top of the rope is suspended by anchors.
As the anchor of the above facilities, a pipe anchor that is fixed with the resistance to the earth pressure of a long steel pipe is driven into the soil with a driving machine, assuming that the ground is a soil type such as clay or earth and sand However, when the ground is a rock formation, a drilling hole is directly formed in the rock, an anchor rod is inserted into the drilling hole, and a coagulant such as mortar and cement is poured into the rock. Rock anchors are used, which are fixed when they are integrated.
However, when the surface layer of the ground is covered with sediments such as earth and sand, and under the surface layer is a rock layer, the rock anchor as described above has a small anchor rod diameter, so the resistance to surface soil pressure is small, For this reason, when a tensile load in a direction parallel to the slope is applied with the end of the suspension rope supported at the upper end of the anchor, the anchor head starts from the boundary between the rock layer and the topsoil layer on the valley side where the load direction is the load. There was a problem that it was easy to tilt (bend) and caused a decline in horizontal strength.
To prevent this, remove the topsoil from the slope to the rock layer at the anchor location, drill the rock with a drilling machine, insert the anchor rod into the drilling hole, and pour a coagulant such as mortar and cement into the mortar and cement. After that, a resistance part body in which a plurality of blades are fixed to a steel shaft is used as an anchor body that is fastened and integrated with an upper end portion of an anchor rod via a sleeve, and an anchor that employs a process of backfilling the removed top soil has been proposed. Yes.
According to this, when a tensile load substantially parallel to the slope is applied with the end of the suspension rope supported at the upper end of the anchor, the earth pressure resistance of the topsoil is filled with the plurality of blades of the resistance part. It is said that it is possible to alleviate the inclination toward the front side that is the load direction.
However, since this anchor removes the topsoil of the slope to the rock layer at the anchor point, it is very difficult to secure a place to remove the topsoil removed on the slope where rockfalls and the like occur.
In addition, removing and refilling the topsoil to the rock layer where the yield strength can be reliably expected takes a considerable amount of time and cost for the construction, and because the topsoil removed is backfilled, the earth pressure of the topsoil is reduced, and the blades are sufficient. There is a problem such as that the earth pressure resistance cannot be expected.
Furthermore, there is a problem that the slope starting from the boundary between the rock layer and topsoil layer becomes the starting point of shear failure.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems. The first object of the present invention is to maintain a stable proof stress with a simple structure, and to transmit bending stress to the anchor body when an external force is applied. It is an object of the present invention to provide a hybrid anchor that can be avoided and an anchor method that can relatively easily construct an anchor having such characteristics on the slope.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a hybrid anchor capable of exhibiting the above characteristics when an abnormally large external force is applied regardless of soil conditions or installation conditions.
(請求項1) In order to achieve the first object, the hybrid anchor of the present invention is an anchor installed to support a strip represented by a rope on a slope having a rock layer and a topsoil layer covering the upper part of the rock layer. An anchor includes an anchor rod embedded in the rock layer, and a pipe body disposed in the topsoil layer so that a lower end thereof reaches the rock layer, and the pipe body includes the anchor rod. Are connected to each other through a spherical washer. (Claim 1)
(請求項3) In order to achieve the first object, the anchor method of the present invention is an anchor method that is installed to support a strip represented by a rope on a slope having a rock layer and a topsoil layer covering the top of the rock layer. And using an anchor rod and a pipe body as anchors, drilling a hole for inserting the pipe body on the slope until a part of the rock reaches the rock layer, inserting a retaining tube into the hole, and an anchor rod A hole for inserting an anchor hole through the retaining tube and drilling in the rock layer; removing the retaining tube and inserting the pipe body into the hole; then solidifying into the anchor hole through the pipe body A step of inserting an agent, a step of inserting an anchor rod into the anchor hole, a step of inserting a spherical washer through the upper end of the anchor rod in the pipe body, and connecting with a nut so as to contact the spherical seat on the bottom of the pipe body; Have It is characterized in Rukoto. (Claim 3)
In order to achieve the second object, the hybrid anchor of the present invention is an anchor installed to support a strip represented by a rope on a slope having a rock layer and a topsoil layer covering the top of the rock layer. Includes an anchor rod embedded in the rock layer, and a pipe body that has an attachment portion of a striated body at an upper portion and is disposed in the topsoil layer so that a lower end portion reaches the rock layer, and the pipe body is an anchor rod. A cushioning material is interposed between the surface of the recessed portion of the rock layer into which the pipe body has entered and the bottom surface of the pipe body. (Claim 4) The cushion material is, for example, a granular material.
In order to achieve the second object, the hybrid anchor of the present invention is an anchor installed to support a striate represented by a rope on a slope having a rock layer and a topsoil layer covering the top of the rock layer. The anchor includes an anchor rod embedded in the rock layer, and a pipe body disposed in the topsoil layer so that a lower end portion reaches the rock layer with an attachment portion of a strip at an upper portion, and the pipe body is an anchor. The surface of the rock formation indentation hole connected to the rod through a spherical washer so as to be tiltable and into which the bottom surface of the pipe body enters has a bowl-like shape that becomes lower toward the outer diameter in the direction of 360 degrees with the center as the apex. It is characterized by having.
According to the anchor of the present invention (Claim 1), an anchor rod is buried in the rock layer and fixed with a solidifying agent, a pipe body is arranged in the topsoil layer, and the lower part of the pipe body reaches the rock layer. Since the anchor rod is connected to the bottom part via a spherical washer, the pipe body can be used as an earth pressure resistor when a tensile load substantially parallel to the slope is applied to the upper end of the anchor. . In addition, when the pipe body is tilted in the pulling direction due to external force, the tensile force is converted to the pulling force without bending the anchor rod due to the slippage of the spherical washer, and the bending stress of the anchor rod is relaxed and problems such as shear fracture occur. Is resolved. That is, it is possible to prevent bending stress from being transmitted to the lower anchor rod even when displacement occurs in the upper portion of the anchor.
Furthermore, the pipe body is thin, it is only necessary to dig a hole with an excavator and place it in the topsoil layer so that the lower end reaches the rock layer, and connect it via an anchor rod and a spherical washer. There is no need to return, and the environment can be maintained without roughening the slope. In addition, the material can be a versatile member, and the structure is simple, so that the cost can be reduced and the standardization of the field work is easy.
According to the anchor method according to the present invention (Claim 3), an anchor capable of exhibiting a stable proof stress with a simple structure can be constructed easily and accurately on the slope without removing topsoil and backfilling work. Can do.
According to the anchor according to the present invention (Claim 4), since the cushioning material is interposed between the rock layer recessed portion surface into which the pipe body has entered and the bottom surface of the pipe body, the allowance for sinking is given in advance. When a strong external force is applied, the bottom of the pipe body compresses and sinks in the direction of the external force around the spherical washer, and the opposite side of the external force rises. For this reason, even if the depth of the pipe body is large or the strength of the rock layer is high, the pipe body smoothly tilts due to the relationship between the spherical washer and the hole with the spherical seat, and the bending stress is not transmitted to the anchor rod. .
The cushioning material is preferably shrinkable, and is typically a granular material such as sand, earth, a mixture thereof, rubber powder, or expanded polystyrene powder, but has compressibility or elasticity such as sponge or expanded polystyrene. It may be a ring-shaped solid.
In addition, according to the anchor according to the present invention (Claim 6), the rock formation concave hole surface into which the bottom surface of the pipe body has entered has a saddle shape that becomes lower toward the outer diameter in the direction of 360 degrees with the center at the top. Therefore, when a sink allowance is formed in advance and an abnormal external force is applied, the bottom of the pipe body sinks along the bowl-shaped surface in the direction of the external force around the spherical washer, and the opposite side of the external force is lifted. For this reason, even if the depth of the pipe body is large or the strength of the rock layer is high, the pipe body smoothly tilts due to the relationship between the spherical washer and the hole with the spherical seat, and the bending stress is not transmitted to the anchor rod. .
Preferably, the pipe body has a spherical seated hole having a diameter allowing the protrusion of the anchor rod on the bottom plate, and a spherical washer externally mounted on the anchor rod is in surface contact with the spherical seated hole by a nut screwed into the anchor rod. .
According to this, the pipe body can be freely tilted to a required angle in the 360 degree direction, so that no bending stress is transmitted to the lower anchor rod regardless of the direction in which the anchor upper portion is displaced. The same proof stress can be expected in the direction of 360 degrees. Further, even if the axis of the anchor rod hole and the pipe body arranging hole are slightly deviated, the error can be absorbed by the spherical washer, so that the drilling work becomes easy.

The anchor of the present invention is applied to a safety facility using various ropes in addition to a rope net work. FIG. 6 shows a double lock net to which the hybrid anchor of the present invention is applied, and FIG. 7 is also applied to a suspended avalanche prevention fence. These applications are the same in the second and third embodiments described later.

In the second embodiment and the third embodiment to be described later, the recessed
In the second embodiment, between the

Since all other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, the description thereof will be incorporated and only the same reference numerals are attached to the drawings.
In the case of this embodiment, when the external force action is normal, as shown in FIG. 12 (a), the earth pressure proof strength against the top soil layer b of the

Since the other steps of the anchor method are the same as in the first embodiment, the description will be incorporated.
