Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an inner cable for transmitting rotational torque, and more particularly to an inner cable for opening and closing a door of a vehicle such as an automobile.
Patent Document 1 discloses a flexible shaft structure used for a portion where rotation cannot be transmitted linearly. The flexible shaft structure is formed by twisting steel wires having thin core wires. A first winding layer is formed by directly winding a steel wire thicker than the core wire on the core wire in a spiral shape. A second winding layer is formed on the first winding layer by winding a soft iron wire in the opposite direction.
Further,
Furthermore,
Generally, the flexibility of a wire cable tends to decrease as its rigidity increases. That is, the reason why the flexibility is high is that there is a gap between the wires between the layers, and the reason why the rigidity is high is that the wires are in close contact. In addition, when the gap becomes excessively large, the strands are deformed, which is considered to be a cause of lowering durability.
Here, in a cable that transmits rotational torque, the cable rotates forward and backward about the axial direction. Therefore, when the winding direction is only one direction (one-way winding), the rotation is a gap between the strands in a certain rotational direction. There is a possibility that it will act in the direction of spreading, and there is a high possibility of reducing the durability. Therefore, in the case of winding, it is preferable to use a so-called cross winding in which the upper and lower layers have their winding directions reversed.
However, the cross winding is performed by winding the wires having the same diameter so that the winding angles are almost equal for each layer, and the wires between the layers are in a point contact state. Moreover, generally the diameter of the strand wound is equal. Therefore, the durability and flexibility tend to decrease.
Therefore, the present invention provides an inner cable for transmitting rotational torque that uses cross windings and increases the durability of the cable, and also has flexibility, and a control cable and a door opening / closing mechanism using the inner cable. Is an issue.
The inner cable for transmitting rotational torque of the present invention is an inner cable for transmitting rotational torque, and has a flexible core wire and a single strand or strand bundle around the core wire in a spiral shape. The winding layer is provided in multiple layers, and at least one pair of upper and lower strands is cross-wound, and the shape of the outermost winding layer strand The attachment ratio is 100 to 110%.
The control cable of the present invention is characterized by comprising the above-described inner cable for transmitting rotational torque and an outer casing that accommodates the inner cable and rotatably supports it.
A vehicle door opening / closing mechanism for a vehicle according to the present invention is a mechanism for opening / closing a door at an opening of a vehicle, the inner cable for transmitting a rotational torque described above, an outer casing for rotatably supporting the inner cable, A drive motor connected to one end of the inner cable and rotating it in the axial direction, a mechanism connected to the other end of the inner cable and converting the rotational force into the opening and closing movement of the door, and opening and closing by the conversion mechanism It consists of the door of the vehicle to be used.
(1) Since the inner cable for transmitting rotational torque according to the present invention is wound so that at least one pair of upper and lower winding layers intersect alternately, the rotational torque in the forward and reverse directions with the axial direction of the cable as the center of rotation. Is applied, the torque acts on the strands of one layer in the direction of unwinding, but the torque acts on the strands of the other layers in the winding direction. It is canceled out, no gap is formed between the strands, and the durability is not lowered. Furthermore, since the shaping rate of the outermost strand is adjusted to 100 to 110%, the durability is further increased.
(2) When the diameter of the inner cable for transmitting the rotational torque is 5 to 9 mm, it is suitable for satisfying the range of the shaping rate described above.
(3) Moreover, when the material of the said strand is a hard steel, a piano wire, or a stainless steel wire, it is much more suitable for satisfy | filling the range of the above-mentioned shaping ratio.
(4) Furthermore, when the said winding layer is provided by 4-6 layers, durability is still higher.
(5) In the control cable for transmitting rotational torque according to the present invention, since the inner cable described above is rotatably supported in the outer casing, the cable can be easily routed and has high durability.
(6) In the vehicle door opening / closing mechanism of the present invention, the above-described inner cable for transmitting rotational torque is used in the vehicle. Therefore, the flexibility is high, the degree of freedom of arrangement of other parts can be increased, and the assembly work is facilitated. Moreover, durability is also high.
(7) Moreover, when the said door is a back door of a vehicle, the space of the rear part of a vehicle body can be utilized effectively.
Next, an embodiment of an inner cable for transmitting rotational torque and a door opening / closing mechanism using the same according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. An inner cable 1 (hereinafter referred to as a cable) for transmitting rotational torque shown in FIG. 1 includes a
The

The shaping rate of the outermost strand is 100 to 110%, preferably 101 to 107%. In addition, shaping is a method in which each strand or strand of the rope is previously kneaded to reduce the repulsive force of the rope, and the shaping rate is the amount of the above-mentioned habit, and the strand is solved from the core. The height of the swell is expressed as a ratio to the measured outer diameter of the cable before unwinding.
Moreover, the Vickers hardness of the said strand is 450-600Hv, Preferably, it is 500-600Hv. The hardness of the
Next, examples of the present invention will be described. The cables of Examples 1 to 3 are shown in Table 1 below.
According to Table 1, in the cable of Example 1, the core wire has a wire diameter of 0.6 mm, the wire diameter of the first layer strand is 0.5 mm, the number of the strands of the layer is 4, and the winding pitch Is 2.7 mm and the winding direction is S. The winding direction S is a direction in which the strand advances in the clockwise direction when the axis is viewed from the rear end. Thus, the physical properties of the wires from the second layer to the sixth layer and the wound state are as shown in Table 1. And the outer diameter of the cable of Example 1 comprised in this way is 8.1 mm, the wire type of all the strands is a hard steel wire, and a shaping rate is 102%. In Examples 1 to 3, the core wire is composed of one core wire. Further, the cable of the second embodiment is formed under the same conditions as the cable of the first embodiment. The shaping ratio is 101% and the outer diameter is 8.2 mm.
The numerical value of Example 3 is changed from that of Examples 1 and 2, and only the fifth layer is wound. Its shaping rate is 106% and the outer diameter is 7.8 mm.
Next, Comparative Examples A to C will be described. First, Comparative Example A is as shown in Table 1, and the shaping rate is 99%. Further, Comparative Example B is the same, and the shaping rate is 97%. Comparative Examples A and B correspond to Examples 1 and 2, and their shapes are substantially the same, but the difference from Examples 1 and 2 is that the shaping rate is less than 100. Comparative Example C corresponds to Example 3, and the shaping rate is 98%. The difference here is that Comparative Example C does not have a shaping rate of 100 or more.
Here, sectional views of the cables of the example and the comparative example are shown. 2a is a cross-sectional view of the cable of Example 1, FIG. 2b is a cross-sectional view of the cable of Example 2, and FIG. 2c is a cross-sectional view of the cable of Comparative Example C.
Table 2 shows the measurement results of the hardness of each of the wires constituting the cables of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples A to C. The Vickers hardness of the core wire and the strand of each layer is shown as an average value measured three times.
As shown in Table 2, the cables of Examples 1 and 2 have a core of about 590 Hv, a winding layer of about 520 to 580 Hv, and most of them are on the 500 level. On the other hand, the hardness of Comparative Examples A and B is about 630 Hv for the core wire, about 580 to 640 Hv for the strands of the wound layer, and most are in the 600 range. In Example 1, the average of both the core wire and the strand is about 500 Hv, and in Comparative Example C, it is about 520 Hv.
Next, the durability test will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 shows a test apparatus used for the durability test. In the apparatus, a driving device M is connected to one end of each cable W of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples A to C, and the cable W is rotated in the axial direction. On the other hand, a load torque generator H is connected to the other end of the cable W, and a load is applied to the operation of the driving device M via the cable W. Torque converters T1 and T2 are provided between the drive device M and the load torque generator H and the cable W, respectively, and the drive motor M and the load torque generator H send the operating force to the cable W. It is converted into a force that rotates in the axial direction. Angle detectors E1 and E2 for detecting the rotation angle of the cable W are provided in the vicinity of the connecting portion of the torque transducers T1 and T2 with the cable W, respectively.
In the driving device M, the cable W is rotated about the axial direction as a rotation center. The load torque generator H holds the torque applied from one end of the cable W by the driving device M until it reaches a predetermined value at the other end, and allows rotation if the torque exceeds a predetermined value. The cable W is arranged in a curved state with a curvature radius R of 200 mm. The inner cable at that time has a diameter of 8 mm.
The durability test is a cycle in which the driving device M is rotated 10 times at 150 rpm on one side and then reversely rotated 10 times. And it is evaluated by what cycle the cable W is broken. Measure five times and find the average value. Table 3 shows the shaping ratio of the five cables W used, and Table 4 shows the measurement results for each of the cables W.
Table 3 shows the shaping rates of the five cables W used in each of the examples and comparative examples used in the test. And the average value of these shaping ratios is displayed as one indicating the winding characteristics of the cable W in each example and each comparative example in Table 1 and Table 5 described later.
Table 4 shows the results of the durability test. The torque characteristic in the table is the twist angle of the other end when one end of the cable W is twisted with a force of 1 (N · m).
As shown in Table 5, it can be seen that when the shaping ratio is less than 100%, the durability performance sharply decreases. Moreover, about the hardness of a strand, it turns out that the grade which hardness does not exceed 600Hv is preferable. In addition, the comparative example O in Table 5 adjusts the 6th layer (outermost layer) strand to a shaping rate similar to that of the example. In this structure, the sixth layer is in a state like a coil spring, and it does not have a structure that is integrated with the lower layer.
