Abstract
Description
少なくとも1つの特定の雰囲気をもたらすために知覚・認知可能な刺激手段を制御するよう適合させたデータを含む雰囲気設定、及び、
雰囲気設定に含まれるデータに応じて知覚・認知可能な刺激手段の寄与を自動的に制御するよう適合させた雰囲気生成手段
という特徴的な構成を有する。
雰囲気設定が、少なくとも1つの特定の雰囲気をもたらすために知覚・認知可能な刺激手段を制御するよう適合されたデータを含み、
雰囲気生成手段が、雰囲気設定に含まれるデータに応じて知覚・認知可能な刺激手段の寄与を自動的に制御する
という特徴的な構成を有する。
雰囲気設定を受け取るよう適合させた受け取り手段と、
雰囲気設定に含まれるデータを処理し、処理されたデータに応じて、知覚・認知可能な刺激手段を制御するための制御信号を生成するようプログラムされた処理手段と、
雰囲気生成手段に接続された知覚・認知可能な刺激手段に制御信号を送信するよう適合させた送信手段とを備える。
データ担体から入力データを読み取る工程と、
読み取られた入力データを雰囲気設定の提供者に送信する工程と、
受け取られた入力データを特定の雰囲気設定にマッピングする工程と、
特定の雰囲気設定を雰囲気生成手段に送信する工程と、
雰囲気生成手段において、受け取られた雰囲気設定を処理し、知覚・認知可能な刺激手段に対する制御信号を生成する工程と、
制御信号を知覚・認知可能な手段に送信する工程とを含む。
特定の商品ブランドにより、追加費用なしで商品と組み合わせた雰囲気がもたらされ、前述の雰囲気が商品の差別化要因として使用され得る。消費者には、雰囲気の設定のアクセス又は使用に対して追加料金が課され得る。種々のオプションが可能である。
Claims (18)
- 知覚・認知可能な刺激手段の寄与を制御することにより、特定の雰囲気を自動的に生成するシステムであって、
少なくとも1つの特定の雰囲気を生成するために、前記知覚・認知可能な刺激手段を制御するよう適合させたデータを含む雰囲気設定と、
前記雰囲気設定に含まれる前記データに応じて前記知覚・認知可能な刺激手段の寄与を自動的に制御するよう適合させた雰囲気生成手段とを備えるシステム。 - 請求項1記載のシステムであって、特定の雰囲気設定に対して入力データを自動的にマッピングし、前記特定の雰囲気設定を前記雰囲気生成手段に送信するよう適合させたマッピング手段を更に備えるシステム。
- 請求項2記載のシステムであって、前記マッピング・システムは、前記入力データを受け取り、前記入力データに対応する前記特定の雰囲気設定をデータベースからロードし、前記特定の雰囲気設定を前記雰囲気生成手段に送信するよう適合させたサーバによって実現されるシステム。
- 請求項3記載のシステムであって、前記サーバは、前記特定の雰囲気データへの前記入力データの前記マッピングをインターネット・サービスとして提供するインターネット・サーバであるシステム。
- 請求項1乃至4のうちの何れか一項に記載のシステムであって、雰囲気生成手段は、ディジタル著作権管理システムに応じて特定の雰囲気設定の使用を制御するよう適合させたシステム。
- 請求項1乃至5のうちの何れか一項に記載のシステムであって、雰囲気設定又は入力データを含むデータ担体からの入力データ若しくは雰囲気設定それぞれを読み取り、前記読み取られた雰囲気設定又は入力データそれぞれを前記雰囲気生成手段に送信するよう適合させた読み取り器を更に備えるシステム。
- 請求項6記載のシステムであって、前記データ担体が無線周波数識別タグであるシステム。
- 請求項1乃至7のうちの何れか一項に記載のシステムであって、前記知覚・認知可能な刺激手段は、照明手段、音生成手段、及びにおい生成器手段のうちの少なくとも1つを備えるシステム。
- 請求項1乃至8のうちの何れか一項に記載のシステムであって、前記雰囲気生成手段及び前記知覚・認知可能な刺激手段は、ネットワークによって接続されるシステム。
- 請求項1乃至9のうちの何れか一項に記載のシステムにおいて使用するよう適合させた雰囲気生成手段であって、
雰囲気設定を受信するよう適合させた受信手段と、
前記雰囲気設定に含まれるデータを処理し、前記処理されたデータに応じて知覚・認知可能な刺激手段を制御するための制御信号を生成するようプログラムされた処理手段と、
前記雰囲気生成手段に接続された前記知覚・認知可能な刺激手段に前記制御信号を送信するよう適合させた送信手段と
を備えた雰囲気生成手段。 - 請求項10記載の雰囲気生成手段であって、前記処理手段を実現するプログラムを実行し、前記知覚・認知可能な刺激手段に前記制御信号を送信するためにネットワークとのインタフェース手段を備えたコンピュータによって実現される雰囲気生成手段。
- 請求項11記載の雰囲気生成手段であって、前記コンピュータは、雰囲気設定を提供するインターネット・サービスからダウンロードされた雰囲気設定を受信するためのインターネット接続を備える雰囲気生成手段。
- 請求項11又は12に記載の雰囲気生成手段であって、前記コンピュータは、雰囲気設定又は入力データを含むデータ担体から前記雰囲気設定又は前記入力データを読み取るために読み取り器と接続するための読み取り器インタフェースを備える雰囲気生成手段。
- 知覚・認知可能な刺激手段の寄与を制御することにより、特定の雰囲気を自動的に生成する方法であって、
雰囲気設定は、少なくとも1つの特定の雰囲気を生成するために、前記知覚・認知可能な刺激手段を制御するよう適合させたデータを含み、
雰囲気生成手段は、前記雰囲気設定に含まれる前記データに応じて前記知覚・認知可能な刺激手段の寄与を自動的に制御する方法。 - 請求項14記載の方法であって、
データ担体から入力データを読み取る工程と、
前記読み取られた入力データを雰囲気設定の提供者に送信する工程と、
前記受け取られた入力データを特定の雰囲気設定にマッピングする工程と、
前記特定の雰囲気設定を前記雰囲気生成手段に送信する工程と、
前記雰囲気生成手段における前記受信雰囲気設定を処理し、前記知覚・認知可能な刺激手段に対する制御信号を生成する工程と、前記制御信号を前記知覚・認知可能な刺激手段に送信する工程とを含む方法。 - コンピュータによって実行されると、請求項14又は15に記載の方法を行うようイネーブルされたコンピュータ・プログラム。
- 請求項16記載のコンピュータ・プログラムを記憶する記録担体。
- 請求項14又は15に記載の方法を行うようプログラムされ、雰囲気設定に含まれるデータに応じて1つ又は複数の知覚・認知可能な刺激手段を制御するための制御信号送信手段を備えたコンピュータ。
