Claims (5)
- タービンロータ(1)、シャフト(11)及びコンプレッサロータを包含し、マルチシャフトガスタービンの場合は、低圧系の部分であるロータを有するガスタービンであって、タービンロータ(1)は少なくとも1つのブレード付ロータディスク(3、4、5)及びロータディスク(5)からシャフト(11)に進むロータコーン(9)を有し、シャフト(11)の下流末端はベアリングチャンバー(15)を有するベアリング(13)内に回転可能に支持され、シャフト(11)の内部空間(25)はベアリングチャンバー(15)に進む密封空気(19)のための流路として設計されており、同上流のロータコーン(9)を包囲する空間(23)はロータブレードを冷却するために使用される冷却空気(21)のための流動空間として設計され、ロータコーン(9)の連結部(33)の領域において、シャフト(11)は拡大された内外径を有する拡張部分(27)を呈しており、その上流末端においてはベアリングチャンバー(15)の拡張された内部空間(26)内に冷却空気(21)を流入可能とするために開口部(28)が配設され、その下流末端においてはベアリングチャンバー(15)とロータコーン(9)の間の空間(24)内に冷却空気(21)を流出可能とするために開口部(29)が配設されており、拡張された内部空間(26)は冷却空気(21)と密封空気(19)を分離するための壁部(31)によりシャフト(11)の横断内部空間(25)から密封されている、ガスタービン。
- ベアリングチャンバー(15)がタービンロータ(1)の下流に構成されたタービン排気ケース(17)の部分である請求項1記載のガスタービン。
- 密封空気(19)のための環状流路を形成するためのパイプ(32)がシャフト(11)の内部空間(25)内に半径距離において同軸に構成されている請求項1又は2記載のガスタービン。
- 密封空気(19)のための流路が、例えばブラシシールの形態の2つの軸方向に間隔をおいた非気密性密封部(39、40)の間において半径方向外側に向けてシャフト(11)内の開口部(30)を通過しながらベアリングチャンバー(15)まで進んでいる請求項1〜3の1項に記載のガスタービン。
- ロータコーン(9)が形態ロック状態で周辺契合している歯合系(34)を介して、歯合系(34)の両側に軸方向に配置された圧着連結部(35、36)を介して、軸方向停止部(37)を介して、並びに、軸方向に作用する螺子連結部(38)を介して、シャフト(11)の拡張部分(27)において結合されている、請求項1〜4の1項に記載のガスタービン。
