Abstract
Description
本発明は、外側パネル3と、上記パネル3に一体化された複数の内側の軸方向補強材4とを備える複合材料で製造された航空機の胴体の閉じた構造物1を提案する。これらの補強材4は、蜂の巣状の形状を有し、好ましくは、オメガ(Ω)の形状を有し、それぞれは、順番に、パネル3から離れている補強材4の一部分である膜5と、パネル3に接続されている補強材4の一部分である脚部6とを備える。
Claims (9)
- 外側パネル(3)および前記外側パネル(3)の内側に配置されている複数の軸方向補強材(4)を備え、雄型治具(2)上に成形される航空機の胴体のための閉じた複合材料構造物(1)であって、
雄型治具(2)の膨張率は構造物(1)の複合材料の膨張率よりも大きく、雄型治具(2)から構造物(1)を分離することができる隙間(10)が、構造物(1)の複合材料の硬化処理において、外側パネル(3)と雄型治具(2)との間に生成されることを特徴とする、閉じた複合材料構造物(1)。 - 雄型治具(2)は、複数の取り外し可能な要素(82)が表面に配置されている密閉の管状要素(81)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の閉じた構造物(1)。
- 外側パネル(3)は、構造物(1)の複合材料の硬化処理において生成される隙間(10)よりも小さな大きさを有する少なくとも1つの要素(14)を内面に有することを特徴とする、前述の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の閉じた構造物(3)。
- 補強材(4)は、パネル(3)から離れた膜(5)と、パネル(3)に接続されている脚部(6)とを備えることを特徴とする、前述の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の閉じた構造物(3)。
- 補強材(4)は、蜂の巣の形状を有することを特徴とする、前述の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の閉じた構造物(3)。
- 補強材(4)は、オメガ(Ω)の形状を有することを特徴とする、前述の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の閉じた構造物(3)。
- 構造物(1)は、円柱形状のような形状を有することを特徴とする、前述の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の閉じた構造物(3)。
- 構造物(1)は、円錐台形状のような形状を有することを特徴とする、前述の請求項のいずれか一項に記載の閉じた構造物(3)。
- 航空機の胴体のための閉じた複合材料構造物(1)の製造方法であって、
a)雄型治具(2)上に補強材(4)を連続的に配置する工程と、
b)閉じた構造物(1)の外側パネル(3)を形成するために、雄型治具(2)および補強材(4)により形成される表面に複合材料を積層する工程と、
c)外側パネル(3)の外側表面に押し下げ板(9)を配置する工程と、
d)使われている複合材料のオートクレーブ硬化のために、必要な残りの補助要素(13)を配置する工程と、
e)オートクレーブ装置の内部で、高い圧力および温度の状況下で、閉じた構造物(1)を硬化する工程と、
f)分離方向(11)および方向(12)に一致して、雄型治具(2)から閉じた構造物(1)を分離する工程とを備えることを特徴とする、閉じた複合材材料構造物(1)の製造方法。
