Claims (19)
- (a)以下の群、すなわち
(i)カルバミン酸を中和するのに十分なpKaを有する第3級アミン官能性の有効量がなく、25℃で<10.0のpKaを有する少なくとも1つの第1級アミン官能性を有する少なくとも1つのポリアミン、ただし供給ガス流は5容量ppmより低いSO2濃度を有する、
(ii)カルバミン酸を中和するのに十分なpKaを有する第3級アミン官能性の有効量がなく、25℃で<10.0のpKaをそれぞれの吸収窒素について有する少なくとも1つの第2級アミン官能性を有するポリアミン、
の1つから選ばれる15センチストークスより低い粘度を有する再生された吸収剤により供給ガス流を処理して、使用済吸収剤およびCO2の少ないガス流を得て、
(b)CO2に富んだアミン吸収剤からなる使用済吸収剤を再生ゾーンへ運び、そして
(c)吸収剤を再生する
ことからなることを特徴とする供給ガス流からCO2を回収する方法。 - 吸収剤が、(i)群から選ばれ、供給ガス流が、再生された吸収剤により処理される前にSO2吸収剤により処理される請求項1の方法。
- 吸収剤が、(i)群から選ばれ、再生された吸収剤が、求電子官能基を有する化合物を0.001モルより少ない濃度で有する水溶液からなる請求項1の方法。
- 求電子官能基がアルキルヒドロキシ基を含む請求項3の方法。
