Abstract
【解決手段】貯湯式ボイラー10の熱交換器の水管部40の内部に螺旋形の内部配管30を挿入し、冷たい暖房還水がこの内部配管30を通過した後に水管部40に流入するようにして、低い温度の暖房還水が排気ガスに接触しないようにする。
Description
前記の問題点を解決するため、本発明は、通常の熱交換器の材質を使いながらも、凝縮現象を防止又は最小化することによって、熱交換器の損傷を防止し耐久性を向上させる凝縮防止のための貯湯式ボイラーの熱交換器構造を提供することを目的とする。
また、図3のDのグラフから、従来のボイラー10と本発明のボイラー10がバーナー32から伝達された熱量は同一で、afgcで形成された面積とbfgcで形成された面積が同一なことが分かる。
Claims (6)
- 非コンデンシング貯湯式ボイラー10の熱交換器において、
暖房供給出口20をボイラー10の上部に設置し、
暖房還水入口22を暖房供給出口20の下部に設置し、
暖房還水入口22から螺旋形で延びた内部配管30をボイラーの水管部40の内部に設置し、
延びた内部配管30がボイラーの壁面を通過する再出口26を通じて延びる延長配管部44に連結して、ボイラー10の下部の再進入口24と結合することを特徴とする凝縮防止のための貯湯式ボイラーの熱交換器構造。 - 前記内部配管30は、ボイラー10の水管部40の内部にボイラー10の壁面と一定の間隔に離隔して構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の凝縮防止のための貯湯式ボイラーの熱交換器構造。
- 前記内部配管30に図3Dのグラフに示されたA1面積分の熱量をボイラー10の水管部40からA2面積分伝達して湯煎されるように構成し、暖房還水入口22の温度より再進入口24の温度を暖房還水入口22の温度より高く、暖房供給出口20の温度より低く上昇させることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の凝縮防止のための貯湯式ボイラーの熱交換器構造。
- 前記ボイラー10を初期稼働する時の1次循環において、ボイラー10の下部に結露される量を図3Bのグラフでabc面積分の結露量を減少させることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の凝縮防止のための貯湯式ボイラーの熱交換器構造。
- 前記延長配管部44は、暖房温水の熱が外部に放出されるのを防止するために断熱処理されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の凝縮防止のための貯湯式ボイラーの熱交換器構造。
- 前記ボイラー10を初期稼働する時にボイラー10の下部に結露が持続的に形成される時間を25%減らすことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の凝縮防止のための貯湯式ボイラーの熱交換器構造。
