Description
本発明の範囲には、いわゆる複合糸およびこのような糸を含む製品も包含される。このような複合糸は、例えば、複数の硬質繊維を含むフィラメントおよび／またはステープル繊維を含む１本以上の単糸、ならびにガラス、金属、もしくはセラミックの糸（ｙａｒｎ）、線（ｗｉｒｅ）もしくは撚り糸（ｔｈｒｅａｄ）の１本以上のさらなる単糸を含む。複合糸の例としては、金属線からなる芯の周囲に撚られた本発明による単糸を含む糸がある。
Claims (13)
- フィラメントおよび／またはステープル繊維を含む耐切創糸であって、前記フィラメントおよび／またはステープル繊維が、前記糸の耐切創性を改善するための硬質成分を含む糸において、
前記硬質成分が、平均径が最大２５μｍの複数の硬質繊維であり、前記硬質繊維が、ガラス、鉱物、または金属から製造されており、前記硬質繊維の少なくとも一部のアスペクト比が少なくとも３である、糸。 - 前記硬質繊維の平均径が、最大２０μｍであることを特徴とする、請求項１に記載の糸。
- 前記糸が、前記硬質繊維を０．１〜２０体積％含むことを特徴とする、請求項１または２に記載の糸。
- 前記硬質繊維が、紡糸繊維であることを特徴とする、請求項１〜３のいずれか一項に記載の糸。
- 前記糸を製造するためのポリマーとして、超高分子量ポリエチレンが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項１〜４のいずれか一項に記載の糸。
- 前記硬質繊維の製造に使用される材料が、少なくとも２．５のモース硬度を有する、請求項１〜５のいずれか一項に記載の糸。
- 前記フィラメントおよび／またはステープル繊維の繊度が、フィラメント１本当たり１５ｄｔｅｘ未満である、請求項１〜６のいずれか一項に記載の糸。
- 請求項１〜７のいずれか一項に記載の糸の一本以上の単糸、及びさらにガラス、金属もしくはセラミックの糸、線もしくは撚り糸の一本以上の単糸を含む複合糸。
- 金属線からなる芯の周囲に撚られた請求項１〜７のいずれか一項に記載の糸の単糸を含む、請求項８に記載の複合糸。
- 請求項１〜７のいずれか一項に記載の糸、または請求項８もしくは９に記載の複合糸を含む布帛。
- 請求項１〜７のいずれか一項に記載の糸、または請求項８もしくは９に記載の複合糸を含む製品。
- 前記製品が、人体を切創から防護するための衣類である、または突刺しによる負傷から防護するために用いられることを特徴とする、請求項１１に記載の製品。
- 前記製品が、手袋、前掛け、ズボン、手首カバー、腕カバー、トラックのサイドカーテンおよびターポリン、ソフトタイプの旅行かばん、家具用布地、空輸貨物コンテナ用仕切り及び消防用ホースの外被からなる群より選択される、請求項１１に記載の製品。
