Description

The present invention relates to a wire harness fixing structure for fixing a wire harness routed between a vehicle body panel and an interior material attached to the vehicle body panel to the interior material.

In a vehicle such as an automobile, a wire harness is routed in each part. For example, the wire harness is also routed between a roof panel of a vehicle body and a headliner that is an interior material attached to the roof panel.

The wire harness routed between the roof panel and the headliner is usually fixed to the headliner so that the ratchet does not occur due to vibration or acceleration of the vehicle.

FIG. 12 shows a conventional example of a fixing structure for fixing a wire harness routed between a roof panel and a headliner to the headliner.

The wire harness fixing structure shown here is disclosed in Patent Document 1 below, and the wire harness 1 is previously folded in two so that the vinyl tape 3 extends in a direction crossing the wire harness 1. The wire harness 1 is bonded to the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes 7 and 8 previously attached to the head liner 5 by bonding the vinyl tape 3 and the portion of the wire harness 1 extending from the vinyl tape 3 to both sides. It is fixed to the headliner 5.

However, in the fixing structure using the adhesive tape described above, the operator's skill level affects the attaching operation of the vinyl tape 3 and the attaching operation of the double-sided adhesive tapes 7 and 8, and the fixing position of the wire harness 1 varies. There was a problem that it was likely to occur.

In addition, there is a problem that the work of peeling off the peeling film and the like provided on the surfaces of the unused double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes 7 and 8 is troublesome and the workability is poor.

Furthermore, when attaching and detaching and refixing the wire harness during maintenance, it is necessary to take time-consuming work such as peeling off the old double-sided adhesive tapes 7 and 8 and reattaching the new double-sided adhesive tapes 7 and 8. The problem of poor maintainability was also pointed out.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and when the wire harness is routed and fixed to the interior material of the vehicle, the degree of skill of the operator influences and variations occur in the fixing position of the wire harness. Further, it is an object of the present invention to provide a wire harness fixing structure capable of improving workability and maintainability during wiring harness wiring.

(2) The structural member connecting portion of the clamp member extends from the outer periphery of the clamp portion holding the wire harness and passes through the entrance of the notch for locking, and is inclined from the tip of the substrate portion And a spring plate portion that can be expanded and contracted to the clamp portion side, and is detachably engaged in the locking notch by the expansion and contraction of the spring plate portion, the structural member connecting portion and the clamp portion The wire harness fixing structure according to (1) above, wherein the cross-sectional shape is uniform in the length direction of the wire harness.

(3) The said clamp part holding the said wire harness of the said clamp member is a protector which accommodates and hold | maintains the substantially full length of the said wire harness in the shape along the said harness wiring path | route (1) characterized by the above-mentioned. ) Wire harness fixing structure described in the above.

(4) A back surface of the protector facing the interior material is provided with a flexible elastic piece that elastically contacts the interior material and suppresses relative displacement of the protector relative to the interior material. The wire harness fixing structure according to (3) above.

(5) The plate-like structural member further includes a notched side edge not provided with the locking notch at a position facing the side edge where the locking notch is provided,
The wire harness fixing structure according to the above (3) or (4), wherein the structural member connecting portion is provided with a slit into which the non-notched side edge is cut.

(6) The structural member connecting portion is provided integrally with the clamp portion continuously in the length direction of the wire harness, and the structural member connecting portion has the slit appropriately in the length direction of the wire harness. The wire harness fixing structure according to (5), wherein a plurality of the wiring harnesses are formed at intervals.

According to the configuration of (1) above, the fixing position of the wire harness is fixed to the interior material as compared with the conventional wire harness fixing structure in which the wire harness is directly fixed to the surface of the interior material using the adhesive tape. Since the position is limited to the installation position of the plate-like structural member, there is no variation in the fixed position due to the skill level of the operator, and the laying quality of the wire harness can be improved.

In addition, the specific work of fixing the wire harness is the work of engaging the structural member connecting portion integrally provided in the clamp member with the locking notch of the plate-like structural member, and directly using the adhesive tape Compared to the conventional case of fixing to the surface, the work process is reduced, the fixing work is simplified, and workability is improved. Moreover, since the attachment / detachment and re-fixation at the time of maintenance of a wire harness become easy, maintainability improves.

In addition, since the plate-like structural member that fixes the vehicle interior material to the vehicle body panel is also used as the wire harness fixing structure, there is no need to newly install a structural member dedicated to fixing the wire harness on the vehicle body panel. The wiring cost of the wire harness can be reduced at a low cost.

According to the configuration of (2) above, the structure has a simple structure in which the structural member connecting portion is simply folded back at the tip of the substrate portion through which the entrance of the locking notch is inserted, and is resin injection molding or sheet metal bending molding. Thus, the structural member connecting portion can be easily manufactured.

And since the cross-sectional shape of a structural member connection part and a clamp part is uniform in the length direction of a wire harness, the clamp member as described in said (2) was continuously formed by cheap molding methods, such as extrusion molding. By cutting the long body into an appropriate length, it can be easily mass-produced, and the manufacturing cost of the clamp member can be kept low.

According to the configuration of (3) above, since the wire harness is rigidized in a shape along the harness routing path by the rigidity of the protector, the equipment position of the locking notch is separated and the harness routing Even when the wire harness is only partially fixed at several points on the route, the wire harness does not lift or flutter between the adjacent fixing points, and the entire wire harness is maintained in a stable fixed state. Can do.

Therefore, even when the number of fixing points of the wire harness is small, damage to the wire harness due to fluttering of the wire harness can be prevented, and the workability of the fixing operation of the wire harness can be improved by reducing the number of fixing points.

According to the configuration of (4) above, the protector support structure is not a cantilever structure in which the structural member connecting portion connected to one side of the protector is simply connected to the plate-like structural member, but protrudes from the back surface of the protector. The provided flexible elastic piece becomes a stable support structure in contact with the interior material. And since a flexible elastic piece functions as a damper which suppresses the relative displacement of the protector with respect to the interior material, it can prevent that a protector fluctuates by vibration of vehicles, etc.

According to the configuration of (5) above, the structural member connecting portion of the protector engaged with the locking notch in the side edge portion of the plate-like structural member is the plate-like structure in the slit provided in the structural member connecting portion. When the non-notched side edge of the member cuts in, the movement of the locking notch in the penetrating direction is restricted.

Therefore, the protector can be positioned and fixed to the interior material more securely than in the case of the structure in which the structural member connecting portion is merely engaged with the locking notch.

According to the configuration of (6) above, it is possible to adjust the fixing position of the protector with respect to the interior material by selecting the slit into which the non-notched side edge of the plate-like structural member is inserted, and the wire harness is arranged. It is possible to flexibly cope with mounting errors during the search.

According to the fixing structure of the wire harness according to the present invention, the fixing position of the wire harness is fixed to the interior material as compared with the conventional fixing structure of the wire harness that uses the adhesive tape to directly fix the wire harness to the surface of the interior material. Since the position is limited to the installation position of the plate-like structural member, the fixed position does not vary due to the skill level of the operator, and the laying quality of the wire harness can be improved.

In addition, the specific work of fixing the wire harness is the work of engaging the structural member connecting portion integrally provided in the clamp member with the locking notch of the plate-like structural member, and directly using the adhesive tape Compared with the conventional case of fixing to the surface, the fixing operation is simplified and the workability is improved.

As shown in FIG. 2, the structural member connecting portion 44 includes a substrate portion 44a that extends from the outer periphery of the clamp portion 43 that accommodates and holds the wire harness 11, and passes through the entrance 31a of the locking notch 31 described above. It is a structure provided with a spring plate part 44b that is folded back to the clamp part 43 side in an inclined state from the tip of the part 44a.

In the clamp member 41 of the present embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the structural member connecting portion 44 and the clamp portion 43 is uniform in the length direction of the wire harness 11, and a long body formed by resin extrusion is appropriately long. It is manufactured by cutting it.

As shown by an arrow A in FIG. 2, the clamp member 41 pushes the structural member connecting portion 44 into the locking notch 31, so that the structural member connecting portion 44 engages in the locking notch 31 and has a plate shape. Fixed to the structural member 15.

When the spring plate portion 44b is passing through the entrance 31a having a narrow opening width, the structural member connecting portion 44 is elastically deformed toward the base plate portion 44a side and the cross section is contracted, and when the structural member connecting portion 44 finishes passing through the entrance 31a, When the bending of the spring plate portion 44b is restored and the free end of the spring plate portion 44b is engaged with the inner corner portion in the locking notch 31, the locking notch 31 is prevented from coming off. It is in a state of being engaged and fixed inside.

If the spring plate portion 44b is bent and deformed toward the base plate portion 44a until the structural member connecting portion 44 engaged in the locking notch 31 has a cross-sectional size that can pass through the entrance 31a, the entrance 31a. Can be extracted from.

That is, the structural member connecting portion 44 is detachably engaged with the locking notch 31 by expansion and contraction due to elastic deformation of the spring plate portion 44b.

The fixing structure of the wire harness in the present embodiment is such that the structural member connecting portion 44 of the clamp member 41 attached to the wire harness 11 is in the locking notch 31 on the plate-like structural member 15 fixed on the head liner 13. The wire harness 11 is fixed to the headliner 13 by engaging with the headliner 13.

In the wire harness fixing structure of the present embodiment described above, the fixing position of the wire harness 11 is larger than that of the conventional wire harness fixing structure in which the wire harness is directly fixed to the surface of the headliner using an adhesive tape. Since it is limited to the installation position of the plate-like structural member 15 fixed to the headliner 13, there is no variation in the fixed position due to the skill level of the operator, and the laying quality of the wire harness 11 is improved. Can do.

In addition, the specific operation of fixing the wire harness 11 is an operation of engaging the structural member connecting portion 44 integrally provided in the clamp member 41 with the locking notch 31 of the plate-like structural member 15. Compared with the conventional case where the headliner is fixed directly to the surface of the headliner, the work process is reduced, the fixing work is simplified, and the workability is improved. In addition, since the wire harness 11 can be easily detached and re-fixed during maintenance, the maintainability is also improved.

Further, since the plate-like structural member 15 that fixes the vehicle headliner 13 to the roof panel is also used as a fixing structure for the wire harness 11, it is necessary to newly provide a structural member dedicated to fixing the wire harness 11 to the vehicle body panel. In addition, the wiring cost of the wire harness 11 to the vehicle body can be reduced at a low cost.

Further, in the wire harness fixing structure of the above embodiment, the structural member connecting portion 44 has a simple structure in which the spring plate portion 44b is folded back at the tip of the substrate portion 44a that passes through the entrance 31a of the locking notch 31, for example, The structural member connecting portion 44 can be easily manufactured by resin injection molding or sheet metal bending.

Further, in the wire harness fixing structure of the above embodiment, the clamp member 41 has a uniform cross-sectional shape of the structural member connecting portion 44 and the clamp portion 43 in the length direction of the wire harness 11. By cutting an elongated body continuously formed by an inexpensive molding method into an appropriate length, it can be easily mass-produced, and the manufacturing cost of the clamp member 41 can be kept low.

[Second Embodiment]
FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of a wire harness and a headliner that is an interior material of a vehicle, which are targets for carrying out the second embodiment of the wire harness fixing structure according to the present invention, and FIG. 4 is a second embodiment of the present invention. It is the upper side figure of the headliner with which the wire harness was fixed by the fixing structure of the form of the wire harness, and the expansion perspective view of the principal part.
The

In the wire harness fixing structure of the second embodiment, the protector 51 accommodates and holds the substantially entire length of the wire harness 11 fixed to the head liner 13 as shown in FIG.

The protector 51 is formed by combining and integrating a plurality of element protectors 51a to 51f extending in a straight line with a shape along the harness wiring path on the head liner 13, and maintains the shape along the harness wiring path. It has moderate rigidity and can be handled as an integral rigid body.

Each of the element protectors 51a to 51f extends the clamp part 43 and the structural member connecting part 44 constituting the clamp member 41 shown in FIG. 2 in the length direction of the wire harness, and is common to the clamp member 41. The parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted.

As with the clamp member 41, each of the element protectors 51a to 51f has a uniform cross-sectional shape in the length direction, and can be formed by extruding resin.

As in the case of the first embodiment, the element protectors 51a to 51f are provided with the structural member connecting portion 44 integrally formed on one side of the clamp portion 43 as shown in the arrow B in FIG. It is fixed to the head liner 13 by being inserted into and engaged with the locking notch 31 of the plate-like structural member 15 that is bonded and fixed.

That is, the wire harness fixing structure of the second embodiment is a structural member connecting portion integrally formed with a rigid protector 51 that accommodates and holds the substantially entire length of the wire harness 11 in a shape along the harness routing path. The wire harness 11 is fixed to the headliner 13 by inserting and engaging 44 in the notch 31 for locking of the plate-like structural member 15 that is bonded and fixed to the headliner 13.

In the wire harness fixing structure of the second embodiment, the wire harness 11 is rigidized in a shape along the harness routing path by the rigidity of the protector 51, so that the mounting position of the locking notch 31 is separated. Thus, even when the wire harness 11 is only partially fixed at several places on the harness routing path, the wire harness 11 is not lifted or fluttered in the middle of the adjacent fixing points, and the substantially entire wire harness 11 is formed. A stable fixed state can be maintained.

Therefore, even when the number of fixing points of the wire harness 11 is small, damage to the wire harness 11 due to fluttering of the wire harness 11 can be prevented, and workability of fixing the wire harness 11 can be improved by reducing the number of fixing points. Can do.

[Third Embodiment]
FIG. 5 is a top view of the headliner to which the wire harness is fixed according to the third embodiment of the wire harness fixing structure according to the present invention and an enlarged perspective view of the main part thereof. FIG. 6 is a wire harness according to the present invention. It is a cross-sectional view which shows the fixed state of the wire harness fixed to the headliner by 3rd Embodiment of this fixing structure.

The wire harness fixing structure of the third embodiment includes a structural member connecting portion 44 that is integrally formed with a rigid protector 51A that accommodates and holds the substantially entire length of the wire harness 11 in a shape along the harness routing path. As shown by an arrow C in FIG. 5, the wire harness 11 is fixed to the head liner 13 by being inserted into and engaged with the locking notch 31 of the plate-like structural member 15 that is bonded and fixed to the head liner 13. Is.

The protector 51A is an improvement of the clamp portion 43 of the protector 51 of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 4, and the back surface of the clamp portion 43 of the protector 51 facing the head liner 13 that is the interior material is shown in FIG. As shown, a flexible elastic piece 53 that protrudes elastically against the head liner 13 and suppresses the relative displacement of the clamp portion 43 relative to the head liner 13 is provided.

The configuration of the protector 51A is the same as that of the protector 51 except for the point that the flexible elastic piece 53 protrudes from the back surface of the clamp portion 43, and the same number is assigned to the configuration common to the protector 51. The description is omitted.

In the wire harness fixing structure of the third embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the support structure of the protector 51 </ b> A connects the structural member connecting portion 44 connected to one side of the protector 51 </ b> A to the plate-like structural member 15. Instead of the cantilever structure as described above, the flexible elastic piece 53 projecting from the back surface of the clamp portion 43 of the protector 51A as shown in FIG. And since the flexible elastic piece 53 functions as a damper which suppresses the relative displacement of the clamp part 43 with respect to the head liner 13, it can prevent that the protector 51 is fluttered by vibration of the vehicle or the like.

[Fourth Embodiment]
FIG. 7 is a top view of the headliner to which the wire harness is fixed according to the fourth embodiment of the wire harness fixing structure of the present invention, and an enlarged perspective view of the main part thereof.

The wire harness fixing structure of the fourth embodiment includes a structural member connecting portion 44B integrally formed on a rigid protector 51B that accommodates and holds the substantially entire length of the wire harness 11 in a shape along the harness routing path. 7, the wire harness 11 is fixed to the head liner 13 by being inserted into and engaged with the locking notch 31 of the plate-like structural member 15 </ b> B that is bonded and fixed to the head liner 13 as indicated by an arrow D in FIG. 7. Is.

The plate-like structural member 15B is obtained by improving a part of the plate-like structural member 15 shown in the first embodiment.

The plate-like structural member 15B includes a pair of liner fixing plate portions 21 that are bonded and fixed to the surface of the head liner 13, a pair of standing plate portions 23 that rise from the end portions of the liner fixing plate portions 21, and a pair of standing plates. The connecting plate portion 25 that connects the upper ends of the portions 23 is integrally formed by resin injection molding or metal plate press molding, similar to the plate-like structural member 15 of the first embodiment.

Moreover, the point which has provided the notch 31 for a latching which the opening width expands in the back of the entrance 31a is provided in the side edge part 23a which faces the harness wiring path | route of the standing board part 23 of one side among a pair of standing board parts 23. This is the same as the plate-like structural member 15 of the first embodiment.

However, in the case of the plate-like structural member 15B of the fourth embodiment, the side edge portion of the other upright plate portion 23 facing the upright plate portion 23 provided with the notch 31 for locking is shown in FIG. As shown in (a), the locking notch 31 is not provided.

That is, in the case of the plate-like structural member 15B of the fourth embodiment, the locking notch 31 is provided at a position facing the side edge 23a of the one upright plate portion 23 provided with the locking notch 31. It has a structure provided with a non-notched side edge 23b that is not provided.

Further, the protector 51B has a structure in which a structural member connecting portion 44B that is detachably engaged with the locking notch 31 is integrally provided on one side of the clamp portion 43B that accommodates and holds the wire harness 11.

The clamp part 43B has a bowl-like cross-sectional shape with an open top.
As shown in FIG. 11, the structural member connecting portion 44B extends from the outer periphery of the clamp portion 43B, and swells at the tip of the substrate portion 44a. It is the structure provided with the engaging projection part 44c which is formed and engages in the notch 31 for latching.

The material of the engaging protrusion 44c is selected so that it can pass through the entrance 31a by elastic deformation.

Also in the case of the protector 51B of this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the clamp part 43B and the structural member connecting part 44B is uniform in the longitudinal direction, and a long body formed by resin extrusion molding is appropriately cut to a length. Can be manufactured.

In the case of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, the structural member connecting portion 44 </ b> B is formed with a plurality of slits 55 into which the non-notched side edge portion 23 b is interrupted at regular intervals in the length direction of the wire harness 11.

In the wire harness fixing structure of the fourth embodiment described above, the structural member connecting portion 44B of the protector 51B engaged with the locking notch 31 of the side edge portion 23a of the plate-like structural member 15B is the structural member. When the non-notched side edge 23b of the plate-like structural member 15B cuts into the slit 55 provided in the connecting portion 44B, the movement of the locking notch 31 in the penetrating direction is restricted.

Therefore, the protector 51B can be positioned and fixed to the headliner 13 that is the interior material more securely than in the case where the structural member connecting portion 44B is merely engaged with the locking notch 31.

In the wire harness fixing structure of the fourth embodiment, since the structural member connecting portion 44B is provided with a plurality of slits 55 at intervals, the notched side edge portion 23b of the plate-like structural member 15B is interrupted. By selecting the slit 55, it is possible to adjust the fixing position of the protector 51B with respect to the interior material, and it is possible to flexibly cope with an attachment error or the like when the wire harness 11 is routed.

In the above embodiment, the plurality of slits 55 provided on the structural member connecting portion 44B are provided at regular intervals in the length direction, but the intervals between the slits 55 are not necessarily constant.

Moreover, the site | part to which the fixing structure of the wire harness which concerns on this invention is applied is not restricted to the ceiling part of a vehicle. It can be used for fixing the wire harness in various parts (for example, a door portion) where the wire harness is routed in the space between the vehicle body panel and the interior material inside thereof.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be appropriately modified and improved. In addition, the material, shape, dimension, numerical value, form, number, arrangement location, and the like of each component in the above-described embodiment are arbitrary and are not limited as long as the present invention can be achieved.
