Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve various problems incidental to a conventional combination of a belt and a buckle, the problem being caused by a reason wherein a buckle of one direction stopping type is fixedly attached to the other end of one-end-inserting type belt.
SOLUTION: A combination of a both-end-inserting type belt and a bi-direction stopping type buckle is disclosed. The both-end-inserting type makes adjustment possible for a double length compared with the one-end-inserting type. In addition, the bi-direction stopping type buckle allows the other belt to be connected, and allows the length to be easily adjusted. In the buckle with a hole for the bi-direction stopping type in which the prong is inclined to make an upper and a lower belt overlapped on each other in the occurrence of a tensile stress in the belt, prong holding is simplified, making low-cost manufacturing possible. This buckle can be combined with a belt having holes for both-end-inserting type in which with a hole distance made different for left and right, fine adjustment of the length is possible according to that difference. The both-end inserting type belt can also be combined with a buckle without a hole for bi-direction stopping type in which, with the occurrence of a tensile stress in the belt, the upper belt pressurizes the lower belt to prevent the belt from slipping out and in which, with turning of 90°, the buckle is easily attached and detached.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a combination of a belt and a buckle.

The conventional belt and buckle combination has various problems because a one-way receiving buckle is fixedly attached to the other end of the one-end plug-in belt.

Since the conventional belt is fixed at one end, it is difficult to adjust the length, and a long belt is created, and the user cuts the fixed end according to his / her body.

Since it is a one-end fixed belt, it is frequently used in specific places, and other parts are healthy, but the parts are severely damaged, and cannot be used as a belt.

It was necessary to insert it into the belt loop while confirming the direction to insert into the belt loop and the front and back of the belt with the left-hand and right-hand.

In order to use the front and back of the belt properly, it was necessary to remove the buckle from the belt and reattach it.

With a perforated belt, the tightening width changed greatly to about 5 cm , and fine adjustment was not possible.

In order to counter the maximum extraction force, the non-hole belt was pressed with a strong craft, so the belt was severely damaged or the craft itself was damaged, making it unusable.

Therefore, the inventors have invented a combination of a double-end insertion belt and a bidirectional receiving buckle. Since it is a double-end insertion type belt, the length can be adjusted at both ends, so that the length can be adjusted twice as long as the one-end fixed type belt.

3 is a cross-sectional view of the buckle for use with a bi-directional receiving hole. When the needle is tilted as shown in the figure, if the belt is subjected to tensile stress, the lower belt will tilt the needle. The upper belt moves downward along the inclination of the heart needle. Therefore, the upper and lower belts are pressed against each other, almost in a straight line, almost no rotational moment is generated, and the pulling force is canceled because the upper and lower belts have the same direction and opposite directions. However, since a shearing stress is generated on the core needle, any material needle can be used as long as it can counter this. Moreover, since almost no rotational moment is generated, it is not necessary to hold the heart needle firmly, so it may be a wire craft as shown in FIG. 4. FIG. 4 happens to have two triangles arranged side by side. The effect is the same with squares and squares.

The hole insertion type perforated belt changes the interval between the holes in the left half and the right half. For example, if the hole spacing on the left side is 5 cm and the hole spacing on the right side is 4 cm , moving one hole to the right from the position of the hole stopped by the heart needle will lengthen 1 cm, and if moving one hole to the left, 1 cm shorter, that is, can only fine-tune the difference in the left and right hole spacing. Furthermore, since it is a two-way receiving buckle, it can be connected to other belts, so if the other belts have a hole spacing of 5 cm and 3 cm , it is possible to move 1 to 5 cm by moving one hole. .

Since no special load is applied to the tip of the heart needle of the two-way receiving buckle for holes, it is possible to embed jewelry. Since the needle is thin, it may be small, and when it is in use, it protrudes on the belt and has a large presence even if it is small.

The bi-directional receiving type non-hole buckle has no moving parts as shown in FIG. 5, so there is no failure, and since it is a single part, it can be manufactured at low cost.

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the bidirectional receiving type non-hole buckle in use. However, since the belt overlaps vertically as shown in the figure, when tensile stress is applied to the belt, the upper belt becomes the lower belt. To increase the frictional resistance and prevent it from slipping out. That is, when no tensile stress is generated, the blocking force is small, and blocking is performed on the entire surface overlapped vertically, so that the load per unit area is small, and therefore the life of the belt is extended.

In addition, the prevention of slipping out over the entire overlapped part is easy when tightening or slightly relaxing because the buckle can be lifted one side at a time and pressed with half the force.

FIG. 5 is a plan view of the two-way receiving type non-hole buckle. Since it has the shape shown in the figure, it can be easily removed by rotating the buckle by 90 °, and it can be easily attached by rotating it by 90 °. I can do it.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 4, and 5, the bidirectional receiving-type holed buckle and the bidirectional receiving-type non-holed buckle have the same shape on both sides, so that the same effect can be obtained even if they are turned over.

Both ends plugin belt, the combination of two-way catch buckle is adjusted because it is across both plugin belt, Once at 10 cm length adjustment can, at both ends of the belt length of 20 cm Can be adjusted easily.

In addition, since it is a two-way receiving buckle, it is possible to connect other belts, and many belts can be connected with many buckles. Therefore, two short belts for children are used. It can be connected for adults and 3 for wrestlers. However, because of strength problems, wrestlers and adults need wide belts and buckles that match them.

When connected in this way, the length can be adjusted with the respective belts, so that a wide length adjustment is possible.

Since the connection can be made easily, if there are many types of short belts and buckles, the user can easily buy a combination of buckles and belts according to their preference.

Since the buckle is a two-way receiving type, attaching the buckle to the belt and fastening the belt to the fuselage can be performed in almost the same way, so the buckle can be easily replaced.

Therefore, if you change the material, color, and pattern of the back and front of each buckle and belt, for example, if there are 3 belt and buckle combinations (number of belts) 3 x (belt back and front) 2 x (buckle Number) 3 x (back and back of the buckle) 2 = 36 permutations, and only 3 pairs of belts and buckles can produce the same effect as tightening different belts every day for a month. .

In the combination of a double-end insertion type perforated belt and a bidirectional receiving type perforated hole buckle, the center needle is inclined as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. It moves downward along the inclination of the heart needle, the lower belt moves upward along the inclination of the heart needle, and the upper and lower belts are in close contact with each other. However, the tensile stress cancels out because the direction is the same for the upper and lower belts, but the direction is reversed. However, since a shearing force is generated on the needle, if the material can counter this, the holding force of the needle is not much It can be manufactured at low cost.

Therefore, even if the wire is crafted as shown in FIG. 4, it will be practically used. FIG. 4 happens to have two different triangles, but the effect is the same whether the shape is circular or square.

If the hole spacing is changed between the left and right halves, the double-sided perforated belt will have an interval of 5 cm on the left side and 4 cm on the right side. Moving one hole to the right makes it 1 cm longer and moving one hole to the left makes it 1 cm shorter. That is, fine adjustment is possible by the difference between the left and right hole intervals. Furthermore, since it is a two-way receiving type buckle for holes, it can be connected to other belts, so if the other belts have a hole spacing of 5 cm and 3 cm , they can move 1 to 5 cm by moving one hole. Is possible.

Since there is no special load on the tip of the heart needle of the two-way receiving buckle for holes, it is possible to embed jewelry etc. The heart needle is thin, so it can be small, and it also has a protrusion on the belt Even if it is small, its presence is large.

The bi-directional receiving type non-hole buckle has no moving parts as shown in FIG. 5, so there is no failure, and since it is a single part, it can be manufactured at low cost.

Since the two-way receiving type non-hole buckle has a shape as shown in FIG. 5, it can be easily removed by rotating the buckle by 90 °. In addition, it can be easily attached by rotating 90 °.

Fig. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the bidirectional receiving type non-hole buckle in use. However, since the belts overlap each other in this way, when the tensile stress acts on the belt, the upper belt presses the lower belt. Then, since the frictional resistance is increased to prevent the slipping out, the stopping force increases according to the tensile stress, and the stopping force decreases when the tensile stress is small. In addition, since the entire surface overlapped with the upper and lower portions is blocked, the load per unit area is small, and therefore the life of the belt is lengthened.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 4 and 5, it can be used in the same way even if it is turned upside down.
