Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat pump device, and more particularly to a heat pump device using a turbo refrigerator.
In general, a heat pump device using a turbo refrigerator has characteristics of high operation efficiency at the time of rated operation and low noise level and quietness.
However, it is known that a turbo compressor used in a turbo chiller or the like is in a state in which stable operation such as surging cannot be performed in a certain capacity of the compressor, in other words, in an operation state below a certain air volume. In order to avoid the occurrence of surging, when operating the heat pump device in a partial load state, when operating under a condition that is further lower than the lower limit of the ability of the turbo compressor not to generate surging (conditions where surging occurs) A part of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor must be directly bypassed to the suction side of the turbo compressor to ensure the lower limit air volume in the turbo compressor.
。 By doing in this way, generation | occurrence | production of the surging in a turbo compressor was avoided, and the heat pump apparatus was able to perform the driving | operation corresponding to the required partial load (for example, refer patent document 1).
However, when such a partial load operation is performed, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant discharged from the turbo compressor is caused to flow into a low-pressure pipe or an evaporator connected to the suction side of the turbo compressor via a bypass flow path. However, there was a problem that a large noise was generated at that time.
When the evaporator is a plate heat exchanger, the bypass pipe is directly returned to the suction pipe of the turbo compressor in a T shape. When the high-pressure refrigerant flows into a pipe (low-pressure pipe) having a low internal pressure, such as a suction pipe, the high-pressure refrigerant expands rapidly. For this reason, there has been a problem that the flow rate of the refrigerant in the low-pressure pipe increases, and the noise generated when the refrigerant collides with the wall of the joined pipe increases.
Since the noise and vibration are very large, there is a problem that sufficient soundproofing effect cannot be obtained even if soundproofing measures are taken.
On the other hand, when the evaporator is a shell-and-tube type heat exchanger, when a part of the refrigerant discharged from the turbo compressor is directly returned to the evaporator, the size of the evaporator is sufficient. For this reason, when the inflowing refrigerant gas hits the inner surface of the evaporator, the flow velocity of the refrigerant is sufficiently decelerated, so that the noise generated at the time of collision is reduced. However, since the fluid noise of the refrigerant gas resonates in the evaporator, the entire evaporator becomes a noise generation source. In order to prevent the noise generated in this way, it is necessary to cover all of the evaporator, so that there is a problem that the soundproofing is costly.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a heat pump device that can easily prevent noise generated during partial load operation.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following means.
The heat pump device according to the present invention includes a turbo compressor that compresses the refrigerant, a condenser that condenses the compressed refrigerant, an expansion valve that adiabatically expands the condensed refrigerant, and evaporates the refrigerant that is adiabatically expanded. An evaporator, a container in which the evaporated refrigerant flows in, and a container in which the flowed refrigerant flows out to the turbo compressor, and a soundproofing that covers the periphery of the container and prevents sound generated inside the container from leaking to the outside And a bypass channel for guiding a part of the refrigerant to the container from between the turbo compressor and the condenser, and a flow rate adjusting unit for controlling the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing through the bypass channel. It is characterized by being.
According to the present invention, when the heat pump device is partially loaded and a part of the refrigerant discharged from the turbo compressor is guided to the container through the bypass flow path, the heat pump apparatus is generated when the refrigerant flows into the container. Sound can be soundproofed.
In other words, since some bypassed refrigerant flows into a container whose surroundings are covered by a soundproofing part, it is easy to prevent the sound generated when the bypassed refrigerant flows from leaking outside. Can be soundproofed.
For example, when a part of the bypassed refrigerant is allowed to flow into the shell-and-tube evaporator, the volume that needs to be covered by the soundproof portion is smaller than the method in which the entire evaporator is covered by the soundproof portion. Therefore, it can be easily soundproofed.
Furthermore, the bypassed refrigerant is allowed to flow into a vessel having a cross-sectional area larger than that of the bypass flow path as compared with the case where a part of the bypassed refrigerant is directly flowed into the pipe connecting the evaporator and the turbo compressor. Thereby, the sound generated when the bypassed refrigerant merges can be reduced.
In the said invention, it is desirable to provide the muffling part which suppresses generation | occurrence | production of the sound by the inflowing refrigerant | coolant in the area | region where a refrigerant | coolant flows in from the said bypass flow path in the said container.
According to the present invention, since the silencer is provided, noise generated when the bypassed refrigerant flows into the container is further reduced.
An example of the silencer is a cylindrical member that protrudes toward the inside of the container and through which the bypassed refrigerant flows, and has a structure in which a plurality of through holes are formed in the side wall of the cylinder. .
In the above invention, the container is formed in a substantially cylindrical shape whose both ends are closed, and the diameter in the substantially cylindrical cross section is about 10 times or more the diameter in the cross section of the bypass channel. It is desirable to be.
According to the present invention, by making the diameter of the cross section of the
According to the heat pump device of the present invention, a part of the refrigerant discharged from the turbo compressor is guided to the container via the bypass flow path, so that noise generated during partial load operation can be easily soundproofed. There is an effect.

The refrigerant liquefied by the
The diverted refrigerant is used to cool other refrigerants and then flows into the suction portion of the
The refrigerant cooled by the
In the
The evaporated gas refrigerant flows from the
The gas refrigerant from which the liquid refrigerant has been separated in the
Next, the state where the
First, when the load related to the
When the load related to the
Therefore, the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing into the
According to the above configuration, the
For example, when a part of the bypassed refrigerant is allowed to flow into the shell-and-tube evaporator, it is necessary to cover the entire evaporator with the soundproofing
Furthermore, compared with the case where a part of the bypassed refrigerant is directly flowed into the pipe connecting the
Furthermore, since the
