Abstract
【解決手段】走査線に走査信号を順次供給するための走査駆動部と、データ線に前記走査信号が供給される期間のうちの第1期間に初期電源を供給し、前記第1期間を除く第2期間にデータ信号を供給するためのデータ駆動部と、前記走査線と前記データ線との交差部に位置する画素と、を備え、i(iは自然数)番目の水平ラインに位置する前記画素は、有機発光ダイオードと、前記第2電源に流れる電流量を制御する第1トランジスタと、i番目の走査線に前記走査信号が供給されたときにターンオンされる第2トランジスタと、前記第2トランジスタがターンオンされたときにターンオフ状態を維持する第3トランジスタと、前記i番目の走査線に走査信号が供給されたときにターンオンされる第4トランジスタと、第1キャパシタと、第2キャパシタと、を備える。

Claims (7)
- 走査線に走査信号を順次供給するための走査駆動部と、
データ線に前記走査信号が供給される期間のうちの第1期間に初期電源を供給し、前記第1期間を除く第2期間にデータ信号を供給するためのデータ駆動部と、
前記走査線と前記データ線との交差部に位置する画素とを備え、
i(iは自然数)番目の水平ラインに位置する前記画素は、
カソード電極が第2電源に接続される有機発光ダイオードと、
第1電源から前記有機発光ダイオードを経由して前記第2電源に流れる電流量を制御する第1トランジスタと、
前記データ線と第2ノードとの間に接続され、i番目の走査線に前記走査信号が供給されたときにターンオンされる第2トランジスタと、
前記第1トランジスタのゲート電極に接続される第1ノードと前記第2ノードとの間に接続され、前記第2トランジスタがターンオンされたときにターンオフ状態を維持する第3トランジスタと、
前記第1ノードと基準電源との間に接続され、前記i番目の走査線に走査信号が供給されたときにターンオンされる第4トランジスタと、
前記第2ノードと前記有機発光ダイオードのアノード電極との間に接続される第1キャパシタと、
前記第1ノードと前記有機発光ダイオードのアノード電極との間に接続される第2キャパシタとを備えることを特徴とする有機電界発光表示装置。 - 前記初期電源は、前記データ信号の電圧より高い電圧に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記基準電源は、前記第1トランジスタがターンオフ可能な電圧に設定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第3トランジスタは、i+1番目の走査線に走査信号が供給されたときにターンオンされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記走査駆動部は、前記走査線と並んで位置する発光制御線に発光制御信号を順次供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- i番目の発光制御線に供給される発光制御信号は、前記i番目の走査線に供給される走査信号と重畳し、トランジスタがターンオフ可能な電圧に設定されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
- 前記第3トランジスタのゲート電極は、前記i番目の発光制御線に接続されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の有機電界発光表示装置。
