Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a leakage current inspection device used for operation of a protective device connected to a distribution line based on a set leakage check current, wiring check of the distribution line, and the like.
In distribution lines, for example, commercial wiring such as AC100V, AC200V, etc., if leakage occurs between wirings or grounding, or if electrical leakage occurs in electrical equipment connected to the wiring, it becomes difficult to ensure safety. Moreover, it may cause an electric shock to a fire or a human body. Therefore, a leakage breaker is usually provided on the switchboard to detect and protect the leakage. Moreover, leakage detection is also performed without using a leakage breaker. For example, there is an insulation anomaly detector that detects a leakage current of a wiring with a current transformer and measures the leakage current by synchronous detection with a reference signal (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In addition, in order to ensure safety when wiring work is performed, it is important to check for incorrect wiring and to check whether the leakage breaker is functioning normally. For this purpose, there is a leakage current inspection device.
FIG. 8 is a block diagram showing a schematic configuration of a conventional leakage current inspection apparatus. The configuration and operation will be described below. The leakage current inspection apparatus 100 includes a push
Next, an outline of a method for using the leakage current inspection apparatus 100 will be described by taking as an example a wiring check when an incorrect wiring is generated due to the earth line being connected to the voltage pole or the neutral pole of the outlet. First, the operator inserts the
However, according to the conventional leakage current inspection apparatus shown in FIG. 8, it is difficult to set a short energization time (inspection time), and thus it is impossible to confirm the operation time of the leakage breaker. Further, when the energization time of the leakage check current is shortened, energization is easily started at a position other than the zero cross of the AC100V or AC200V waveform, and noise or inrush current may be generated in the wiring system. Furthermore, since the value of the leak check current is fixed, there is a possibility that the leak check current will flow excessively, and the resistance that determines the leak check current must be a high power type so that the current can flow for a long time. As a result, there was a limit to downsizing the leakage current inspection device.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to isolate the power source and to start the leakage check current with zero crossing, and to further change the time and current of the leakage check, thereby improving safety, reducing noise, and inrush current. It is an object of the present invention to provide a leakage current inspection device for a distribution line that can be reduced and miniaturized, and can optimize an optimal leakage check time and leakage check current.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an energization circuit for energizing a distribution line with a preset leak check current, a zero cross discharge circuit for energizing the energization circuit with the leak check current at zero cross, and the leak check current. There is provided a leakage current inspection device for a distribution line, comprising: a timer circuit for setting an energization time; and an isolation circuit for electrically insulating the zero cross discharge circuit and the timer circuit.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention can set a timer circuit capable of setting a plurality of different energization times for a distribution line, and a leakage check current flowing through the distribution line by a plurality of different values. Leakage current setting circuit, an energization circuit for energizing the distribution line with the leakage check current selected by the leakage current setting circuit according to the energization time set by the timer circuit, and the energization circuit at zero crossing the leakage check current There is provided a leakage current inspection device for a distribution line, comprising: a zero-cross discharge circuit for energizing a power supply; and an insulating means for electrically insulating the energization circuit and the zero-cross discharge circuit from the timer circuit.
According to the leakage current inspection device for a distribution line of the present invention, it is possible to improve safety, reduce noise, reduce inrush current and reduce the size, and optimize the optimal leakage check time and leakage check current.
(Operation of leakage current inspection device)
Next, the operation of the leakage
As shown in FIG. 3C, the
When the bidirectional
When the voltage of the THRESHOLD terminal (No. 6 terminal) of the

Next, the worker presses the
Next, the wiring check in the wiring of FIG. 4B will be described. As in the case of FIG. 4A, the operator turns on the power switch 62 after connecting the

First, the operator checks the voltage of the

In the
On the other hand, in the
When the voltage of the THRESHOLD terminal (No. 6 terminal) of the
Thus, the discharge due to the leakage check time of 0.1 seconds and the leakage check current of 0.1 mA is completed. Thereafter, when the
