- 媒体を含み、前記媒体にホログラムが配置されたセンサーであって、
媒体の物性が変化することによってホログラムの光学特性が変化し、また、ホログラムは非平面ミラー状に形成されている
ことを特徴とするセンサー。 - ホログラムは凹面ミラー状に形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサー。 - ホログラムは凸面ミラー状に形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサー。 - ホログラムはコーナーキューブプリズム状に形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセンサー。 - 媒体中に非平面ミラー状のホログラムを形成することを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のセンサーの作製方法。 - 非平面媒体中でホログラムを記録する
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 平面ミラーを使用してホログラムを記録する
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - 非平面ミラーを使用してホログラムを記録する
ことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の方法。 - 凹面ミラーを使用してホログラムを記録する
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 - 逆反射可能なミラーを使用してホログラムを記録する
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 - コーナーキューブプリズムを使用してホログラムを記録する
ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。 - 一種以上の反射ビーズを使用してホログラムを記録する
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。 - レンズ、開口部、スリット若しくは障害物又はこれらの組み合わせを光源と媒体の間に配置してホログラムを記録する
ことを特徴とする請求項5〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 検体を検出する方法であって、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のセンサーのホログラフィック素子に遠隔から光で応答指令信号を送ること、及び、センサーの光学特性の任意の変化を検出することを含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 光は平行化されている
ことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
