Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an illuminating device, and more particularly, to an illuminating device including a semiconductor light emitting element such as an LED (Light Emitting Diode).
In the general lighting field, fluorescent lamps are widely used in place of incandescent bulbs that have been widely used in the past from the viewpoint of power saving and long life. In recent years, research and development of lamps using LEDs has been promoted due to demands for further power saving and longer life, and in particular, light bulb-type LED lamps that can use existing equipment such as sockets as they are. Development is ongoing (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The structure of the light bulb shaped LED lamp according to the prior art will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 6, the light bulb-shaped LED lamp includes an

The periphery of the
However, although the
In particular, in an illuminating device including a semiconductor light emitting element such as an LED, as described above, it has a much longer life than a fluorescent lamp. Therefore, it is important to ensure the bonding between the heat sink and the globe. . The target to which the globe is bonded is not limited to the heat sink, but may be a holder made of a resin material, a ceramic material, or the like, but it is necessary to ensure the bonding as described above.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an illuminating device that can reliably maintain the joint state between the globe and the holder until the end of its life.
In order to achieve the above object, the lighting device according to the present invention employs the following configuration.
The lighting device according to the present invention includes a light emitting module, a holder, and a globe.
The light emitting module has one or more semiconductor light emitting elements.
The holder has a placement portion on which the light emitting module is placed.
The globe is translucent and has a bowl shape, and is disposed in a state of covering the light emitting module.
And in the illuminating device which concerns on this invention, the groove part which receives the opening edge part of a glove | globe is formed in the holder, an opening edge part is inserted with respect to a groove part with a glove | globe and a holder, a groove part inner wall surface, and an opening edge It is fixed by interposing an adhesive layer between the outer surfaces of the parts. The lighting device according to the present invention is characterized in that at least a part of the opening edge of the globe is formed in a cross-sectional shape.
As described above, in the illuminating device according to the present invention, the opening edge of the globe is formed in a cross-sectional view hook shape. In other words, the opening edge of the glove has a thickest part at the middle part in the entry direction to the groove part, and the thickness gradually decreases from the thick part toward the tip part. When the opening edge portion is inserted from the tip portion into the groove portion of the holder into which the agent has been injected, it is difficult to entrap bubbles in the adhesive. Specifically, in the case of the lamp according to the prior art shown in FIG. 6, since the tip end portion of the
On the other hand, in the illuminating device according to the present invention, since the opening edge of the globe has a bowl-like shape in cross-section, it is difficult to embed bubbles in the pre-injected adhesive when inserted into the groove. Moreover, in the illuminating device according to the present invention, since the opening edge of the globe has a bowl shape in cross section, the contact area with the adhesive layer can be increased as compared with the
Moreover, since the intermediate part is the thickest in the cross section in the said opening edge part of a glove, the said part exhibits an anchor effect. Therefore, in the illuminating device according to the present invention, it is possible to reliably prevent the globe from falling off the holder.
Therefore, in the lighting device according to the present invention, when the holder and the globe are fixed, it is difficult to entrap bubbles in the adhesive layer, and the occurrence of cracks in the adhesive layer due to heat in lighting driving is suppressed. For this reason, in the illuminating device which concerns on this invention, the joining state of a globe and a holder can be maintained reliably until it reaches the end of life.
The lighting device according to the present invention can employ the following variations.
In the lighting device according to the present invention, when the opening edge of the globe is viewed in cross-section, the thickness of the thickest part is t 1 [mm], and the opening from the thick part to the tip is provided. When the distance in the insertion direction of the edge is H 1 [mm], a configuration that satisfies the relationship of t 1 <H 1 can be adopted. Thus, by providing a thick part in the opening edge part in a glove, a thick part will act as an anchor after fixation by a contact bonding layer. Therefore, when adopting such a configuration, it is possible to more reliably suppress the drop-off of the globe from the holder.
In the illumination device according to the present invention, when the glove is viewed in cross section, when the thickness of the base portion of the opening edge is t 2 [mm], (1.5 × t 2 ) ≦ t 1 ≦ A configuration that satisfies the relationship of (2.5 × t 2 ) can be employed. Here, if (1.5 × t 2 )> t 1 , the bonding strength between the holder and the globe may be insufficient, and t 1 > (2.5 × t 2 ). Is not realistic from the viewpoint of processing the glove.
Further, in the illumination apparatus according to the present invention satisfy the relationship of H 1 ≧ (2 × t 1 ), that it is possible to adopt a configuration. In the case of adopting a configuration that satisfies such a relationship, it is possible to more reliably suppress air entrapment when the opening edge of the globe is allowed to enter the groove.
Further, in the lighting device according to the present invention, the glove and the holder are fixed in a state where the thick part of the opening edge has entered the inside of the groove part, and the surface of the adhesive layer is at least more than the thick part. The configuration of being on the opening side of the groove can be employed.
Further, in the lighting device according to the present invention, the opening edge portion of the globe has a gap between the groove portion of the holder and the tip end portion of the groove with the bottom wall surface of the groove portion, and the adhesive layer is interposed in the gap. A configuration in which it is in an inserted state can be adopted. By adopting such a configuration, the contact area between the opening edge of the globe and the adhesive layer can be increased, and the bonding strength can be improved.
Further, in the lighting device according to the present invention, the opening edge of the globe has a gap between the thick wall portion and the side wall surface of the groove in the groove of the holder, and an adhesive layer is interposed in the gap. It is possible to adopt a configuration in which it is in a state in which it has been made. Even when such a configuration is adopted, the bonding strength can be improved by increasing the contact area as described above.
Moreover, in the illuminating device which concerns on the said invention, the structure that the cross-sectional profile is comprised with the curve can be employ | adopted for the opening edge part in a globe. Thus, by making the cross-sectional profile of the opening edge portion a curve, it is possible to further suppress the entrapment of bubbles as compared with the case where a profile having corners is adopted.
Moreover, in the illuminating device which concerns on the said invention, the structure that the glove | globe is formed with glass and the holder is formed with aluminum or its alloy is employable. In general, when different materials are fixed to each other, cracks are likely to occur in the fixed portion because the degree of expansion and contraction accompanying the temperature change is different from each other. Even in such a case, in the illuminating device according to the present invention, it is possible to reliably maintain the bonding between each other by forming the opening edge of the globe in a cross-sectional shape.

カバー30は、例えば、PBT(Poly Buthylene Terephthalete)やPES(Poly Ether Sulfone)などから構成されている。

3. Positional relationship after joining the
As shown to Fig.3 (a), the opening
As shown in FIG. 3B, the opening

5). Superiority In the light bulb-shaped
Moreover, in the light bulb shaped
Moreover, in the light bulb-shaped
Further, as shown in FIG. 3A, the opening
Therefore, in the bulb-
In addition, when setting each numerical value so as to satisfy the relationship of the above [Equation 2], it is advantageous from the viewpoints of joining the
6). Confirmation of superiority The superiority of the bulb-
In the confirmation test, a heat shock with one cycle of −40 [° C.] × 30 [min.] To 150 [° C.] × 30 [min.] Is used as a light bulb shaped
In addition, as a material of the
As shown in FIG. 5, in the light bulb shaped LED lamp according to the prior art in which the
On the other hand, in the bulb-shaped
As described above, in the bulb-
7). Other Matters In the above embodiment, the bulb-
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although
In the above embodiment, the
