Abstract
【解決手段】シールド箔(2)の内面(5)が翼構造部(1)の外面(6)を補完する形状を有するシールド箔(2)を形成する。次に、シールド箔(2)の輪郭(8)上に除氷マットで覆われていない面を残し、これによって生じた接触領域(7)においてシールド箔(2)の輪郭(8)と翼構造部(1)との直接接触を可能にするように、除氷マット(3)をシールド箔(2)の内面(5)に固定する。次に、接触領域(7)においてシールド箔(2)を翼構造部(1)に取り付ける工程と、除氷マット(3)と翼構造部(1)との間に充填樹脂(4)を注入する。

Description
前記翼構造部を覆うことが可能なシールド箔であって、該シールド箔の内面が該内面に面した前記翼構造部の外面を補完する形状を有するシールド箔を形成する工程と、
前記シールド箔の輪郭上に前記除氷マットで覆われていない面を残し、これによって生じた接触領域において前記シールド箔の前記輪郭と前記翼構造部との直接接触を可能にするように、前記除氷マットを前記シールド箔の前記内面に固定する工程と、
前記接触領域において前記シールド箔を前記翼構造部に取り付ける工程と、
前記除氷マットと前記翼構造部との間に充填樹脂を注入する工程とを含む。

Claims (10)
- 翼構造部(1)上に除氷マット(3)を組み付ける方法であって、
前記翼構造部(1)を覆うことが可能なシールド箔(2)であって、該シールド箔(2)の内面(5)が該内面(5)に面した前記翼構造部(1)の外面(6)を補完する形状を有するシールド箔(2)を形成する工程と、
前記シールド箔(2)の輪郭(8)上に前記除氷マットで覆われていない面を残し、これによって生じた接触領域(7)において前記シールド箔(2)の前記輪郭(8)と前記翼構造部(1)との直接接触を可能にするように、前記除氷マット(3)を前記シールド箔(2)の前記内面(5)に固定する工程と、
前記接触領域(7)において前記シールド箔(2)を前記翼構造部(1)に取り付ける工程と、
前記除氷マット(3)と前記翼構造部(1)との間に充填樹脂(4)を注入する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記注入工程の後に、前記充填樹脂(4)を硬化させる工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記取り付け工程の前に、前記除氷マット(3)と前記翼構造部(1)との間に最小限の空間を確保するために、前記除氷マット(3)又は前記翼構造部(1)にパッド(10)を嵌める工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記取り付け工程の前に、前記除氷マット(3)又は前記翼構造部(1)上に剥離コーティング(19)を付着させる工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記取り付け工程の前に、前記翼構造部(1)に面した前記除氷マット(3)上に断熱用空気袋(11)を嵌める工程と、前記注入工程の前に、前記断熱用空気袋(11)を膨らませる工程とを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記硬化工程の後に、前記断熱用空気袋(11)の空気を抜く工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記断熱用空気袋(11)が、前記除氷マット(3)が熱的タイプ(13)である領域に面して配置されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記取り付け工程の前に、前記翼構造部(1)と前記シールド箔(2)との間にシール(14)が配置されるように前記接触領域(7)に前記シール(14)を嵌める工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記取り付け工程の後に、前記シールド箔(2)の前記輪郭における前記接触領域(7)にマスチック樹脂(15)を導入する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記取り付け工程の後に、前記シールド箔(2)の前記輪郭(8)上に導電ワニス(16)を付着させる工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
