Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a protective sheet used to insulate charged parts and the like in an indirect hot wire method, a method for mounting the protective sheet, and a mounting clip for the protective sheet.
Electricity generated at an electric power company's power plant and transformed at a substation is supplied to consumers through a high-voltage line (distribution line) stretched around a power pole. An underline is connected to the high-voltage line, and electricity is sent to the transformer (also called a pole transformer) through the underline. And electricity transforms the voltage (for example, 6600V) at the time of power transmission with a transformer to the voltage (for example, 100V or 200V) used by a consumer, and is supplied to a consumer through a lead-in line.
When performing such construction of distribution lines, techniques such as a direct hot wire method and an indirect hot wire method are used to suppress power outages.
The direct hot wire method is a method in which an operator wears a protective device, attaches a protective device to an electric wire, and directly touches an energized high-voltage wire to perform the work. However, this construction method has a problem that the physical burden on the worker is great and the work cannot be done in the rain. Furthermore, since the work is performed by directly touching the high-voltage line, there is a risk of personal injury even if protective equipment or protective equipment is used.
In view of the above problems, an indirect hot wire method having a lower risk than a direct hot wire method has been widely used in recent years. The indirect hot wire construction method is a construction method that uses an insulating rod and a tip tool, and performs the work without directly touching the energized portion of the electric wire.
When performing construction using this construction method, within the live line proximity range specified in Article 342 of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (overhead distance is within 30 cm, or heel side distance or foot distance is within 60 cm with respect to the charging circuit) Since it is assumed that it will enter, armor for the indirect hot wire method is used. In particular, protective sheets that cover a charging part to prevent electric shock are widely used. This protective sheet generally includes a protective sheet (hereinafter referred to as a protective sheet for electric wires) used for covering electric wires and a protective sheet (hereinafter referred to as a wide range) used for covering insulators and the like. , Called a protective sheet for a wide range).
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a protective sheet for electric wires and a mounting clip used for mounting the protective sheet. This protective sheet is inserted into the mounting hole formed in the mounting clip, the band piece is fixed to the protective sheet, the clip is gripped by the remote insulation rod, and wound around the target wire. Is done. Therefore, the installation work of the protective sheet can be easily performed.
Patent Document 2 discloses a protective sheet for electric wires or a wide area. This protective sheet has a core on the periphery, is attached to the charging unit in a folded state, and is fixed by a hook-and-loop fastener (band piece). Therefore, it is supposed that the charging part can be easily covered and the overall shape is prevented.
Furthermore, Patent Document 3 discloses a protective sheet for a wide range. This protective sheet has a plate-like (wide) core material in the vicinity of the center of gravity, and the temporary charging part provided on the outer surface side sheet temporarily attaches one end of the protective sheet to the charging part. Mounted. And a holding | grip sheet | seat is cancelled | released and a protection sheet | seat is fixed by adhere | attaching the adhesion part provided in the inner surface side sheet | seat mutually. Therefore, it is said that it is possible to prevent the deformation of the mold and to easily install the protective sheet.
However, although the mounting clip of Patent Document 1 can surely fix the clip to the protective sheet to some extent, the protective sheet is long and flexible, so even if the clip is opened The protective sheet in the folded state cannot always be opened reliably. Further, although the wire can be securely held if the wire is thicker than the gap between the arms of the clip, if the wire is thin, the holding force becomes insufficient, and the protective sheet may slip off. Therefore, further improvements for improving usability are desired.
Further, the protective sheet of Patent Document 2 is provided with a core material at the periphery and is difficult to bend (the protective sheet is reinforced), but in such a configuration, the core material is bent when covered with an electric wire. And fix it (bently bend the reinforced part). Even if the core material is not arranged in the fold, the portion reinforced by the core material and the charging unit abut when sandwiching the charging unit, so the core material is bent when winding the charging unit. It will be fixed. Therefore, the core material inevitably needs to have a considerable flexibility, which means that it is weak to reinforce and hard to wind, which is insufficient for any purpose. There was a risk of it.
Furthermore, the protective sheet of Patent Document 3 is configured such that the protective sheet is spread by providing a plate-like core material in the vicinity of the center of gravity. Therefore, it is convenient when covering a large object such as a retaining part, but it may be difficult to wind when covering a thin part such as a single wire or a passing part. Therefore, further improvements for improving usability are desired so that various shapes of charging parts can be covered more flexibly.
In addition, it is necessary to fix the protective sheet of the protective sheet of Patent Document 3 by holding the gripping part and releasing the temporary fixing, and then again gripping and bonding the adhesive part in another place. There is. Since the worker is working with a remote remote insulating rod, it has been desired to provide a protective sheet that can be attached more simply.
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object thereof is to provide a protective sheet, an attachment method thereof, and an attachment clip for the protective sheet in an indirect hot wire method with improved usability.
In order to solve the above problems, a representative configuration of a protective sheet according to the present invention includes an insulating sheet that covers a charging portion to prevent electric shock, one or more core members that reinforce the insulating sheet, and a core member It comprises a core material holding part which holds detachably, and a fixing part which fixes an insulating sheet in the state where it covered the charging part.
According to the said structure, when the core material was made the structure which can be attached or detached, if rigidity is not required for a protection sheet, it can be removed. Therefore, the core material does not need to be flexible, and if the core material is attached, the protective sheet can have a desired rigidity, and convenience when covering the straight portion or a large member is improved. Moreover, if the core material is removed, the flexibility (softness) of the protective sheet can be increased, and the shape of the charging part can be freely followed when covering a curved part or a thin shape.
The core material may have a plate shape, and the core material holding portion may have a pocket shape having an opening that can be opened and closed by a surface fastener on one side, and the core material may be detachably held through the opening. According to such a configuration, it is possible to suitably attach (remove) the core material to the protective sheet for a wide range.
The core material holding part may include a drain hole for discharging moisture to the outside of the protective sheet. Thus, even if rainwater enters from the opening, it can be discharged early and dried.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, another typical configuration of the protective sheet according to the present invention is a long rectangular insulating sheet that covers and covers an electric wire in order to prevent an electric shock, and the insulating sheet is reinforced. In order to do so, it is characterized by comprising two or more rod-like core members arranged in parallel in the vicinity of the long side, and a fixing portion for fixing the insulating sheet in a state of being covered with the electric wire.
According to such a configuration, the protective sheet folded when the protective sheet is wound (clamped) can be reliably opened by arranging the rod-shaped core member in parallel with the electric wire.
The core material may have a rod shape in which the insertion tip portion is formed thinner than other portions, and the core material holding portion may have a cylindrical shape in which both ends holding the core material are opened by press-fitting the core material. According to such a configuration, the core material can be attached / detached by simply inserting / removing the protective sheet, and the attaching / detaching operation can be performed very simply. Therefore, the rigidity of the protective sheet can be freely switched according to the situation (depending on the shape of the charging unit to be attached).
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, another typical configuration of the protective sheet according to the present invention includes an insulating sheet that is wound around a charging portion to prevent electric shock, and a strip-shaped connecting piece that is formed at one end of the insulating sheet. And an operation piece formed at the tip of the connecting piece, a temporary anchoring portion that folds and temporarily fastens the side provided with the connecting piece, and a fixing that anchors the connecting piece to fix the insulating sheet in a state of covering the electric wire. And a section.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to reduce the length of the protective sheet that is temporarily fixed to the temporary holding portion and to hang down, and after the protective sheet is lifted and placed on the charging portion, one operation piece is gripped. Thus, both the temporary fastening release and the connection piece mooring can be performed without changing the holding. Therefore, the protective sheet can be wound easily and quickly.
The fixing portion may be a clip attached to sandwich the insulating sheet, a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners, or both. Thereby, a protection sheet can be suitably covered on a charging part and can be removed.
In order to solve the above problems, a representative configuration of a method for mounting a protective sheet according to the present invention is a method for mounting a protective sheet that prevents electric shock by winding a charging unit, and includes one end of the protective sheet. Fold the side with the strip-shaped connecting piece formed temporarily and temporarily fix it, lift the protective sheet with the side temporarily fixed, cover the charging part, and grip the operating piece formed at the tip of the connecting piece Then, the temporary fastening of the protective sheet is released, the operation piece is gripped, the protective sheet is wound around the charging part, and the connecting piece is anchored to the fixing part on the opposite side.
The component corresponding to the technical idea in the protective sheet and the description thereof can be applied to the method of attaching the protective sheet.
In order to solve the above-described problems, a typical configuration of the protective sheet mounting clip according to the present invention is gripped by a pair of arms that press against each other at the tip and fix the protective sheet, and a remote insulating rod. Thus, a grip portion that opens and closes the tip of the arm and a core material insertion hole through which the core material provided in the protective sheet is inserted are provided.
According to said structure, since an attachment clip penetrates a core material, if an attachment clip is opened and closed, a protection sheet can be opened and closed reliably, and it can attach to a charging part easily.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, another typical configuration of the protective sheet mounting clip according to the present invention is to hold the protective sheet with a pair of arms that are pressed against each other at the tip and fixed with a remote insulating rod. Thus, a gripping portion that opens and closes the distal end of the arm and a winding claw that is formed at the distal end of the arm and protrudes toward the other arm side from the contact portion between the arms are provided.
According to this configuration, when the attachment clip is attached to the protective sheet, the entrainment claw is responsible for pulling the protective sheet (and the charged portion covered by the protective sheet) and protects the attachment clip. When sandwiched between the sheets, the protective sheet (and the charging unit covered by the protective sheet) is prevented from falling off. Thereby, a protective sheet can be suitably fixed to a charging part.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, another typical configuration of the protective sheet mounting clip according to the present invention is to hold the protective sheet with a pair of arms that are pressed against each other at the tip and fixed with a remote insulating rod. Thus, a gripping portion that opens and closes the tip of the arm and a return portion that is formed at the tip of the arm and anchors the clip fixing band provided on the protective sheet are provided.
According to such a configuration, the return portion can prevent the tip of the arm from falling off the clip fixing band. Further, since the clip fixing band is easily wound around the arm by providing the return portion only on the distal end side, the mounting clip can be suitably fixed to the protective sheet.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, another typical configuration of the protective sheet mounting clip according to the present invention is to hold the protective sheet with a pair of arms that are pressed against each other at the tip and fixed with a remote insulating rod. Thus, a gripping unit that opens and closes the tip of the arm and an elastic member that fills the space between the arms are provided.
According to such a configuration, since the space between the arms becomes dense, even a thin electric wire can be reliably pinched. When the electric wire is thick, the elastic member bends and the arm is slightly opened (cannot be fully closed), so that it can be securely held. That is, the application range of the protective sheet against the thickness of the electric wire can be expanded.
The arm may be formed to be detachable from the grip portion. Thereby, since the holding part which has a spring and an opening-and-closing mechanism can be used as a common member, reduction of a production cost and a maintenance cost can be aimed at.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the protection sheet in the indirect hot wire construction method which improved usability, its attachment method, and the attachment clip of a protection sheet can be provided.

The core
Further, since the
In FIG. 2, the two
A
FIG. 3 is a view showing the
The pair of
The
The core
The
The
The
FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the
Then, as shown in FIG. 4B, the
Then, as shown in FIG. 4C, when the

(Second Embodiment)
A second embodiment of a protective sheet, a method for attaching the protective sheet, and a mounting clip for the protective sheet according to the present invention will be described. The same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and the description thereof is omitted. FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a
The
As described above, the insulating
On the
The
The
FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating a shape example of the
The hook-and-
The
The hook-and-
Since the indirect hot wire method of working using the remote insulating
The
FIG. 8 is a view showing a
The
The slip-preventing
FIG. 9 is a diagram illustrating a method for attaching the
Next, as shown in FIG. 9 (b), the
Finally, as shown in FIG. 9C, a
As described above, according to the present embodiment, since the
In addition, FIG. 10 is a figure explaining the structure of the
