Abstract

Claims (10)
- 組み立て用トラック(18)を持つ圧縮機ケーシング部分(11)と、前記組み立て用トラック(18)に挿入可能である一組のステータ部分(12,14,16)とを有する圧縮機ケーシング組立体(10)であって、
前記圧縮機ケーシング部分及び前記一組のステータ部分は、前記一組のステータ部分が前記圧縮機ケーシング部分に単一の構成でのみ組み立てられるように構成されている、圧縮機ケーシング組立体(10)。 - 前記組み立て用トラック(18)は少なくとも1つの突起(48)によりキー止めされている、請求項1記載の圧縮機ケーシング組立体(10)。
- 前記圧縮機ケーシング組立体(10)は更に複数の突起(48,50,52,54)を有しており、前記複数の突起(48,50,52,54)の各々は前記組み立て用トラック(18)の長さに沿って間隔を置いて配置されており、また前記複数の突起(48,50,52,54)の各々は前記組み立て用トラック(18)の幅に沿って間隔を置いて配置されている、請求項2記載の圧縮機ケーシング組立体(10)。
- 前記一組のステータ部分(12,14,16)の内の少なくとも1つのステータ部分(12)は少なくとも1つのステータ溝穴(56)とキー止めされている、請求項2記載の圧縮機ケーシング組立体(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つのステータ溝穴(56)は、前記少なくとも1つのステータ部分(14)が前記少なくとも1つの突起(48)よりも更に前記組み立て用トラック(18)の中へ挿入されるとき、前記少なくとも1つの突起(48)のための隙間を提供する、請求項4記載の圧縮機ケーシング組立体(10)。
- 前記一組のステータ部分(12,14,16)は非一様な静翼(28)スキームを有している、請求項1記載の圧縮機ケーシング組立体(10)。
- 前記圧縮機ケーシング部分(11)には少なくとも1つの圧縮機ケーシング溝穴(66)が設けられている、請求項1記載の圧縮機ケーシング組立体(10)。
- 少なくとも1つの圧縮機ケーシング溝穴(66)の内の少なくとも1つの中に少なくとも1つの突起(48)が配置されている、請求項7記載の圧縮機ケーシング組立体(10)。
- 圧縮機ケーシング(11)に対するステータ部分(12,14,16)の適切な取り付けを確実にする方法であって、
圧縮機ケーシング(11)の組み立て用トラック(18)に一組のステータ部分(12,14,16)を挿入する段階を含み、前記組み立て用トラック(18)及び前記一組のステータ部分(12,14,16)の各々は、前記ステータ部分(12,14,16)の各々が前記圧縮機ケーシング(11)に単一の構成でのみ組み立てられるようにキー止めされる、方法。 - 圧縮機ケーシング(11)に対するステータ部分(12,14,16)の適切な取り付けを確実にする方法であって、
圧縮機ケーシング(11)の組み立て用トラック(18)をキー止めする段階と、
一組のステータ部分(12,14,16)の各々を、該一組のステータ部分(12,14,16)が前記圧縮機ケーシング(11)に単一の構成でのみ組み立てられるようにキー止めする段階と、
を有する方法。
