Claims (13)
- 非一様厚の複合スパー部材を製造する方法であって、
複数の繊維を非円筒型マンドレルに通して可変厚さ形状の繊維プレフォームを成形する編組工程と、
前記成形された繊維プレフォームを平板化する工程と、
平板化された前記成形された繊維プレフォームを切断して前記非一様厚複合スパー部材を得る工程と、
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記平板化された成形繊維プレフォームを切断する工程の前に、この成形繊維プレフォームを固定する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記編組工程は、3種類の繊維を三軸織パターンに編む工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記編組工程は、前記繊維を45°−0°−45°の配列で編む工程を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 複数の層を1層の上に他層を重ねて連続的に編む工程を有することにより、前記可変厚さ成形繊維プレフォームの平均厚さを増加させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造される非一様厚複合スパー部材。
- 前記非一様厚複合スパー部材を組み込んだ製品は、プロペラ又は翼スパーである請求項6に記載の製品。
- 非一様厚複合スパー部材を製造する装置であって、
編み機と、
可変位置シャトルと、
非円筒型マンドレルと、を有し、
前記可変位置シャトルが、前記非円筒型マンドレルの前記編み機に対する相対位置を変更して移動することが可能であることにより、スパープライが前記非円筒型マンドレルの周囲に編まれることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記スパープライを平板化するために、ローラ、真空プレス装置、プレス機、又はこれらと同等物を更に具備する請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記平板化されたスパープライを固定するために、樹脂を供給し硬化させる装置を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記スパープライを切断するためのカッターを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項8乃至10に記載の装置。
- 前記可変位置シャトルは、少なくとも二方向以上の異なる方向へ移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項8ないし11に記載の装置。
- 請求項8ないし12に記載の装置に使用される非円筒型マンドレル。
