Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card type seal equipped with a sealing member and a cinnabar seal ink of the seal at a card type case, which can accurately conduct sealing with weak force only by sliding and hard to shift. <P>SOLUTION: The slide type seal comprises: a seal provided at a front edge of a U-shaped longitudinal incision of an upper case; a cinnabar seal ink part provided at a position of a lower case where the center of the seal corresponds when the case is closed; and a straight line provided to both of the upper and lower cases so as to pass through the center of the seal. Description

本発明は、カード型のケースに印鑑の捺印部分と朱肉を取り付けた、スライドするだけでわずかな力で正確に捺印することができる、捺印ガイドの役目をもつ薄型ケースと一体の、ずれにくいスライド式印鑑の提案である。  The present invention has a card-type case with a stamp part and vermilion attached to it, and can be printed accurately with a slight force just by sliding. 従来、印鑑は筒状で捺印場所に正確に捺印するのが難しく、棒状の印鑑を強く押し付けるのは高齢者などには難しいなどの難点があった。またケース汚れないようにケースに入れても棒状の本体より薄くは出来ないのでスマートに持ち運びにくく、転がってなくしやすいなどの欠点があった（特許文献１参照）。捺印場所に正確に捺印するために印鑑本体に取り付ける補助具があったが、印鑑と別に持ち歩く必要があり、取り付けの正確性を保つのが難しかった（特許文献６参照）。

それには、次のような問題があった。
（イ）元来の印鑑は丸などの筒状のものがほとんどで、捺印場所に正確におすことが困難であった。
（ロ）朱肉を必要としない印鑑は、その構造上捺印された印が経年劣化に弱く正式な書類などに用いることができない。
（ハ）一般印鑑は筒状であるためにまっすぐに力を入れにくく、高齢者には使いにくいものが多かった。
（二）棒状のものなどはその構造上、まっすぐ捺印するのが難しく、ずれたり擦れたりすることが多く、訂正印で対応しなければならないなど、煩わしく捺印に緊張を伴いやすい。There were the following problems.

上部ケースに縦長角Ｕ字型の切込みを入れ、切込みの先端にはんこ部を設ける。ケースを閉じた時にはんこ部と中心点が一致する位置の下部ケースに朱肉部を設ける。上下ケースの双方にはんこ部の中心を通る縦横の直行線を設ける。上下のケースはスライド式とする。  A vertically long U-shaped cut is made in the upper case, and a cutout is provided at the tip of the cut. 以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
（イ）上部ケース（１）に、縦長角Ｕ字の切込みをいれブレード（２）を形成する。ブレードの先端にはんこ部（３）を設ける。下部ケース（４）に設けられた朱肉部（５）は、閉じたときにはんこ部と中心が一致する。上部ケース（１）及び下部ケース（４）の双方に、はんこ部の中心を通る縦横の直行線を設ける（６）。下部ケース（４）の端部には曲がらないで捺印でするための平行用ガイド（７）を設ける。
本発明は、以上のような構成となっている。
以下に使用法を説明する。
ケースを閉じた状態でブレード（２）を押さない時はんこ部（３）と朱肉部（５）にはわずかな隙間があり、ブレードをぽんと押す事ではんこ部に朱肉が付く。上部ケース（１）をスライドさせ、直行線（６）と平行用ガイド（７）を目標に、ブレードを押すことで正確に捺印する。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.

上部ケースの縦長角Ｕ字型の切込みの先端にはんこ部を設け、ケースを閉じた時にはんこ部と中心が一致する位置の下部ケースに朱肉部を設け、上下ケース双方にはんこ部の中心を通る縦横の直行線を設けた、上下のケースがスライドする、捺印ガイドの役目をもつ薄型ケースと本体が一体の、スライド式印鑑。  The upper case has a cut-off portion at the tip of the U-shaped notch, and when the case is closed, the lower case is provided in the lower case where the center matches the center, and both the upper and lower cases pass through the center of the cut portion.
