Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a plate heat exchanger.
A plate-type heat exchanger performs heat exchange between fluids by laminating heat transfer plates and alternately circulating two kinds of fluids in a flow path formed between the heat transfer plates. A gasket is provided between the heat transfer plates, and a flow path is formed by this gasket and leakage of fluid to the outside is prevented.
For example, as shown in FIG. 16, a plate heat exchanger disclosed in Patent Document 1 includes a
On the other hand, the heat transfer plate shown in Patent Document 2 is provided with corrugated uneven portions in which peaks and valleys appear alternately in the direction along the gasket groove on the outside of the gasket groove of the heat transfer plate. It has been. By providing the concavo-convex portions in this manner, the ridges and valleys of the concavo-convex portions of adjacent heat transfer plates can be brought into contact with each other, and the heat transfer plates can be laminated in a stable state. In this plate heat exchanger, a slit is formed at the peak of the concavo-convex portion, a fixing portion is provided outside the gasket body, and the fixing portion of the gasket is fitted to the slit of the heat transfer plate to fix both. ing. As a result, the gasket can be fixed to the heat transfer plate without using an adhesive, so that the gasket that has deteriorated during maintenance can be easily replaced, and the odor of the adhesive is not attached to the fluid. In particular, in the case of heat exchangers used for food sterilization and the like, it is preferable to abolish the use of adhesives as described above in order to reliably avoid the smell of adhesives from being attached to foods.
The plate heat exchanger of FIG. 16 is assembled by fixing a gasket to each
As in the case of the
For example, FIG. 17 shows a
For example, after placing the
The subject of this invention is providing the plate type heat exchanger which can fix a gasket to both surfaces of a heat exchanger plate at low cost, without using an adhesive agent.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a plate heat exchanger in which a plurality of rectangular heat transfer plates are stacked via a gasket, and the gasket is arranged around the entire heat transfer surface of the heat transfer plate. And a fixing portion provided outside the gasket body, and the heat transfer plate is provided on the gasket groove for mounting the gasket body, and on the outer periphery of the gasket groove, along the gasket groove. The projections and troughs appear alternately in the direction, and the projections and depressions are formed in the projections and depressions, and the fitting portions for fitting the fixed portions of the gasket are formed. Provided is a plate heat exchanger that is 180 [deg.] Rotationally symmetric with respect to a central axis passing through a central portion of a side or a long side.
As described above, in the present invention, the shape of the concavo-convex portion is 180 ° rotationally symmetric with respect to the central axis passing through the short side or the long side central portion of the heat transfer plate. As a result, when it is necessary to fix the gaskets on both sides, after placing the heat transfer plate on the punching die and forming the fitting part on one side, turn the heat transfer plate over and turn the same mold Can be placed on top. And by forming another fitting part in a place different from the previous fitting part, it is possible to form twice as many fitting parts without requiring a new mold.
For example, among the uneven portions formed along the curved portion of the gasket groove and symmetric with respect to the central axis, one uneven portion is composed of a straight peak portion and a fan-shaped valley portion, and the other uneven portion. Is formed of a fan-shaped peak and a straight trough, the shape of the concavo-convex part can be 180 ° rotationally symmetric with respect to the central axis. In addition, “straight shape” means a shape in which the contour lines of the peaks or valleys run in parallel, and “fan shape” means a shape in which the intervals between the contour lines of the peaks or valleys spread outward. Say.
For example, in Patent Document 2, a pair of engaging portions (protrusions 10) that sandwich the crests of the concavo-convex portions from both sides in the extending direction of the gasket groove are provided in the fixed portion of the gasket. Misalignment between the gasket and the heat transfer plate in the current direction is prevented. However, since the pair of engaging portions of Patent Document 2 are arranged in parallel to each other from the gasket main body to the outside, they can be brought into close contact with the straight ridges (see FIG. 5), but the sector ridges. It cannot be in close contact with the part. In view of this point, on the fixed part of the gasket that fits into the fitting part of the fan-shaped peak part, the gap between the fan-shaped peak parts is gradually expanded outward along the shape of the fan-shaped peak part, and the fan-shaped peak part is gasketed. If a pair of engaging portions sandwiched from both sides in the groove extending direction are provided, the pair of engaging portions can be brought into close contact with the fan-shaped mountain portion (see FIG. 6), and both can be reliably engaged. .
As described above, according to the plate heat exchanger of the present invention, the gasket can be fixed to both surfaces of the heat transfer plate at low cost without using an adhesive.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a plate heat exchanger according to an embodiment of the present invention. This plate type heat exchanger has a
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The concavo-
In the concavo-
The pitch of the concavo-
The concave-
FIG. 4 shows a state in which the
The
The fixing
Further, as shown in FIG. 7, the
The connecting
FIG. 8 shows a state in which the
FIG. 9 shows the
The
The number of
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. Hereinafter, other embodiments of the present invention will be described.

In the above, when assembling the plate heat exchanger, as shown in FIG. 1, a method of fixing the gasket 40 (or the end gasket 50) to each
In the above description, the central axis M of the
Further, in the above, one of the passage holes 12 to 15 is circulated through the left half passage holes 12 and 14 and the other fluid is circulated through the right half passage holes 13 and 15. For example, as shown in FIG. 15, one fluid A is allowed to flow through the passage holes 13, 14 at one diagonal position, and the other fluid B is passed through the passage holes 12, 15 at the other diagonal position. You may make it distribute | circulate. In this case, the
Moreover, although the
