Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a glass fiber winding device that winds a glass fiber wound on an original reel.
。 As a wire rod winding device of the prior art, in the process of winding a wire rod fed by a grooved pulley with a winder, a slack portion of the wire rod is provided between the front and rear grooved pulleys, and the amount of slack of this wire rod is detected. The device uses an electrically driven grooved pulley that can be pulled with constant tension so that the front and rear grooved pulleys are not affected by the pretreatment process, and the non-contact analog distance in the slack lower limit direction of the slack portion of the wire A device for detecting the amount of sag of a wire is disclosed in which a sensor is opposed and a signal related to an increase or decrease in the amount of sag of the wire detected by the sensor is sent to a variable motor for rotational driving of a winder. In this sagging amount detection device, a dancer pulley provided with a balance weight attached via a rod is provided in the sagging portion to obtain winding tension (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
。 In addition, with respect to the reversing position adjustment device for the traverse guide for the wire guide that is provided opposite to the bobbin for winding the wire and reverses at the end of the bobbin, a dancer is provided on the upstream side of the traverse guide, and the movable in the dancer A wire rod winding device is disclosed in which a sensor for detecting the vertical movement of the pulley is provided and the detection result by the sensor is reflected in the drive system of the reversing position adjusting device (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
However, according to
Moreover, since the wire winding part of the wire winding device of
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and when the glass fiber wound on the original reel is wound around the take-up reel, the fluctuation in the tension of the glass fiber is reduced to prevent breakage or unwinding. In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a glass fiber winding device that can secure the performance of the glass fiber and reduce the artificialness of the winding operation.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to
In the invention according to
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a length measuring pulley in which a glass fiber is engaged between the compound movable pulley unit and the take-up reel, and the control device sends a wire when the length measuring pulley reaches a predetermined number of rotations. Stop rotation of motor and take-up motor.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a tension pulley in which a glass fiber is wound between the original reel and the take-up reel, and tension measuring means for measuring a force acting on the tension pulley.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a traverse mechanism having a fiber guide for moving the glass fiber wound around the take-up reel in the winding axis direction of the take-up reel, and the control device winds up the traverse mechanism. Control in synchronization with the motor.
In the first aspect of the present invention, the winding tension wound around the winding reel is set by the weight of the weight Wg. The winding tension setting value Fs is the number of stages (hereinafter referred to as the number of stages) of the compound pulley block, and the weight of the weight acting on the pulleys in common (the total weight of the shaft and the guide member connected to the shaft and the weight) is Wg. Then, Fs = Wg / (2 × n). The winding tension setting value Fs is the tension when the moving pulley is stationary, or the winding tension when the weight and the moving pulley are moved at a very low acceleration where the influence of the inertia force of the weight can be ignored. Does not include the effect of inertia. However, the moving pulley and the weight are controlled so as to reciprocate between the respective limit positions detected by the first position detecting means and the second position detecting means at an appropriate speed. This reciprocating motion generates an inertial force (= weight mass M × weight acceleration α) in the weight. This inertia force acts as a disturbance ΔF on the winding tension F of the glass fiber, and the winding tension F becomes F = (winding tension setting value Fs + disturbance ΔF), and the disturbance ΔF = the inertial force of the weight / (2 × n). = Mα / (2 × n). The disturbance ΔF1 due to the first stage inertia force is ΔF1 = (M / n) × (nα) / 2 = Mα / 2, and the n stage disturbance ΔF of the present invention is n minutes of the one stage disturbance ΔF1 of the prior art. Decrease to 1. Further, by appropriately setting the number of stages of the compound moving pulley unit, it can be reduced to a value that hardly affects the winding tension setting value Fs. As described above, it is possible to provide a glass fiber winding device that prevents breakage of the glass fiber or loosening of the winding and ensures performance as an optical fiber.
In addition, the glass fiber can be wound with a stable winding tension by suppressing fluctuations in winding tension, reducing the number of workers required for winding adjustment, winding abnormality monitoring, and handling of winding problems. it can.
In the second aspect of the invention, the wire feed motor is controlled by the detection signals of the first position detection means and the second position detection means, and the winding motor is rotated at a constant speed. Is constant without control. Thereby, since the tension | tensile_strength which winds up glass fiber to a winding reel also becomes fixed, a fracture | rupture or winding loosening is prevented and the predetermined performance of glass fiber is securable. Furthermore, since the wire transmission motor and the winding motor do not require any special control other than starting and stopping, the wire transmission motor and the winding motor can be easily controlled.
Moreover, in invention of
In the invention according to claim 4, the glass fiber is engaged with the tension pulley, and by setting the engagement angle to 180 degrees, a force 2F that is twice the tension F of the glass fiber acts on the shaft. The force 2F is measured with a tension measuring device. As a result, it can be confirmed that the winding tension of the glass fiber is within a predetermined value range, and the yield rate is improved. In addition, by arranging the tension pulley shaft in the direction of gravity, the influence of the weight of the tension pulley is eliminated, so that the measurement value accuracy is improved.
The invention according to
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a glass fiber winding device according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the glass
In the connecting
The
The
The
FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram in which the compound
The
The
The
The
The
The upper limit switch 41 and the
Moreover, although the
In this embodiment, since the
Next, the operation and effect of the glass fiber winding device according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 3 is an explanatory view of the operation of the compound moving
While the wire feed motor 4 is rotating and continuing the state in which the

As shown in FIG. 2, in the compound moving
However, since the
Comparing the five-
In this embodiment, the weights of the
Further, the transmission motor 4 is started and stopped by detection signals from the upper limit switch 41 and the
In addition, since the
Furthermore, since the fluctuation value of the winding tension can be sufficiently reduced compared to the winding tension setting value under a predetermined winding tension setting value, the diameter of the winding start of the winding
Further, a length measuring pulley 12 is provided between the compound
Further, the
The
Table 1 shows the inspection results of the quality inspection of the
Table 2 shows the investigation results of the fluctuation range of the tension of the
