Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electrolyzed water generating device that generates electrolyzed water, and a sterilization system including the electrolyzed water generating device.

On the other hand, when the electric circuit part is accommodated in the same case as the electrolysis unit or the like, it is desirable to arrange the electric circuit part in the case well so as to facilitate maintenance of the electric circuit part. In addition to this, for example, even during the maintenance of the electric circuit unit, it is necessary to have a configuration in which water or electrolytic water enters the electric circuit unit to prevent entry.
Therefore, the present invention is such that the electric circuit part that supplies power for electrolysis is easy to maintain, and even during maintenance, entry of water or electrolytic water into the electric circuit part can be suppressed. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electrolyzed water generator that can be installed, and a sterilization system including the electrolyzed water generator.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a water tank, an electrolysis unit that electrolyzes water in the water tank to generate electrolyzed water, and electrolyzed water generated by the electrolysis unit in a single case.

As shown in FIG. 3, the

FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of the

The gas-liquid contact members 41A1 to 41F2 are members that bring electrolyzed water into contact with the air passing through the
The gas-liquid contact members 41A1 to 41F2 are filter members having a three-dimensional structure similar to a honeycomb structure, and have a structure in which an element portion in contact with a gas is supported by a frame. Although not shown, the element portion is configured by laminating a corrugated plate member and a flat plate member, and a plurality of substantially triangular openings are provided between the corrugated plate member and the flat plate member. Is formed. Accordingly, a wide gas contact area when air is allowed to pass through the element portion, electrolytic water can be dripped, and the structure is less likely to be clogged.
The element part is made of a material that is hardly deteriorated by electrolyzed water, for example, polyolefin resin (polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, etc.), PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin, vinyl chloride resin, fluorine resin (PTFE, PFA, ETFE, etc.) Alternatively, a material such as a ceramic material is used, and in this configuration, a PET resin is used. In addition, the element portion is subjected to a hydrophilic treatment, and the affinity for the electrolyzed water is enhanced, whereby the water retention (wetability) of the electrolyzed water of the gas-liquid contact members 41A1 to 41F2 is maintained, which will be described later. Contact between the active oxygen species (active oxygen substance) and air is sustained for a long time.
The number of gas-liquid contact members is determined according to the amount of air passing through the
The electrolyzed water

Here, the reactive oxygen species are oxygen molecules having an oxidation activity higher than that of normal oxygen and related substances, and so-called narrow definition such as superoxide anion, singlet oxygen, hydroxyl radical, or hydrogen peroxide. These active oxygens include so-called broad active oxygens such as ozone and hypohalous acid.
2H2O→O2+4H++4e- ・・・(2)

Hypochlorous acid (active oxygen species in a broad sense) generated at the anode electrode has a strong oxidizing action and bleaching action. An aqueous solution in which hypochlorous acid is dissolved, that is, electrolyzed water generated by the
An example of influenza virus is given as an action mechanism for inactivating viruses and the like by reactive oxygen species. The reactive oxygen species described above have the action of destroying and eliminating (removing) the surface protein (spike) of the virus, which is essential for influenza virus infection. When this surface protein is destroyed, the influenza virus and the receptor (receptor) necessary for the infection of the influenza virus are not bound, and the infection is prevented. For this reason, the influenza virus floating in the air loses infectivity by contacting the electrolyzed water containing active oxygen species in the gas-liquid contact members 41A1 to 41F2, thereby preventing infection.
Therefore, by disposing the element units 40A to 40F including the gas-liquid contact members 41A1 to 41F2 in the

FIG. 6 is an exploded perspective view showing the configuration of the electrolyzed water
As shown in FIG. 6, the

In particular, in the present embodiment, the
The
In addition, an

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the

In the present embodiment, the electrical

Moreover, according to this embodiment, since the
