Description

The present invention relates to a reflecting member that is mounted on a wall surface that is exposed with an end face facing outward in a light source device or the like.

Some display panels installed outdoors include a light source device on the back of a translucent panel. In such a light source device, it is necessary to change the illumination area in response to a change in the size of the display panel.

。   Therefore, in the conventional light source device, in order to cope with the change of the illumination area, a light source device having an illumination area corresponding to the size of the display panel is configured by combining a plurality of light source modules each having a light source independently. There are some (for example, refer to Patent Document 1).

In such a light source device, the wall surfaces of adjacent light source modules are present inside in a state where they are joined together.
JP-A-6-301347

However, in a light source device configured by combining a plurality of light source modules, since the light source does not exist in the portion of the illumination surface facing the wall surface, the image of the wall surface appears as a dark portion on the illumination surface, and the brightness of the entire display panel is uniform. There is a problem that cannot be given.

In order to prevent the image of the wall surface existing inside the light source device from appearing on the illumination surface, a reflection member is attached to the wall surface, and the light directed from the light source of each light source module toward the wall surface is reflected toward the illumination surface. It is done.

Such a reflecting member is not only a light source device configured by combining a plurality of light source modules, but also for other devices having a wall surface with the end face exposed to the outside in order to improve aesthetics. May be used.

An object of the present invention is to provide a reflecting member that can be easily and reliably attached to an inner wall surface of a light source device or the like.

The reflecting member of the present invention is formed by bending a resin flat plate, and is attached to a wall surface whose end face is exposed outward, and includes at least one engagement pair of first and second side faces, first and second bottom faces. It has. The first and second side surfaces include a range in which the distance between the distal end portion and the base portion gradually increases from the distal end portion side toward the base portion side. The first and second bottom surfaces extend from the respective bases of the first and second side surfaces toward the second and first side surfaces with the first and second fold lines interposed therebetween. The engagement pair is formed on each of the first and second bottom surfaces, and engages with each other in a direction in which the first side surface and the second side surface are close to each other and in a direction along the first and second folding lines. . A gap through which the wall surface penetrates is formed between the first bottom surface and the second bottom surface with the engagement pair engaged.

In this configuration, when the first and second bottom surfaces are bent toward the inner sides of the first and second side surfaces at the first and second folding lines, The movement in the direction in which the side surface and the second side surface are close to each other and the direction along the first and second fold lines is restricted. The first and second side surfaces and the first and second bottom surfaces are maintained in a state of forming a closed space.

In this configuration, the engagement pair preferably includes first and second extending portions, a first hole portion, a second hole portion, and an engagement piece. The first and second extending portions extend from the ends of the first and second bottom surfaces opposite to the first and second fold lines with the third and fourth fold lines interposed therebetween. The first hole is formed on the first bottom surface at a predetermined distance from the third fold line. The second hole is narrower than the first hole in the direction along the third fold line, and is formed continuously from the first hole to the first extension. The engagement piece is formed in the second extension portion and extends from the second bottom portion with the fourth fold line side in between, and extends from the outside of the first bottom surface to the inside of the first and second holes. Penetrate.

When the first extension portion and the second extension portion are joined to each other, and the engagement piece is passed through the first and second holes from the outside to the inside of the first bottom surface, Side surfaces of the hole portion parallel to the third fold line abut on the engagement piece and the direction perpendicular to the third fold line. In addition, the side surface orthogonal to the third fold line in the second hole formed in the first extension part abuts in the direction parallel to the engagement piece and the third fold line. Furthermore, the side surface parallel to the third fold line in the second hole portion formed in the first extension portion abuts in the surface direction of the engagement piece and the first extension portion.

Accordingly, the first bottom surface and the second bottom surface are moved away from each other in the direction orthogonal to the third fold line, the direction parallel to the third fold line, and the surface direction of the first extension portion. Is regulated, and the resin flat plate is reliably maintained in a shape folded at the first to fourth folding lines.

Moreover, it is preferable to comprise the 1st and 2nd side surface by the plane where the length from a front-end | tip part to a base part is equal. The resin flat plate folded at the first to fourth folding lines is maintained in a uniform triangular cross-sectional shape.

Further, the first and second bottom surfaces are fifth and sixth fold lines parallel to the first and second fold lines, and are folded in the direction opposite to the first and second fold lines. Preferably, a sixth fold line is provided. When the wall surface on which the reflecting member is to be mounted has an inclined surface on the base end side, the reflecting member can be reliably mounted by bringing the first and second bottom surfaces into close contact with the inclined surface of the wall surface.

According to this invention, the shape which bent the resin flat plate to the predetermined shape can be maintained reliably, and it can mount | wear easily and reliably on the inner wall surfaces, such as a light source device.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a display panel device including a light source device using a reflecting member according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the display panel device.

The display panel device 100 includes a display panel 101 and a light source device 200. The display panel 101 is made of a translucent flat plate such as a resin, and arbitrary characters, figures, photographs, etc. are written on the surface. The light source device 200 is a thin casing in which a light source 202 such as a cathode tube is housed and the front surface is open. The area of the front surface of the light source device 200 is equal to that of the display panel 101, and the display panel 101 is attached so as to cover the front surface of the light source device 200.

As an example, the light source device 200 is configured by connecting two light source modules 201 in the horizontal direction. The light source module 201 is configured to be connectable in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction. By changing the number and connection direction of the light source modules 201 according to the area of the display panel 101, it is possible to cope with a change in the area of the display panel 101.

The light source module 201 is formed into a thin casing whose front surface is opened by pressing or the like using a metal flat plate as a material. Inside the light source module 201, the light source 202 is disposed over substantially the entire width. Both ends of the light source 202 are covered with covers 203 arranged at corners inside the light source module 201.

One wall surface 203 of the light source module 201 is set lower than the other wall surface. The two light source units 201 are connected by joining the wall surfaces 203 to each other.

FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part of the display panel device. As shown in FIG. 3A, the light source 202 does not exist in the vicinity of the wall surface 204 joined to each other in each of the two connected light source modules 201. For this reason, a shadow portion 102 is formed as an image of illumination light on the portion of the display panel 101 facing the wall surface 204, and the aesthetic appearance of characters and the like written on the display panel 101 is impaired.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3B, the reflecting member 10 placed on the upper surface of the cover 203 is attached from the end of the wall surface 204. The light from the light source 202 is reflected on the side surface of the reflecting member 10 and is distributed to the portion of the display panel 101 facing the wall surface 204. The reflecting member 10 is attached to the wall surface 204 over the entire length in the direction orthogonal to the paper surface of FIG. The shadow 102 is not formed on the display panel 101, and the appearance of characters and the like written on the display panel 101 is not impaired.

As an example, the reflecting member 10 is formed into a predetermined shape by being bent at a predetermined position of a glossy white resin flat plate on a surface by a folding line formed by pressing or the like. In the example shown in FIG. 3B, the reflecting member 10 has a triangular cross-sectional shape having two planar side surfaces from the distal end portion to the proximal end portion, but the two side surfaces are convex inward. It may be curved or bent.

4 (A) to 4 (C) are diagrams showing an assembling process of the reflecting member according to the embodiment of the present invention. For example, the reflecting member 10 is formed by punching a white resin flat plate having a glossy surface into a long shape by pressing. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4A, the reflecting member 10 has a main fold line 20 parallel to the longitudinal direction (arrow Y direction), first to fourth fold lines 21 to 24, a hole 30, Engagement piece 40, extension parts 15 and 16, and notch parts 17 and 18 are formed simultaneously.

The fold lines 20 to 24 are formed by cutting that does not reach the back surface side from the front surface side of the reflecting member 10. The hole 30 is composed of a first hole 31 and a second hole 32 having different widths in the arrow Y direction, and is formed by punching from the front surface side to the back surface side of the reflecting member 10. The engagement piece 40 includes a first engagement portion 31 and a second engagement 32 having different widths in the arrow Y direction, and is formed by a notch reaching from the front surface side to the back surface side of the reflection member 10. The engagement piece 30 and the hole 40 constitute an engagement pair of the present invention.

The extending portions 15 and 16 are formed at predetermined intervals along the arrow Y direction at opposite positions on both side surfaces parallel to the Y direction of the reflecting member 10. The hole 30 and the engagement piece 40 are formed in the extending portions 15 and 16. As an example, the notches 17 and 18 are provided to avoid interference with a fixing screw attached to a wall surface 204 (see FIG. 3) on which the reflecting member 10 is mounted. When the wall member 204 has no member that interferes with the reflecting member 10 when the reflecting member 10 is mounted on the wall surface 204, the notches 17 and 18 can be omitted.

As shown in FIG. 4 (B), the reflecting member 10 is bent toward the back side along the fold lines 20 to 24. The fold line 24 is not formed in the engagement piece 40. For this reason, even when the extending portion 16 is bent from the bottom surface 14 to the back surface side along the folding line 24, the engagement piece 40 is kept flush with the bottom surface 14.

Further, the end surface of the bottom surface 13 and the end surface of the bottom surface 14 are brought close to each other, and as shown in FIG. 4C, the surface of the extending portion 15 extends to the inside of the side surfaces 11 and 12 and the bottom surfaces 13 and 14. The surface of the part 16 is brought into contact. A gap 51 is formed between the bottom surface 13 and the bottom surface 14 in a range excluding the positions where the extending portions 15 and 16 and the notches 17 and 18 are formed. The width of the gap 51 in the arrow Y direction is substantially equal to the width of the wall surface 204. Further, the notches 17 and 18 form a space 52 between the bottom surface 13 and the bottom surface 14.

When the engaging piece 40 is inserted into the hole 30 from the bottom surface side of the reflecting member 10, the engaging piece 40 engages with the hole 30 and the reflecting member 10 maintains a uniform triangular cross-sectional shape.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the concave portion formed on the reflecting member and the bottom surface side of the engaging piece. The engaging piece 40 is separated from the extending portion 16 by bending the extending portion 16 to the back surface side with respect to the bottom surface 14, and the first engaging portion 41 having the width L1 and the second engaging portion having the width L2 in the arrow Y direction. It is comprised with the joint part 42. FIG. In the arrow X direction orthogonal to the arrow Y direction, the first engagement portion 41 has a length L3, and the second engagement portion 42 has a length L4. An inclined surface 411 is formed on the open end side of the first engagement portion 41.

The hole 30 is formed continuously from the bottom surface 13 and the extension 15, and includes a first hole 31 having a width L 6 and a second hole 32 having a width L 7 in the arrow Y direction. In the direction of the arrow X, the first hole portion 31 has a length L8, and the second hole portion 32 has a length L9. An inclined surface 311 is formed on the side surface of the second hole portion 32 on the first hole portion 31 side.

In the arrow Z direction orthogonal to the arrow X direction and the arrow Y direction, the engagement piece 40 has a thickness L5 as in the entire reflecting member 10, and the second hole 32 has a depth L10.

The dimensions of the above parts are at least in the relationship of L1 ≦ L6, L2 ≦ L7, L5 ≦ L8, L5 ≦ L10, and L9 ≦ L4.

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the reflecting member after assembly. Since the dimensions of the respective portions of the recess 30 and the engagement piece 40 in the reflection member 10 are in the relationship shown in FIG. 5, the engagement piece 40 is connected to the reflection member 10 from the bottom surface side of the reflection member 10 through the hole 30. When inserted into the interior, the tip of the first engaging portion abuts against the back surface (inner surface) of the bottom surface 13. Further, the second engagement portion 42 is located in the second recess 32. Further, the side surface on the bottom surface 14 side of the first extension portion 41 contacts the back surface of the extension portion 15.

Accordingly, the contact state between the surface of the extending portion 15 and the surface of the extending portion 16 is maintained, and the bottom surface 13 and the bottom surface 14 are separated from each other in the three directions of arrows X, Y, and Z shown in FIG. It is possible to regulate movement in the direction. Therefore, the reflecting member 10 self-holds the cross-sectional shape, and the operator allows the wall surface 204 to penetrate the gap 51 shown in FIG. 4C without maintaining the shape of the reflecting member 10. 10 can be easily attached to the wall surface 204. The reflecting member 10 has the bottom surfaces 13 and 14 bonded to the cover 203 via an adhesive or double-sided tape, and the mounting state on the wall surface 204 is maintained.

Since the inclined surface 311 is formed in the second hole portion 32 and the inclined surface 411 is formed in the first engaging portion 41, the engaging piece 40 can be easily passed through the hole portion 30. . The inclined surfaces 311 and 411 can be omitted on the condition that the engagement piece 40 can be easily penetrated through the hole 30 depending on the material and dimensions of the reflecting member 10. Further, instead of the inclined surfaces 311 and 411, an arc shape may be used.

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of a reflecting member according to another embodiment of the present invention. The reflecting member 110 has slopes 131 and 141 formed between the side surfaces 11 and 12 and the bottom surfaces 13 and 14, respectively. A hole 30 and an engagement piece 40 are formed on the bottom surfaces 13 and 14 together with the extending portions 15 and 16. The slopes 131 and 141 are in contact with the slope of the cover 203 provided on the wall surface 204.

Since the reflecting member 110 includes the slopes 131 and 141, the joint area with the cover 203 is increased, and the slopes 131 and 141 can be pressed against the cover 203 by elastic force, so that the mounting state with respect to the wall surface 204 can be more reliably performed. Can be maintained.

In addition, bend lines 111 and 112 are formed on the reflecting member 110 from the back surface side between the bottom surfaces 13 and 14 and the inclined surfaces 131 and 141.

Moreover, the above-described reflecting members 10 and 110 can be similarly applied not only to the light source device 200 of the display unit 100 but also to a device including a wall surface that is located with an end face exposed inside.

The above description of the embodiment is to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is shown not by the above embodiments but by the claims. Furthermore, the scope of the present invention is intended to include all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the scope of the claims.
