Abstract
【解決手段】特にゴム混合物あるいは熱可塑性エラストマの成分を混合するための押出機とその押出機の出力側にある特にギアポンプ等の容積測定式に動作する推進機を備え少なくとも1つの成分が容積測定式の下位推進機によって前記押出機に給入可能である押出し推進装置に関し、少なくとも1つの成分がマーカ物質(29)を含み、前記押出機(12)の出力側および/または出力側推進機(14)の出力側に前記マーカ物質(29)の検出装置が設置され、その検出装置が制御装置(40)に接続され、その制御装置が検出された前記マーカ物質の分散度に応じて前記押出機(12)および/または前記出力側推進機(14)の回転数を調節する。

Claims (18)
- 特にゴム混合物あるいは熱可塑性エラストマの成分を混合するための押出機とその押出機の出力側にある特にギアポンプ等の容積測定式に動作する推進機を備え、少なくとも1つの成分が容積測定式の下位推進機によって前記押出機に給入可能である押出し推進装置であり、少なくとも1つの成分がマーカ物質(29)を含み、前記押出機(12)の出力側および/または出力側推進機(14)の出力側に前記マーカ物質(29)の検出装置が設置され、その検出装置が制御装置(40)に接続され、その制御装置が検出された前記マーカ物質の分散度に応じて前記押出機(12)および/または前記出力側推進機(14)の回転数を調節することを特徴とする押出推進装置。
- 特にゴム混合物あるいは熱可塑性エラストマの成分を混合するための押出機とその押出機の出力側にある特にギアポンプ等の容積測定式に動作する推進機を備え、少なくとも1つの成分が容積測定式の下位推進機によって前記押出機に給入可能である押出し推進装置であり、前記押出機(12)に給入可能な少なくとも1つの別の成分がマーカ物質(29)を含み、前記押出機(12)の出力側および/または出力側推進機(14)の出力側に前記マーカ物質の検出装置が設置され、その検出装置が制御装置(40)に接続され、その制御装置が検出された前記マーカ物質の分散度に応じて前記押出機(12)および/または前記出力側推進機の回転数を前記容積測定式の下位推進機の回転数に対する比率において調節することを特徴とする押出推進装置。
- 推進装置が特に容積測定式に動作する出力側推進機(14)の入力側に圧力センサを備えそれによって押出機(12)の下流で混合物の出力圧力を測定可能であるとともに、少なくとも押出機(12)および/または出力側推進機の回転数が前記圧力センサの出力信号に従って制御されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の押出推進装置。
- 検出装置は容積測定式の出力側推進機の出力側に設けられた窓上に取り付けられ、そこを通過流動する混合物中のマーカ物質(29)の比率および/または分散を検出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- マーカ物質(29)は粒子によって形成され、その粒子がそのマーカ物質の対応成分内に均等に分散されるとともに押出機(12)内における混合によって混合物中に同様に均等に分散されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- マーカ物質(29)は検出装置の光学式センサによって検出可能であり、センサ(36)はマーカ物質(29)を誘導しながら通過流動する混合物の表面に対して指向することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 検出装置のセンサ(36)のスペクトル感度をマーカ物質(29)の放射極大に適合させることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- マーカ物質(29)は磁性あるいは放射性の粒子および/または蛍光性あるいは発光性の添加剤によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 複数の下位推進機、すなわち合計2個あるいはそれより多い下位推進機押出機(12)に接続されて各成分がそれぞれマーカ物質(29)を有する一成分を推進し、マーカ物質がそれぞれ異なったものであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 制御装置(40)は押出機(12)の回転数および/または容積測定式の推進機(14)内への流入圧力を制御するとともに検出装置の出力信号に基づいて所要の混合物の混合比に調節し、その際に特に下位推進機(群)の回転数が一定に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 制御装置(40)がさらに押出機(12)および/または出力側推進機(14)の回転数を制御することを特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 少なくとも1個の下位推進機が、特に押出機の上流側の半分以内の位置、さらに好適には押出機の全長のうちの最初の1/3以内、より好適には押出機の全長のうちの最初の1/5以内の位置において該当する成分を押出機(12)に側方から給入することを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 押出機(12)が二軸スクリュー押出機として形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 成分のうちの1つ、特にマーカ物質(29)を含んだ成分が制御して給入されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- ゴム混合物あるいは熱可塑性エラストマの押出成形に適用するための請求項1ないし14のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 検出装置が押出成形物の露出した表面に対して直接的に指向したセンサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし15のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 検出装置が押出成形物を分断する刃具等の切断装置を備え、また検出装置は前記切断装置の下流側で切開された直後の表面に対して指向したセンサを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし16のいずれかに記載の押出推進装置。
- 特にゴム混合物あるいは熱可塑性エラストマの成分を混合するための押出機とその押出機の出力側にある特にギアポンプ等の容積測定式に動作する推進機を備え、少なくとも1つの成分が容積測定式の下位推進機によって前記押出機に給入可能である押出し推進装置であり、少なくとも1つの成分がマーカ物質(29)を含み、前記押出機(12)の出力側および/または出力側推進機(14)の出力側に前記マーカ物質(29)の検出装置が設置され、その検出装置が制御装置(40)に接続され、その制御装置が検出された前記マーカ物質の分散度に応じて前記出力側推進機(14)および/または前記下位推進機(28)の回転数を調節し、その際前記下位推進機(28)と前記出力側推進機(14)の間の回転数比が特に一定に保持されることを特徴とする押出推進装置。
