Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a photocatalytic film for decomposing organic matter, an antifouling method using the film, and an article provided with the film.
In recent years, organic matter decomposition and antibacterial deodorizing materials using TiO 2 photocatalyst have attracted attention. Non-Patent
TiO 2 has a function as a photocatalyst, and has an action of decomposing organic substances and nitrogen oxides and antibacterial deodorization. The function is attributed to electrons and holes generated when TiO 2 as a semiconductor is irradiated with light, particularly ultraviolet rays. That is, TiO 2 which is a semiconductor generates electrons and holes when irradiated with light having energy greater than the band gap. The generated electrons and holes decompose water adsorbed on the TiO 2 surface to generate H radicals and OH radicals. The organic substance can be decomposed by the reaction of the OH radical with the organic substance. For this reason, if a photocatalyst is used, an organic substance can be decomposed | disassembled as an antibacterial and deodorizing material, and a material effective in environmental purification can be obtained.
However, although such a photocatalyst can decompose and remove fine foreign substances made of organic matter, it is difficult to remove if relatively large foreign substances made of an inorganic substance such as dust adhere to the photocatalyst. . Accordingly, dust covers the surface, resulting in a decrease in the amount of light irradiated to the photocatalyst and a deterioration in its performance. In order to solve such a problem,
In the photocatalyst substrate of
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the photocatalyst layer base material which makes compatible sufficient photocatalytic activity and sufficient antistatic function.
The present invention will be described below. In order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, reference numerals in the accompanying drawings are added in parentheses, but the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment.
1st this invention is a photocatalyst base material (100) which has the antistatic function which laminated | stacked the electroconductive layer (20), the primer layer (30), and the photocatalyst layer (40) in this order on the base material (10). In addition, the fine conductive layer, the primer layer, and the photocatalyst layer contain conductive fine particles (50), and the concentration of the fine conductive particles gradually increases in the depth direction from the surface portion of the photocatalytic layer to the good conductive layer. It is the photocatalyst base material which has the antistatic function comprised as mentioned above.
In the first aspect of the present invention, the amount of metal in the surface portion of the photocatalyst layer (40) measured by ESCA under the condition where the surface layer is etched by 50 mm is preferably 0.20% or more and 1.50% or less in terms of mass ratio to all elements. In the first aspect of the present invention, the conductive fine particles (50) are not particularly limited as long as they are fine particles containing a conductor, but are preferably metals and / or metal oxides. In the first aspect of the present invention, the binder in the primer layer (30) preferably contains at least one of alkoxysilane, acrylic modified silicon, and silicon modified acrylic. The second aspect of the present invention is a step (S1) of laminating a conductive fine particle supply layer (120) containing conductive fine particles (150) on a base material (110), and a primer layer containing a solvent on the conductive fine particle supply layer ( 130 ′), a step of drying the primer layer while dispersing the conductive fine particles in the conductive fine particle supply layer in the primer layer (S3), and a photocatalyst layer containing a solvent on the primer layer (S3). 140 ′) and a step (S5) of drying the photocatalyst layer while dispersing the conductive fine particles dispersed in the primer layer in the photocatalyst layer (S5). It is a manufacturing method of a material (200). The photocatalyst substrate produced by such a method can be a photocatalyst substrate having sufficient photocatalytic activity and sufficient antistatic function.
According to the

In the method for producing the

In step S2, a primer layer 130 'containing a solvent is laminated on the conductive fine
In step S3, the primer layer 130 'is dried while dispersing the

The dispersion stabilizer can coexist from the time of adjusting the particles, or may be added when adjusting the photocatalyst coating liquid. As the dispersion stabilizer, various chemicals can be used. However, since titanium dioxide tends to aggregate near neutrality, an acidic or alkaline dispersion stabilizer is preferable. Examples of the acidic dispersion stabilizer include mineral acids such as nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, and organic acids such as carboxylic acid, oxycarboxylic acid and polycarboxylic acid. Examples of the alkaline dispersion stabilizer include one or more compounds selected from carboxylic acids, alkali metal salts of polycarboxylic acids and ammonia, primary to quaternary amines, and alkanolamines having a hydroxyl group added thereto. As mentioned. In particular, the use of an organic acid is preferable because it has good miscibility with an organic solvent described later, is not extremely low in pH, and does not easily corrode equipment used in production. As the organic acid, acetic acid, oxalic acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, citric acid and the like can be preferably used, and the dispersion can be stabilized with one or more kinds of acids selected from these.
Examples of the organic solvent include monohydric lower alcohols such as methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, and isopropyl alcohol, polyhydric alcohols such as ethylene glycol and propylene glycol, and esters thereof such as cellosolve, ethyl acetate, methyl isobutyl ketone, isobutanol, and methyl ethyl ketone. , Toluene, xylene and the like can be used. In particular, it is preferable to use a monovalent lower alcohol, particularly isopropyl alcohol and / or ethanol, in view of high volatility and environmental considerations.
The composition of the coating liquid containing the photocatalyst particles is not particularly limited, but the photocatalyst particles are preferably contained in a solid content concentration of 5% by mass or more and 20% by mass or less, particularly 5% by mass or more and 10% by mass or less. If it is less than 5% by mass, the effect of the photocatalyst after coating is small and the effect of preventing stains is not sufficient, and if it exceeds 20% by mass, the stability of the coating liquid is lowered and the pot life is lowered. Further, the binder component is preferably contained in the coating solution in an amount of 0.04% by mass to 40% by mass, particularly 1% by mass to 2% by mass, and is 10% by mass to less than 25% by mass with respect to the photocatalyst. It is preferable to contain.
Step S5 is a step of drying the photocatalyst layer 140 'while dispersing the conductive
