Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a care aid which is easily attachable/detachable, can be manufactured inexpensively while top priorities are given to functions and safety, and is so smart-looking that even a cared person apt to become introverted develops an urge to aggressively wear it and go out. <P>SOLUTION: A diaper type care belt comprises a diaper type cloth body and combination members. The cloth body is formed of two layers and each of the combination members is one continuous non-elastic band shape first string body having fitting parts formed on both ends. The cloth body and the combination members are integrally sewed to form one body. The two combination members are passed through between surface and backside cloth layers of the cloth body so as to be crossed in an X-shape at the crotch part, and are each once projected out from the cloth body at the ear and front sides of the crossed two combination members and then returned back into the cloth body to form a handle part. The two combination members form an about truncated chevron shape as a whole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

Description

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention enables a caregiver who has a physical disability such as being unable to move by himself / herself from a bed or a wheelchair to be easily and safely moved by a helper, and is also useful as rehabilitation training such as standing training. It relates to a diaper-type assistance aid.

In Japan in recent years, awareness of welfare has increased, welfare systems and welfare facilities have been enhanced, and welfare medical equipment has been developed, making it easier for elderly people and people with physical disabilities to live. Recently, not only public facilities but also department stores, hotels, theme parks, etc., parking system priority systems and barrier-free systems have been developed, and technology for providing wheelchair automatic elevators for small passenger cars has also been developed. Caregivers who have been unable to get out without help from the elderly can now go out with their families, such as traveling.

However, the most difficult thing for the caregiver is to move from bed to wheelchair for bathing, eating, rehabilitation, etc. in addition to slight movement such as changing clothes in daily life. Even a slight change in the direction of the person being assisted is difficult for the caregiver, and repeating this many times a day puts a heavy physical burden on the caregiver. At the same time, the caregiver has a great mental burden to bother the caregiver.

For example, when a person with a physical disability or bedridden person who cannot move by himself / herself is transferred from a bed to a wheelchair, if the male assistant is a powerful person, the upper body of the person being assisted will be raised, It is possible to turn the arm around the assistant's shoulder and grab it on the body of the assistant, transfer the person to the wheelchair while holding the body of the assistant. However, this is not the case with small and weak female caregivers. Also, even if you can get on the wheelchair, it is surprisingly difficult to pull up your body because it is too low in position or change the direction of your body after getting on the wheelchair. The current situation is lifting. Further, in rehabilitation such as standing training, the assistant is forced to bear the same burden as when transferring, in order to erect the person being assisted.

In such a conventional method, a burden is placed on the caregiver's arm and waist, and occupational diseases such as low back pain may occur simultaneously. According to the journal of the Japan Society for Disaster Medicine, it is reported that more than 47.4% of caregivers have back pain (Non-patent Document 1). In addition, when the caregiver is held by the caregiver's arm, the chest is strongly compressed and there is a risk of fracture of the ribs. Furthermore, it is not uncommon for clothes to stretch or torn without being able to support the weight of the person being assisted.

In view of these problems, various techniques have been proposed. For example, there is a trouser with an assistance handle in which a handle is attached to the upper part on the rear side of the trouser (see Patent Document 1). However, since the invention is such that the cloth handle is sewn directly to the trousers or the like, there is a risk of breakage or the like due to insufficient strength when the fabric such as the trousers is thin. If you try to wake it up, your pants may stretch or break. Moreover, since stress concentrates on the crotch, there is a risk that the person being assisted may be painful.

Furthermore, there are also movement aids that attach a plurality of belts to a person being assisted and move them by connecting them (see Patent Documents 2 and 3). Although this technique solves many of the above problems, the cost is high due to the large number of constituent members, and the attachment and detachment is complicated. And above all, since the upper and lower belts of the knee and the belt connected to the waist are visible from the outside, there is a concern that the caregiver who cares about the eye may be disliked.

Furthermore, among general care products, there is a sliding board using slippery material such as polyethylene, which is sold as a tool for moving and transferring, but if you want to move it after moving to a wheelchair, etc. Can not be used, and is inconvenient to carry.

In order to solve these problems, the present inventors have invented a diaper-type assistance belt and have already obtained a patent (Patent Document 4). This is an assistance belt, which is a diaper-type cloth covering the waist, buttocks, crotch and abdomen of the person being assisted and a single continuous, non-stretchable plate-like string body, at both ends of the string body. The cloth is a thick non-stretchable cloth, and is composed of two layers of cloth on the front surface and the back surface. Two of the connecting members crossed back and forth in the X shape at the part, and the two connecting members crossed backwards passed through the left and right buttocks, protruded at the left and right waist, and formed a handle, while crossed forward The two left and right connecting members pass through the lower abdomen from the front side of the crotch, and are connected to the two connecting members crossed rearward through the fitting portion at the front abdomen, whereby the two connecting members are It is an eight-character structure as a whole (hereinafter referred to as the old model).

By such a patented invention, most of the problems in the functional aspects described above could be solved. The present inventor has commercialized the patented invention and started using it in an actual assistance environment, and has been researching and developing a diaper type assistance belt since then to make it better.

When the present inventor conducted a questionnaire survey of the caregiver and the helper with the cooperation of doctors, etc., most of the helpers mainly focused on opinions and opinions on safety and functionality. There were many unexpected opinions. It was an opinion that the appearance should be improved, such as "I don't want to go out in the state of wearing a kind assistance aid, so can I be more stylish?" This can be said to be a psychological problem peculiar to the person being assisted, which is different from the functionality and the like, because the person being assisted often cares about the gaze of others. Certainly, most of the conventional assistance aids and other care devices / equipment have been designed for functionality and are far from fashionable.

Then, it was made into the subject to investigate the stress distribution etc. which act on a string body or a cloth body, and to reduce the number of fitting parts by changing the arrangement configuration of a coupling member, without impairing a function or safety. If this is possible, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, the appearance is clean, and the ease of attachment and detachment is improved.

Another object of the present invention is what kind of structure should be used for wearing a skirt without impairing the function and convenience of the diaper type assisting belt according to the present invention.

As described above, the present invention gives priority to function and safety, facilitates the movement and transfer of assistants, is easy to attach and detach, can be manufactured at low cost, and tends to be withdrawn due to the appearance of assistance aids. The purpose of this invention is to provide a stylish assistance aid that makes it easier for a caregiver to easily go out by wearing it.

A diaper-type assisting belt characterized in that the waist and abdomen of the pants, the cloth body, and the string body, which are projected outwardly and divided into two parts, are formed by sewing.

The invention of claim 7 is characterized in that in the diaper-type assistance belt, a sliding sheet sheet fabric having a low frictional resistance is provided on a cloth, a wound skirt, or a pants obtained by dividing a front surface and a rear surface, and the sliding sheet A diaper-type assistance belt characterized in that it can be stored in a pocket provided in a cloth body, a wound skirt, or a pants having a front surface and a rear surface divided into two.

According to the diaper type assistance belt according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the diaper type assisting belt exhibits a remarkably excellent effect that it can withstand about twice as much tensile load as the old type. Specifically, in the old model, the maximum value of the tensile load on the left and right buttocks was about 1.5 KN, but in the diaper type assistance belt according to the present invention, the maximum value was dramatically improved to about 3 KN (from FIG. 10). (See FIG. 24). This is because the stress applied to the string is dispersed.

Further, according to the diaper-type assistance belt according to any one of claims 1 to 7, since the handle portion is attached, a physically handicapped person or a bedridden person who cannot move by himself / herself is transferred from the bed to a chair or the like. Even in such a case, the assistant can easily move the person being assisted, and exhibits an excellent effect of reducing the physical burden of both. In addition, even if you want to shift the position of the body slightly after transferring to the wheelchair, change the direction slightly, or if you want to turn the body over, you can avoid having to hold the whole body. .

Further, according to the diaper type assistance belt according to claims 2 to 7, since the plurality of handle portions are attached, the handle portion at a position that can be easily held according to the body shape of the assistant can be grasped with both hands. It is possible to lift and move the person being assisted in a stable posture without needing unnecessary force, and the superior effect of preventing occupational illness such as back pain of the assistant can be exhibited.

In addition, when a questionnaire survey was conducted at hospitals in Tochigi Prefecture regarding the above effects, good results were obtained. Within the survey range of 43 patients, average age 83 years, average body weight 45 kg, and caregivers 122, the evaluation of very easy / pretty easy / easy accounted for 82.0% of the total (see FIG. 25). ).

Further, according to the diaper type assistance belt according to any one of claims 1 to 7, since the handle portion is formed of a single band-like string body, it can have sufficient strength, and there is a risk of breakage or the like. It can be a safe assistance aid without any problems. At the same time, since the connecting member uses a single continuous belt-like string body that does not expand and contract, the material of the cloth body itself is not only a thick fabric that does not expand and contract in order to improve strength, but also has a stretchable comfort. Good soft fabrics can be used, and the range of fabric materials can be expanded in consideration of breathability and fashionability.

In addition, according to the diaper-type assistance belt according to any one of claims 1 to 7, since the weight of the person being assisted is applied to the entire belt-like string body, there is little risk due to local compression, and it is easy to attach and detach. You can get on the wheelchair as it is. In this way, discomfort and anxiety are alleviated, and both are safe and comfortable.

(ADL:Activities of Daily
Living)
Moreover, according to the diaper-type assistance belt according to claims 1 to 7, in the conventional moving method, in order to reduce the burden on the assistant, two to three assistants are required. A single caregiver can move. This increases the chance of getting out of bed of the person being assisted, and daily activities (ADL: Activities of Daily).
(Living) can be improved, and it helps to prevent bedridden.

Further, according to the diaper type assistance belt according to claims 1 to 7, a physical therapist can be used for standing training of a person who is difficult to hold standing on both feet, and also in the rehabilitation field. Can be applied.

According to the diaper-type assistance belt according to claims 1 to 7, for example, in the case where it is difficult to transfer to a wheelchair by one's own body due to inferiority of the lower body, it is difficult to ask for assistance many times. The person who makes a transfer from the bed to the wheelchair can be requested more easily, which contributes to the improvement of the welfare environment, such as increased participation in sports for the disabled, shopping and travel.

According to the diaper-type assistance belt according to claims 3 to 7, it can look like a skirt or pants for everyday wear, and can reduce the mental burden of a caregiver who tends to care about human eyes. A caregiver who does not want to go outside can now go out actively, and it also has the effect of preventing dementia and contributing to mental care.

According to the diaper-type assistance belt of the seventh aspect, it is easy even when it is desired to move it slightly on the bed or after wheelchair transfer, and it can be stored when not needed.

Further, the diaper-type assistance belt 10 has a configuration in which a cloth body 20, a wound skirt 40, or a pant 41 that divides a front surface and a rear surface is provided with a pocket portion 44 that can store the protruding handle portion 33. By adopting, it is possible to make the appearance look the same as normal skirts and pants, except during assistance.

The diaper-type assistance belt according to the present invention has a substantially eight-character structure as a whole by the two coupling members 31 employed in the diaper-type assistance belt (Patent Document 4) that the inventor has already obtained a patent for. By changing the arrangement configuration of the coupling member 30 based on the point, the maximum tensile load can be greatly improved as compared with the old model, and the number of the fitting portions 32 can be reduced without impairing the function and safety. The point that made it possible is the greatest feature. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In addition, the change in the arrangement configuration of the coupling member 30 is not simply a design change adopted geometrically in order to reduce the number of fitting portions 32, but repeated questionnaire surveys and use experiments of each pattern of the assistance belt at the medical site, Further, a tensile test was conducted at the Tochigi Industrial Technology Center in order to estimate the tension distribution applied to the coupling member 30 and the like. In the Department of Physical Therapy at the International University of Health and Welfare, we examined the load on the lumbar region by measuring the moment and compressive force applied to the lumbar region when this assistance belt was worn and transferred. The arrangement configuration determined based on the results is adopted.

FIG. 1 is a plan view showing the structure of a first embodiment of a diaper type assisting belt 10 according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the structure of the first example of a diaper type assisting belt 10 according to the present invention. It is. The cloth body 20 has a diaper shape including a waist part a, a heel part b, a crotch part c, a lower abdomen part d, and an upper abdomen e, and is formed of two layers of a front cloth and a back cloth. The material may be a thick fabric that does not stretch in order to improve the strength, or may be selected from a soft fabric that is stretchable and comfortable to wear, and a fabric material that takes into account breathability and fashionability.

The coupling member 30 is a single continuous non-stretchable belt-like string body 31, and fitting portions 32 are attached to both ends. For the material of the string 31, a cloth belt having a high tensile strength is used, and the width and thickness are calculated by multiplying by a sufficient safety factor. It is desirable that the fitting portion 32 is made of a material that does not easily come off or break even when a large force is applied, and is not dangerous when touched by the body, while being easily detachable. For example, a one-touch type buckle 32 used for male and female type 32f / 32g outdoor goods as shown in the figure, a buckle 32 used for an automobile seat belt, and the like can be considered. Further, a general belt buckle 32 may be used. Although not shown, a mechanism is provided that can adjust the length of the string according to the body shape.

The cloth body 20 and the coupling member 30 are integrally formed by sewing. First, the two coupling members 31 are passed through the two layers of the front and back cloth in the cloth body 20 so as to intersect the X shape at the crotch portion c of the cloth body 20, and the back of the two intersecting coupling members 31 The sides of the crotch part c pass through the left and right of the buttocks b, respectively, and once protrude from the cloth body 20 at the upper and left sides of the waist part a, and then return to the cloth body 20 to form the handle part 33. Each of the coupling members 31 that have returned to the outer side is directed outward along the upper side of the waist portion a, and finally passed through so that the ends of the coupling members 31 protrude from the cloth body 20 on the left and right sides of the waist portion a. The front side of the coupling member 31 passes through the left and right lower abdomen d from the intersecting crotch part c, protrudes from the cloth body 20 at the upper left and right sides of the upper abdominal part e, and then returns to the cloth body 20 to return the handle 33 to the inside. The coupling members 31 formed and returned into the fabric 20 are respectively Directed outward along the abdomen e upper, respectively the ends in the final epigastric e right is sewn through so as to protrude from the fabric body 20.

It is desirable to prepare various sizes of the diaper belt 10 according to the physique, age, and sex of the person being assisted 70. However, it is desirable that the width of the cloth body 20 at the crotch portion c is a size that does not restrict the movement of the hip joint.

In the second embodiment, a configuration having one or more second string members 34 in addition to the configuration of the first embodiment is adopted. FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the structure of the second embodiment. Specifically, the second string 34 is either one of the buttocks b, the waist a, the upper abdomen e, or the lower abdomen d, or a combination thereof, and the two layers between the front cloth and the back cloth of the cloth body 20 are passed in the lateral direction. The second string 34, which is any one of the hip part b, the waist part a, the upper abdominal part e, the lower abdominal part d, or the combination, once protrudes from the cloth body 20 to the surface side and returns to the cloth body to form the handle part 33. To sew. In addition, in FIG. 2, the state provided in the collar part b and the lower abdominal part d is shown.

FIG. 4 is a plan view showing the structure of a conventional diaper-type assistance belt (reference document 4) for which the inventor has already obtained a patent, and is shown as a reference for structural comparison. In the conventional type, the handle part 33 is formed on the waist part a, the heel part b, and the flank part of the person being assisted 70, but the present invention is different in that the handle part 33 can be formed on the upper abdomen e. This is greatly different in that the number of the fitting portions 32 can be reduced.

FIG. 5 is a plan view showing the structure of the third embodiment in which the cloth skirt 20 according to the present invention is covered with the winding skirt 40, and FIG. 6 shows the front and rear surfaces of the cloth body 20 according to the present invention. FIG. 7 is a plan view showing the structure of the fourth embodiment in which the pants 41 are divided into two parts, and FIG. 7 is a skirt 40 (FIG. 7 (a)) or pants 41 around the cloth body 20 according to the present invention. It is a mounting state figure at the time of wearing (Drawing 7 (b)).

In the third embodiment, a configuration in which the winding skirt 40 is mounted on the cloth body 20 is employed. The winding skirt 40 is provided with an opening 42. In the invention of claim 3, the handle 33 is projected from the inside of the winding skirt 40 to the outside through the opening 42, and the winding skirt 40 and the cloth body. 20 is combined. In the invention of claim 4, after joining, the waist part of the winding skirt 40 and the upper side of the waist part a of the cloth body 20 are sewn and formed integrally. The material of the winding skirt 40 is not limited to a thick fabric that does not expand and contract in order to improve the strength, and may be a normal material used for a general skirt. Moreover, it is desirable to provide a joining portion such as a hook-and-loop fastener 43 on the upper side of the winding skirt 40 to facilitate attachment / detachment.

In the fourth embodiment, a configuration in which the cloth body 20 is covered with the pants 41 is employed. The pants 41 are provided with openings 42. In the invention of claim 5, the handle 33 is projected from the inside of the pants 41 to the outside through the openings 42, and the pants 41 and the cloth body 20 are combined. To do. In the invention of claim 6, after joining, the upper side of the waist part of the pants 41, the upper side of the waist part a of the cloth body 20, the upper side of the upper part of the pant 41 and the upper side of the upper part of the cloth body 20 are sewn together. The material of the pants 41 is not limited to a thick fabric that does not expand and contract in order to improve strength, and may be a normal material used for general pants. Moreover, about a shape, it is set as the shape which divided the front surface and the rear surface into two, and attaching parts, such as a hook_and_loop | surface fastener 43, are provided in the upper side of the pants 41, an outer side junction part, and an inner side coupling part, and attachment / detachment is made easy.

Although not shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 7, the pocket portion that can store the protruding handle portion 33 on the outer surface of the cloth body 20, the wound skirt 40, or the pants 41 that divides the front surface and the rear surface. It is also effective to form 44 so that the handle portion 33 is not exposed except during assistance. By adopting such a configuration, the appearance is clean, and it does not appear as if the assistance aid is worn.

In the fifth embodiment, a configuration is adopted in which a sliding sheet 46 having a low frictional resistance is provided on the cloth body 20, the wound skirt 40, or the pants 41 obtained by dividing the front surface and the rear surface into two. FIG. 9 is an explanatory perspective view showing the structure of the fifth embodiment according to the present invention. FIG. 9A shows a configuration in which a sliding sheet 46 having a low frictional resistance is provided on the waist part a of the fabric body 20. FIG. 9B shows the usage state of the sliding sheet 46. The sheet fabric is made of a thin and soft material such as polyester that can be folded and stored, and the size and shape are not limited to those shown in the figure. Good. Moreover, the pocket part 45 is provided in the pants 41 which divided the cloth body 20, the winding skirt 40, or the front surface and the rear surface, and when it becomes unnecessary, it has a structure which can be accommodated.

FIG. 8 is an explanatory diagram for comparing the case where the assistance aid is not used and the state where the diaper type assistance belt 10 according to the present invention is used. Hereafter, the usage method of this invention is demonstrated.

First, the mounting method will be described. With the caregiver 70 who is lying on his / her bed in the lateral position, the waist part a and the buttock part b of the cloth body 20 are applied so as to cover the waist part and the buttock part of the person being assisted, It arrange | positions so that the upper abdominal part e may come in front of the assistance person 70, and it is made to lie in the supine position so that the lower abdominal part d and the upper abdominal part e may cover the lower abdominal part and the upper abdominal part of the assistance person 70. Then, the positional relationship is finely adjusted so that the whole fits, and after confirming that the assistance belt is set at the correct position, the two fitting portions 32 are joined. The tightening degree is adjusted by the length adjusting mechanism. When it is removed, the above procedure may be reversed. However, the attachment / detachment method is only an example, and may be appropriately handled according to various circumstances such as the state of the person being assisted.

Further, in the case of using the diaper type assisting belt 10 of the fifth embodiment, the sliding sheet 46 is taken out before the diaper type assisting belt 10 according to the present invention is attached to the person being assisted, and then the bed is bedded. With the person being assisted 70 in the lateral position, the lower back part d of the person being assisted by lifting one leg of the person being assisted by placing the waist part a and the buttock part b of the diaper type assistance belt 10 so as to cover the waist part and the buttock part of the person being assisted. The upper abdomen e is placed in front of the person being assisted 70, and the sliding sheet 46 is further laid so as to be placed under the waist of the person being assisted 70. Thereafter, the lower abdomen d and the upper abdomen e are placed in the supine position so as to cover the lower abdomen and the upper abdomen of the person being assisted 70. Then, the positional relationship is finely adjusted so that the whole fits, and after confirming that the assistance belt is set at the correct position, the two fitting portions 32 are joined. The tightening degree is adjusted by the length adjusting mechanism. In this state, since the sliding seat 46 is laid under the waist of the person being assisted 70, the slipper is easily slipped and moved. The caregiver 60 grasps the handle portion 33 of the diaper-type assistance belt 10 attached and moves it to a predetermined position. If it is left in this state, it will remain slippery, so the upper body of the person being assisted 70 is raised, the sliding seat 46 is pulled out from below the waist and folded and stored in the pocket 45.

After the diaper-type assistance belt 10 is attached to the person being assisted 70, for example, when the person assisted 60 transfers the person assisted 70 from the bed to the wheelchair, conventionally, as shown in the upper side of FIG. However, the diaper-type assistance belt 10 according to the present invention has a handle 33 as shown on the lower side of FIG. It is safe because it can be grabbed. Further, when the configuration in which the second string body 34 is provided is employed, since there are a plurality of handle portions 33, a small caregiver 60 as shown in the lower part of FIG. Even in the case of assistance, it is only necessary to grasp the upper handle portion 33. Conversely, if the assistant 60 is large, the lower handle 33 can be selected as shown in the lower part of FIG. Avoid posture or needless power.

Conventionally, as shown in the upper side of FIG. 8 (b), when the caregiver 60 holds the person being assisted 70, there is a risk that the arm or chest is strongly pressed. As described above, if the diaper type assisting belt 10 according to the present invention is used, the handle portion 33 can be surely grasped as shown in the lower side of FIG. 8, so that safe and stable transfer can be performed.

Similarly, when standing up in rehabilitation, physical therapists, etc. can support the body stably by grasping the handle part in an easy-to-hold position, so effective rehabilitation is possible. Become.

Next, the diaper type assistance belt 10 according to the present invention will be described in which the maximum tensile load is significantly improved as compared with the old type. FIGS. 10-24 is explanatory drawing of an experimental result which shows the tension test result of the fitting part 32, an old type, or the diaper type | mold assistance belt 10 concerning this invention. Such an experiment was performed at the Tochigi Prefectural Industrial Technology Center using a universal material testing machine (Tokyo Henki RU500H-TK21).

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 18, the maximum tensile load is about 1.5 KN in the left and right front of the buttocks in the old model, whereas in the diaper type assisting belt 10, pants and skirt according to the present invention, in the left and right front of the buttocks. It can be seen that the intensity is about 3KN, which is about twice as strong. This is considered to be due to the dispersion of the stress applied to the string. In addition, although there is a part which shows a low numerical value in part, as shown in the remarks column, this is due to the fitting part 32 being unable to endure and being pulled out, deformed or damaged. FIGS. 11 to 17 and FIGS. 19 to 24 are graphs showing the displacement (mm) of the first string body 31 with respect to the load (KN), and are described for reference.
