Description

The present invention relates to a pile length in which a pile yarn is locked to a ground structure where a warp yarn and a weft yarn intersect, a cut surface of the pile yarn protrudes on the fabric surface and the back surface, and a warp yarn and a weft yarn protrude from the ground texture Relates to a double-sided cut pile fabric having a thickness of 5 mm or less.

The basic pile yarn of a double-pile pile woven fabric, which consists of a pile yarn in which the pile yarn is locked to the ground structure where the warp yarn and the weft yarn intersect, and the cut surface of the pile yarn protrudes on the fabric surface and the back surface. The relationship between weft yarns has been disclosed in a utility model (see Patent Document 1), and this double-sided pile fabric has been improved for use in long pile yarns such as blankets.

As an example of improvement, a method for efficiently forming a pile on the back surface and a method for changing the pile length are disclosed. Patents (for example, refer to Patent Document 2) do not use a weft thread. In accordance with the method of drawing with a roller needle, a diagram in which one end of one pile yarn protrudes from the fabric surface and the other end projects from the back surface of the fabric, or a diagram showing the arrangement of the warp yarn is disclosed. An open gazette (see, for example, Patent Document 3) discloses a diagram in which two pile yarns are locked to the same weft yarn and constitute the front and back of a woven fabric.

In addition, as a method for preventing high density texture and pile loss, Patent Publication (see, for example, Patent Document 4) discloses that a single pile is placed between two warp yarns arranged on the left and right sides of the pile yarn. A diagram is shown in which three pile yarns with one end protruding from the fabric surface and the other end protruding from the back of the fabric are locked to the same weft yarn.

In addition, as another method for preventing the pile from coming off, Patent Publication (see, for example, Patent Document 5) discloses that both ends of the pile yarn are arranged between the warp yarns arranged on the left and right sides of the pile yarn. The two pile yarns of the pile yarn that protrudes to the back and the pile yarn that protrudes from the back of the fabric are locked to the same weft yarn, and the upper and lower arrangement positions are locked to the opposite arrangement with respect to the weft yarn The figures are disclosed, and a measure for increasing the pile density and a method for increasing the number of weft yarns locked by the pile yarn to five or more are disclosed.

In addition, in patent publications (see, for example, Patent Document 6), one end of one pile yarn is placed on the fabric surface between the warp yarns arranged on the left and right sides of the pile yarn as an application development in the towel / handkerchief field. , A figure where up to three pile yarns with the other end protruding from the back of the fabric are locked to the same weft yarn is disclosed, and a method of increasing pile yarn density and preventing pile coming off is disclosed,・ Research has not been conducted on the optimal arrangement of warp, weft, and pile yarns for use in the handkerchief field.
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 37-021390 Japanese Patent No. 3560578 (FIGS. 11 and 4) JP 2000-355847 A (FIG. 4) Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2000-220059 (FIG. 3) JP-A-10-37041 (Claim 1, FIG. 3) JP-A-7-243155 (FIG. 2)

The napping towels and handkerchiefs currently on the market are towel fabrics with a loop pile towel weave and chenille fabrics woven with chenille yarn, both sides of which are cut pile pile handkerchiefs and handkerchiefs Towels are not on the market.

The reason why this double-sided cut pile fabric is not on the towel and handkerchief market is that double-sided cut pile fabric is a highly complete fabric for long pile lengths such as blankets, but a short pile length is required. In the towel / handkerchief application where pile yarn cannot be removed and flexibility is required, it is because it is not evaluated in the actual market that the required quality is satisfied, and this is the current situation.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a double-sided cut pile fabric that is required for towels and handkerchiefs and has a short pile length, a pile that does not come out, and that satisfies the required quality of being supple. The challenge is to make it happen.

The pile yarn according to the present invention is locked to the ground structure where the warp yarn and the weft yarn intersect, the cut surface of the pile yarn protrudes from the fabric surface and the back surface, and the pile yarn which protrudes from the ground texture where the warp yarn and the weft yarn intersect In a double-sided cut pile fabric for use in towels and handkerchiefs having a length of 5 mm or less, two warp yarns 10a and 10b are arranged on the left and right sides of the pile yarn 12, and the pile yarn 12 is woven into the weft yarn 11. There are two or less pile yarns 12 formed between the two warp yarns 10a and the warp yarns 10b and locked to one weft yarn 11 between the two warp yarns 10a and the warp yarns 10b. When there are two pile yarns 12 locked to the yarn 11, the two pile yarns 12 are formed with the same woven structure except for the portion protruding from the ground structure where the warp and weft threads intersect, Thread 12 is woven into weft thread 11 Here, the pile yarn 12 is composed of a woven structure in which the vertical placement position of the pile yarn 12 with respect to the weft yarn 11 is opposite to the placement position of the warp yarn 10a and the warp yarn 10b, and the single pile yarn 12 is locked. The pile yarn 12a is composed of three to five weft yarns 11 and is arranged between two warp yarns 10a and 10b. The pile yarn 12a has both ends of the pile yarn protruding from the surface of the fabric. And both ends of the pile yarn are formed of pile yarns 12b protruding from the back side of the fabric, and the number of the pile yarn protruding portions 20 protruding from the surface of the fabric and the number of pile yarn protruding portions 20 protruding from the back side of the fabric are as follows: The first feature is that they are configured to be the same.

According to the present invention, where the pile yarn 12 is woven into the weft yarn 11, the two warp yarns 10 a and the warp yarn 10 b have the same woven structure, and the position arrangement is opposite to the pile yarn 12 with respect to the weft yarn 11. The pile yarn 12 and the warp yarn 10 intersect at the intersection 21 between the weft yarn and the weft yarn, and the warp yarn 10a and the warp yarn 10b arranged on the left and right of the pile yarn The structure is such that the yarn 12 is sandwiched between the pile yarn 12 and the weft yarn 11 because the pile yarn 12 and the weft yarn 11 are kept firmly in addition to the pressure and frictional resistance force applied to the pile yarn. The frictional resistance of these functions effectively and contributes greatly to the prevention of pile slippage.

Further, by changing the number of the weft yarns 11 that lock the one pile yarn 12 from 3 to 5, the pressure and friction applied to the pile yarn 12 at the intersection 21 where the pile yarn 12 intersects the warp yarn 10. By the sum of the resistance forces and the sum of the frictional resistance forces generated between the pile yarn 12 and the weft yarn 11, it is possible to realize pile prevention and a woven fabric that are necessary for towels and handkerchiefs.

In addition, in products such as towels and handkerchiefs where there is a high probability that the surface to be resisted will be either one, the pile yarn is composed of a pile yarn 12a in which both ends of the pile yarn protrude from the surface of the fabric and both ends of the pile yarn. The protrusions 20 at both ends of the pile yarn are formed by the pile yarns 12b protruding from the back surface of the fabric, and the protrusions 20 at both ends of the pile yarns 12 to which the weft yarns are locked protrude from the same surface of the fabric. Since 20 receives resistance at the same time or with a time difference, the force for pulling out the pile applied to the protruding portions 20 at both ends of the pile yarn is offset and greatly contributes to prevention of pile removal.

Further, the number of pile yarns locked to one weft yarn 11 between the two warp yarns 10a and 10b is set to two or less, and the pile yarn protrusions 13 protruding from the surface of the fabric are provided. By configuring so that the number of pile yarn protruding portions 13 protruding on the back surface of the fabric is the same, it is possible to realize the softness that is not necessary for towels and handkerchiefs, and the practicality that both sides can be used without being conscious of the front and back sides.

In addition, the second feature of the double-sided cut pile fabric according to the present invention is that, between the two warp yarns 10a and the warp yarns 10b, three pile yarn projections 20 are arranged on one side, and the projections 20 of the pile yarns are arranged. In the meantime, there are one to two structures.

According to the present invention, there are 1 to 2 pile yarn protruding portions 20 projecting on one side between two warp yarns 10a and 10b, while three horizontal yarns 11 are arranged. By doing so, it is possible to obtain a double-sided cut pile fabric suitable for towel / handkerchief use satisfying the texture of the surface of the fabric as a towel / handkerchief.

According to the present invention, the two warp yarns 10 a and the warp yarn 10 b arranged on the left and right sides of the pile yarn 12 are formed with the same woven structure at the place where the pile yarn 12 is woven into the weft yarn 11. Between the warp yarn 10a and the warp yarn 10b, two or less pile yarns 12 are locked to one weft yarn 11 and two pile yarns 12 are locked to one weft yarn 11. In the case of a book, the two pile yarns 12 are formed with the same woven structure except for the portion protruding from the ground structure where the warp and weft yarns intersect, and the pile yarn 12 is woven into the weft yarn 11. The pile yarn 12 is composed of a woven structure in which the upper and lower arrangement positions of the pile yarn 12 with respect to the weft yarn 11 are opposite to the arrangement positions of the warp yarn 10a and the warp yarn 10b, and the weft yarn for locking one pile yarn 12 11 is composed of 3 to 5 pieces, and 2 warp yarns 10 The pile yarn disposed between the yarn 10b and the warp yarn 10b is formed of a pile yarn 12a in which both ends of the pile yarn protrude from the surface of the fabric and a pile yarn 12b in which both ends of the pile yarn protrude from the back surface of the fabric. The pile yarn protrusions 13 projected on the surface of the fabric and the pile yarn protrusions 13 protruding on the back surface of the fabric have the same number, so that pile removal required as a performance of a towel / handkerchief is required. It is possible to obtain a double-sided cut pile fabric for use in towels and handkerchiefs that has both the prevention and the flexibility of the fabric.

Further, between the two warp yarns 10a and the warp yarns 10b, there is a structure in which one or two pile yarn projections 20 projecting on one side are present while three horizontal yarns 11 are arranged. It is possible to obtain a double-sided cut pile fabric for use in towels and handkerchiefs, which is suitable as a handkerchief for preventing the pile from coming off, the suppleness of the fabric and the texture of the fabric surface.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings.

Fig. 1 shows the pile length where the pile yarn is locked to the ground structure where the warp yarn and the weft yarn intersect, the cut surface of the pile yarn protrudes on the fabric surface and the back surface, and the pile length which protrudes from the ground texture where the warp yarn and the weft yarn intersect In a double-sided cut pile fabric for use in towels and handkerchiefs having a length of 5 mm or less, two warp yarns 10a and 10b are arranged on the left and right sides of the pile yarn 12, and the pile yarn 12 is woven into the weft yarn 11 Thus, one pile yarn 12 is formed between the two warp yarns 10a and 10b and is locked to one weft yarn 11, and the pile yarn 12 is the weft yarn 11 The pile yarn 12 has a woven structure in which the upper and lower arrangement positions of the pile yarn 12 with respect to the weft yarn 11 are opposite to the arrangement positions of the warp yarn 10a and the warp yarn 10b. The pile yarns 12a, 12b, 12c, and 12d are arranged vertically with respect to the weft yarn 11 so that the warp yarn 10a, the warp yarn 10a It is comprised by the woven structure used as the arrangement position opposite to the arrangement position of the thread | yarn 10b.

FIG. 3 shows a double-sided cut pile fabric for use in towels and handkerchiefs in which a single pile yarn 12 is engaged with a single weft yarn 11 between two warp yarns 10a and 10b in the present invention. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view in the direction of cutting the weft yarn illustrating the structure of the warp yarn, the weft yarn, and the pile yarn, and the pile yarns 12a and 12b are composed of a woven structure in which the warp yarn 10 is disposed at a position opposite to that of the warp yarn 10. The number of the weft yarns 11 for locking one pile yarn 12 is three, and the pile yarn 12 and the warp yarn 10 intersect at the intersection 21 between the adjacent weft yarns 11, and both ends of the pile yarn 12b. In the present invention, the pile length 34 is the length of the pile protruding from the ground structure where the warp yarn and the weft yarn intersect, as shown in FIG. Say that.

In addition, since the structure of the double-sided cut pile fabric in the present invention is that the two warp yarns 10a and the warp yarn 10b have the same woven structure, in FIG. 3, the warp yarn 10 is an intersection 21 between the weft yarn and the weft yarn. The warp yarn 10a and the warp yarn 10b arranged on the left and right sides of the pile yarn have a structure in which the pile yarn 12 is sandwiched between the warp yarn 10a and the warp yarn 10b. The cross portion 21 always exists between the weft yarn 11 and the weft yarn 11 at all times. In addition to the pressure and friction resistance due to the crossing of the warp yarn being applied to the pile yarn, the contact pressure between the pile yarn 12 and the weft yarn 11 is firmly maintained, so that the friction resistance force between the pile yarn 12 and the weft yarn 11 is increased. It has a structure that functions effectively and greatly contributes to prevention of pile loss.

FIG. 3 shows an example in which the number of weft yarns 11 for locking one pile yarn 12 is three, but the number of weft yarns 11 for locking one pile yarn 12 is shown. By using three to five, the sum of the pressure and frictional resistance applied to the pile yarn 12 at the intersection 21 where the pile yarn 12 intersects the warp yarn 10 and the pile yarn 12 and the weft yarn 11 are generated. By the sum of the frictional resistance, it is possible to achieve pile prevention and the suppleness of the fabric necessary for towels and handkerchiefs.

FIG. 4 illustrates the structure of warp yarn, weft yarn, and pile yarn different from the present invention. When the pile yarn 12 has a woven structure having the same arrangement position as the arrangement position of the warp yarn 10, As shown in FIG. 4, there is a possibility that the crossing portion 21 does not occur as shown in FIG. 4, and the structure for sandwiching the pile yarn 12 does not occur, and the pile dropout occurs. Since it is insufficient as a prevention, the density of pile yarn can only be increased as in the conventional measures, and the towel arrangement structure of the present invention is more suitable for towels and handkerchiefs that require a short pile length. This is considered to be an effective structure.

FIG. 5 shows a double-sided cut for towel / handkerchief use of the present invention in which two pile yarns 12 locked to one weft yarn 11 are arranged between two warp yarns 10a and 10b. The structure of a warp yarn, a weft yarn, and a pile yarn between two warp yarns 10a and warp yarns 10b of a pile fabric is shown.

If three or more pile yarns 12 locked to one weft yarn 11 are formed between the two warp yarns 10a and 10b, the 3 pieces sandwiched between the warp yarn 10a and the warp yarn 10b 3 The arrangement position of the book becomes unstable, and the effect of pinching between the warp yarn 10a and the warp yarn 10b is reduced, which is not desirable.

FIG. 6 shows a double-sided cut pile fabric for use in towels and handkerchiefs in which one pile yarn 12 is secured to one weft yarn 11 between two warp yarns 10a and 10b in the present invention. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view in a direction of cutting the warp yarn illustrating the structure of the warp yarn, the weft yarn, and the pile yarn, and the pile yarn 12 with respect to the weft yarn 11 is opposite to the placement position of the warp yarns 10a and 10b. The state comprised by the woven structure which becomes is shown.

In the double-sided cut pile fabric for use in towels and handkerchiefs according to the present invention, as shown in FIG. 6, the adjacent warp yarns 10 b and warp yarns 10 c are disposed opposite to the weft yarn 11 without passing through the pile yarn 12. It consists of a ground structure composed of a weft thread 11 and a warp thread 10 which is composed of a woven structure.

In the present invention, the warp yarn 10 and the pile yarn 12 intersect at an intersecting portion 22 between adjacent weft yarns and are sandwiched between the warp yarns 10a and 10b. A stable arrangement structure without blurring.

FIG. 7 shows a double-sided cut pile fabric for use in towels and handkerchiefs in which two pile yarns 12 locked to one weft yarn 11 are provided between two warp yarns 10a and 10b in the present invention. It is sectional drawing of the direction which cut | disconnects the warp yarn which illustrates the structure of this warp yarn, a weft yarn, and a pile yarn.

FIG. 8 shows a state in which the resistor 35 is in contact with the double-sided cut pile fabric for use in towels and handkerchiefs according to the present invention, and a product having a high probability of being subjected to resistance, such as a towel or handkerchief. The pile yarn is formed of a pile yarn 12a in which both ends of the pile yarn protrude from the surface of the woven fabric, and a pile yarn 12b in which both ends of the pile yarn protrude from the back surface of the woven fabric, and the pile yarn to which the weft yarn is locked. Since the protrusions 20 at both ends of the pile yarn are subjected to resistance at the same time or with a time difference due to the structure in which both ends of the protrusion 12 are arranged so as to protrude on the same surface of the fabric, the force to pull out the pile applied to the protrusions 20 at both ends of the pile yarn is The pile yarn 12a is formed by a pile yarn 12a in which both ends of the pile yarn protrude from the surface of the fabric and the pile yarn 12b in which both ends of the pile yarn protrude from the back surface of the fabric. Both ends of the pile yarns 12 are arranged to protrude on the same side of the fabric structure shows a significantly contributes state prevent missing pile.

FIG. 9 shows a double-sided cut pile fabric for use in towels and handkerchiefs in which one pile yarn 12 is secured to one weft yarn 11 between two warp yarns 10a and 10b in the present invention. The principle for forming is illustrated.

As shown in FIG. 9, the woven fabric of the present invention has a vertical texture formed by intersecting the warp yarn 10 and the weft yarn 11, and a vertical structure disposed above and below the upper surface texture. A three-dimensional woven fabric in which pile yarns 12 are connected to the waste yarns 13 that do not intersect the yarns 10 is cut, and the pile yarns 12 between the upper and lower ground structures are cut at the centers of the upper and lower two surfaces. By pulling out the yarn 13 in the direction of the arrow, both ends of the pile yarn 12a cut at the center of the upper and lower surfaces on the upper surface are dragged out from the ground structure, and the lower surface is cut at the center of the upper and lower surfaces. Both ends of the pile yarn 12b are dragged out of the ground structure and formed.

The double-sided cut pile fabric for use with towels and handkerchiefs created according to the forming principle shown in FIG. 9 has the structure of the present invention and has performance as a use for towels and handkerchiefs. The distance between the weft yarns 11a and 11b sandwiching the discarded weft yarn 13 before being pulled out is longer than the distance between adjacent weft yarns 11 where the discarded weft yarn 13 is not disposed in order to cause the wefted weft yarn 13 to be woven. In this case, the weft density of the portion where the discarded weft yarn 13 was present is slightly lower than that of the other portion, and the double-sided cut pile fabric for towel / handkerchief use of the present invention is not ideal.

FIG. 10 shows a method for realizing an ideal fabric structure of the double-sided cut pile fabric for use in towels and handkerchiefs of the present invention.

FIG. 10 shows a method for realizing an ideal fabric structure of a double-sided cut pile fabric for towels and handkerchiefs according to the present invention. The feature of this method is that one end of the fixing portion 32 is as shown in FIG. An opening that is fixed and arranged above and below the upper and lower ground structures formed by intersecting the warp yarn 10 and the weft yarn 11 and only the discarded weft yarn 13 is arranged on the upper surface and on the lower surface. This is in the point of using the fixed warp yarn 14 for the discarded weft yarn, and in the point that the fixed warp yarn 14 for the discarded weft yarn is used, which is less bent than the warp yarn 10.

Note that this method does not limit the fixed warp yarn 14 for the discarded weft yarn to the tegs, but can open as a warp yarn, and the upper and lower two-sided texture formed by the warp yarn 10 and the weft yarn 11 intersecting each other. A metal material such as a wire may be used as long as it is a material of a hardness that can be disposed on the top and bottom and can be disposed only on the discarded weft 13 on the upper surface and on the lower surface.

Further, in FIG. 9, the waste weft 13 has been bitten into the ground structure, but in this method, this difficult to bend teg is discarded and used as the fixed warp yarn 14 for the weft. It becomes possible to arrange the discarded weft yarn 13 at a position completely separated from the ground structure via the fixed warp yarn 14 for use, and with this arrangement, the discarded weft yarn 13 is extracted and then the discarded weft yarn 13 is sandwiched. The distance L between the weft yarns 11a and 11b in relation to the distance between the weft yarns 11a and 11b between the weft yarns 11a and 11b, in which the pile yarn 12 is organized and does not sandwich the weft yarn 13, The elongation can be reduced to within 10%, and an ideal fabric structure of a double-sided cut pile fabric for use in the towel and handkerchief of the present invention can be realized.

Note that the end portion of the warp fixing warp yarn 14 that is not fixed to the fixing portion 32 is discarded by about 10 cm from the cloth 33 and is woven by the weft yarn 13 so that the woven fabric is woven. Since one end of the warp fixing warp yarn 14 is fixed, the leading end of the weft fixing warp yarn 14 remains at a position of about 10 cm from the pre-weaving 33. In this part, the fixed warp yarn 14 for the weft yarn does not exist from the fabric.

In addition, the pile yarn is locked to the ground structure where the warp yarn and the weft yarn intersect, the cut surface of the pile yarn protrudes from the fabric surface and the back surface, and the pile length protruding from the ground structure where the warp yarn and the weft yarn intersect is 5 mm. The following double-sided cut pile fabrics for towel and handkerchief use are the two warp yarns 10a and warp yarns 10b arranged on the left and right sides of the pile yarn 12, and the pile yarns 12 are woven into the weft yarns 11, Two or less pile yarns 12 formed of the same woven structure and locked to one weft yarn 11 between the two warp yarns 10a and 10b are related to one weft yarn 11. When two pile yarns 12 are stopped, the two pile yarns 12 are formed in the same woven structure except for the portion protruding from the ground structure where the warp yarn and the horizontal yarn intersect, and the pile yarn 12 is the horizontal yarn. In the part woven into the thread 11, the pie The upper and lower arrangement positions of the yarn 12 with respect to the weft thread 11 are composed of a woven structure in which the arrangement positions of the warp yarn 10a and the warp yarn 10b are opposite to each other, and are arranged between the two warp yarns 10a and the warp yarn 10b. The pile yarn is formed of a pile yarn 12a in which both ends of the pile yarn protrude from the surface of the fabric and a pile yarn 12b in which both ends of the pile yarn protrude from the back surface of the fabric. The number of weft yarns 11 to be locked is composed of 3 to 5, so that the number of pile yarn protrusions 20 protruding on the surface of the fabric is the same as the number of pile yarn protrusions 20 protruding on the back of the fabric. As a result of trial manufacture of the constructed double-sided cut pile fabric of the present invention, between the two warp yarns 10a and the warp yarn 10b, three pile yarn projections 20 projecting on one side are arranged. Between 1 and 2 structures in between The Rukoto, in towels and handkerchiefs applications, and prevent escape optimal pile, and suppleness, it is possible to obtain a double-sided cut pile fabric more optimal fabric surface texture of both the allowed towels, handkerchiefs applications was found.
