Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fluid ejecting apparatus, a fluid ejecting apparatus control method, and a surgical apparatus.
For example, in the medical field, as a fluid ejecting apparatus for incising or excising living tissue, a fluid chamber whose volume is changed by driving a piezo element and a nozzle communicated with the fluid chamber are provided, and fluid is supplied to the fluid chamber. At the same time, there is one that ejects a pulsating fluid from a nozzle at high speed by driving a piezo element (see Patent Document 1).
In the conventional example described in
The subject of this invention is preventing the outflow of the fluid at the time of an injection stop.
The first invention is
Supply means for supplying fluid; an injection unit for injecting fluid supplied from the supply means; a tube forming a fluid supply path from the supply means to the injection unit; and a flow of the tube in response to a drive signal. And a closing means capable of closing the path.
In this way, the flow path of the tube is configured to be closable, and when the injection by the injection unit is stopped, by closing the flow path of the tube, the fluid is sent to the injection unit and flows out. Can be prevented.
The second invention is
The ejection unit includes a fluid chamber that is communicated with the tube and capable of changing a volume, and an ejection port that ejects fluid that is pulsated in accordance with the volume change of the fluid chamber.
In this way, by ejecting the fluid in a pulsating state, a smaller amount of fluid is required compared to the case of continuous ejection. In addition, it is easy to collect because the flow rate that scatters and stays in the surgical field is small, which contributes to ensuring visibility. In addition, it has been found that the ability to incise, excise, and cut is equal to or higher than that of continuous injection.
The third invention is
The closing means closes the flow path of the tube by pressing the tube from the outside.
Thus, since it is a structure which only presses a tube from the outside, the process which sterilizes or sterilizes a flow path becomes easy. That is, in a structure in which an actuator such as an open / close valve is provided on a tube, not only the flow path of the tube but also the open / close valve must be sterilized or sterilized, which increases the number of processing steps.
The fourth invention is:
The closing means is provided at a short distance position within a set range from the injection unit.
The higher the fluid pressure in the tube and the more flexible the tube, the more the tube will expand. Even if the injection of the fluid by the injection unit is stopped, the force that the tube tries to restore (contract) The fluid is sent to the ejection unit and flows out. Assuming that the fluid pressure in the tube is always constant and the flexibility of the tube is uniform over the entire length, the longer the distance from the injection unit to the closing means, the higher the flow rate sent to the injection unit due to tube expansion. Will increase.
Therefore, the short-range position within the set range is a position downstream of the closing means so that the flow rate sent to the injection unit due to the expansion of the tube falls within the allowable range.
Thus, by providing the closing means at a short distance position of the injection unit, the flow rate sent to the injection unit due to the expansion of the tube can be suppressed.
The fifth invention is:
When the injection of the injection unit is stopped, a control means is provided for inputting a drive signal to the closing means to close the flow path of the tube.
Thus, when the injection by the injection unit is stopped, the fluid flowing through the tube is stopped by closing the flow path of the tube, and the fluid can be prevented from being sent to the injection unit and flowing out.
The sixth invention is:
Fluid is supplied by a fluid ejecting apparatus comprising: a supply means for supplying fluid; an ejection unit that ejects the fluid supplied from the supply means; and a tube that forms a fluid supply path from the supply means to the ejection unit. A fluid ejection step of ejecting, and a flow path closing step of closing the flow path of the tube when the ejection of the ejection unit is stopped in the fluid ejection step.
As described above, when the injection by the injection unit is stopped in the fluid injection process, the fluid flowing in the tube can be stopped by closing the flow path of the tube, so that the fluid is sent to the injection unit. It can be prevented from leaking.
The seventh invention
Supply means for supplying fluid; an injection unit for injecting fluid supplied from the supply means; a tube forming a fluid supply path from the supply means to the injection unit; and a flow of the tube in response to a drive signal. And a closing means capable of closing the path.
In this way, the flow path of the tube is configured to be closable, and when the injection by the injection unit is stopped, by closing the flow path of the tube, the fluid is sent to the injection unit and flows out. Can be prevented.

FIG. 1 is an overall view of the
The
The
The

The

Further, when the fluid enters the

The
The
As described above, the reinforcing

With the above configuration, when a driving command is input from the surgeon, the
噴射ユニット100の流体吐出は、入口流路側のイナータンスL1(合成イナータンスL1と呼ぶことがある)と、出口流路側のイナータンスL2(合成イナータンスL2と呼ぶことがある)との差によって行われる。
Fluid ejection of the
The inertance L is expressed by L = ρ × h / S, where ρ is the density of the fluid, S is the cross-sectional area of the flow path, and h is the length of the flow path. When the pressure difference in the flow path is ΔP and the flow rate of the fluid flowing through the flow path is Q, the relationship of ΔP = L × dQ / dt is derived by modifying the equation of motion in the flow path using the inertance L. It is.
That is, the inertance L indicates the degree of influence on the time change of the flow rate. The larger the inertance L, the less the time change of the flow rate, and the smaller the inertance L, the greater the time change of the flow rate.
In addition, combined inertance related to parallel connection of multiple flow paths and serial connection of multiple flow paths of different shapes is performed by synthesizing inertances of individual flow paths in the same manner as parallel connection and series connection of inductances in an electric circuit. Can be calculated.
The inertance L1 on the inlet flow path side is calculated in the range of the
Further, the inertance L2 on the outlet flow channel side has an influence on the inertance L2 because the diameter of the
In this embodiment, the flow path length and cross-sectional area of the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, the

With the above configuration, when the

From the above, the
First, the fluid operation and effects in the
If the inertance L1 on the inlet flow path side and the inertance L2 on the outlet flow path side have a sufficient size when the
Since the inertance L1 of the
The
After the flow resumes in the
Thus, by ejecting the fluid in a pulsating state, a smaller amount of fluid is required compared to the case of continuous ejection. In addition, it is easy to collect because the flow rate that scatters and stays in the surgical field is small, which contributes to ensuring visibility. In addition, it has been found that the ability to incise, excise, and cut is equal to or higher than that of continuous injection.
Further, as described above, since the fluid swirls in the
Accordingly, since the fluid is supplied to the
In addition, since the fluid is ejected from the fluid ejection opening 212 that is smaller than the diameter of the
Furthermore, since the connection
Further, since the inertance of the
If the volume of the
In addition, since the
Further, by generating a swirling flow in the
Furthermore, since the swirling flow is generated only by the fluid passing through the
Further, since the
In addition, since the

Next, the operation and effect of the
Since the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, a
Thereby, it can prevent that the fluid is sent to the
Since the
Further, the
When fluid injection is performed again, that is, when an injection command is input from the operator (the determination in step S3 is “Yes”), the
