Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electric actuator in which an electric motor for driving a valve is housed in a casing.
Conventionally, electric actuators have been used to open and close rotary valves and direct acting valves used in air conditioning equipment and plants. This type of electric actuator normally houses various electrical components and mechanical parts such as an electric motor and a speed reduction mechanism in one casing, and projects an output shaft from the casing housing the various electrical components and mechanical parts. Further, the casing is provided with a conduit for drawing in an electric wire connected to an external power source and a signal line for outputting a valve opening signal.
Also, this type of electric actuator is attached to a valve provided with a valve body and integrated as an electric control valve. In this case, the output shaft of the electric actuator and the valve shaft of the valve body (the shaft on which the valve body is attached) are connected via a joint. The casing of the electric actuator is screwed to the valve.
In addition, this type of electric actuator adopts a waterproof structure that prevents rainwater from entering the casing, considering that it is installed outdoors when it is integrated with the valve to be an electric control valve. Has been. For example, an electric actuator is attached above the valve, and rainwater is considered to fall from the top of the casing, that is, it is assumed that rainwater is received on the top surface of the casing, and no opening is provided on the top surface of the casing. A waterproof structure is employed (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, at the site where the above-described electric control valve is installed, there is a case where an electric actuator must be attached below the valve due to restrictions on the height and space of a pipe to which the electric control valve is attached. In this case, the lower surface of the casing faces upward and receives rainwater on the lower surface of the casing facing upward, and rainwater enters the casing through the gap between the output shaft and the casing and the gap between the conduit and the wire, Internal parts will be deteriorated.
In addition, even if the electric control valve is installed in a normal state, the screw fixing the casing is loosened by the vibration at the site where the influence of vibration (vibration from outside and vibration of fluid flowing through the valve) is large. Thus, the mounting posture of the electric actuator changes from the initial state. If this state is left as it is, bending stress is generated on the output shaft and valve shaft of the electric actuator, and a failure such as deformation or breakage is likely to occur.
Conventionally, the mounting orientation of the electric actuator has not been particularly paid attention, and when the electric actuator malfunctions, the maintenance staff who went to the site confirms that the cause of the malfunction is the abnormal mounting of the electric actuator. It was only to know that.
In
In addition to
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and the object of the present invention is to know in advance that a failure may occur due to the intrusion of rainwater or a change in the mounting posture, and an early countermeasure is taken. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electric actuator capable of performing the following.
In order to achieve such an object, the present invention provides an electric actuator in which an electric motor for driving a valve is housed in a casing, an inclination angle sensor that is installed in the casing and measures the inclination angle of the electric actuator, Transmitting means for transmitting information on the mounting posture of the electric actuator obtained from the inclination angle measured by the angle sensor to an external device is provided.
According to the present invention, the inclination angle of the electric actuator is measured by the inclination angle sensor installed in the casing, and information regarding the mounting posture of the electric actuator obtained from the inclination angle is transmitted to the external device. For example, in the present invention, the tilt angle measured by the tilt angle sensor is transmitted to the external device as information related to the mounting posture of the electric actuator. In this case, the maintenance staff knows the mounting posture of the electric actuator from the sent inclination angle, and can determine that there is a risk of rainwater entering if the mounting posture of the electric actuator is upside down. If there is a large change in the posture, it can be determined that the output shaft or the valve shaft may be deformed or damaged.
In the present invention, the information related to the mounting posture of the electric actuator obtained from the tilt angle measured by the tilt angle sensor is not limited to the tilt angle measured by the tilt angle sensor.

A difference (absolute value) from (θyst) is obtained as a deviation amount δ2y, and a difference (absolute value) between the inclination angle θz and the initial mounting posture (θzst) in the Z-axis direction is obtained as a deviation amount δ2z (step S109).

Further, the control circuit (CPU) 1 checks the flags F1 and F2, and if even one of the flags F1 and F2 is “1” (YES in step S112), the system is stopped (step S114). If neither of the flags F1 and F2 is “1” (NO in step S112), the inclination angle θ (θx, θy, θz) acquired in step S106 is stored in the nonvolatile memory 2 (step S113), and step S106. Return to.
