Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hat excellent in breathability.
It is recommended that you wear a hat during outdoor activities during the day when the sunlight is strong, as it can cause sunstroke if you hit the head for a long time. However, many people shy away from hats because they often feel uncomfortable when they wear hats during the hot summer months. In particular, a hat using a water-repellent or waterproof fabric for the crown surface is difficult to ensure air permeability, and thus has a strong tendency. In view of such a situation, hat manufacturers have come to apply various ideas to hats to improve air permeability.
For example, a hat in which a part of a crown is formed of a mesh material has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, in this type of cap, although the air permeability in the portion formed of the mesh material in the crown is ensured, the air permeability in other portions in the crown is not ensured. For this reason, in order to ensure sufficient air permeability with this kind of hat, it was necessary to increase the area of the portion formed of the mesh material in the crown, so that the light shielding performance, which is the original function of the hat, was sacrificed. And the hat design was severely limited.
In view of such a situation, until now, the outside of the portion of the crown made of mesh material (the ventilation portion) is covered with a cover, and the ventilation portion can be opened by folding or removing the cover. Hats that can be closed have also been proposed (see, for example,
However, even in this type of hat, if the air permeability is to be ensured, the cover must be folded back, and the light-shielding property of the hat is not sacrificed. Further, when the cover is folded, there is a possibility that the appearance when worn is deteriorated, for example, an unsightly wrinkle is formed on the crown.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and provides a hat capable of improving air permeability while maintaining light shielding properties. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a hat that can ensure air permeability without any special action and does not form unsightly wrinkles. It is another object of the present invention to provide a hat with a high degree of design freedom.
The above-described problem is a hat in which the mesh ground is applied to at least a part of the back surface of the crown outer surface made of a light shielding material, and at least two ventilation openings O 1 in the portion of the crown outer surface to which the mesh ground is addressed. , O 2, and a gap formed between the crown outer surface and the mesh ground is communicated between the ventilation opening O 1 and the ventilation opening O 2, and the ventilation opening O 1 or the ventilation opening is provided. The problem can be solved by providing a cap characterized in that the air introduced into the gap from the portion O 2 can be led out from the ventilation opening O 2 or the ventilation opening O 1 .
As a result, it is possible to prevent the wearer's head from being steamed by ventilating inside and outside the hat while keeping the mesh ground exposed to a minimum and sufficiently securing the light shielding property of the hat. Therefore, it is possible to provide a hat that has an excellent appearance when worn and has a high degree of freedom in design.
There is no particular limitation as to which part of the back surface of the crown material is assigned to the mesh ground. The mesh ground can be applied to any location on the back surface of the crown surface. For example, the front part of the crown surface (the part covering the wearer's head front), the right part of the crown surface (the part covering the right side of the wearer's head (right side as viewed from the wearer)), or the left side of the crown surface Examples include a part (a part covering the left side of the wearer's head (left side as viewed from the wearer)), a rear part of the crown surface (a part covering the rear side of the wearer's head), and the like. The mesh ground may be addressed not only to a part of the back surface of the crown outer material but also to the whole.
The ventilation openings O 1 and O 2 may be provided by forming slits or holes in the crown outer material, but the crown outer material is formed by sewing a plurality of outer surface spars along the side edges. And it is preferable to provide by forming the non-sewing part which does not sew together in the predetermined area in the side edge of the adjacent top surface brick. This makes it possible to reduce the manufacturing cost of the hat at a low cost. Further, it is possible to the boundary of the lotus for adjacent outer material provided ventilation openings O 1, O 2, it also becomes possible to make unobtrusive the ventilation openings O 1, O 2.
In particular, when the mesh surface is applied to the front part of the crown surface material, the right side edge (the side edge on the right side as viewed from the wearer) of the outer surface of the crown for the front surface of the crown surface material, and the crown surface material The ventilating opening O 1 is formed by forming a non-sewn portion that is not sewn together in a predetermined section at the left side edge (the side edge that is the left side when viewed from the wearer) of the outer surface brick that forms the right side portion of The left side edge (the side edge on the left side when viewed from the wearer) of the outer surface brick that forms the front part of the crown surface material and the right side edge of the outer surface brick that forms the left side part of the crown surface material (wear) It is preferable to provide the ventilation opening O 2 by forming non-sewn parts that are not sewn together in a predetermined section on the right side as viewed from the person). This makes it possible to arrange the ventilation openings O 1 and O 2 in a well-balanced manner on the crown surface and improve the breathability and appearance of the hat.
When the non-sewn portion is the ventilation openings O 1 and O 2 , the predetermined section (predetermined section serving as the non-sewn section) at the side edge of at least one of the adjacent top surface folds is the front surface. It is also preferable that the mesh ground is exposed to the outside by being recessed inside the spatula. This makes it possible to further improve the breathability of the hat. However, if the exposed portion of the mesh ground becomes too wide, the light shielding properties and the appearance of the hat will deteriorate, so care must be taken not to make the ventilation openings O 1 and O 2 too wide.
By the way, in the present specification, “renge” refers to a cloth having a substantially isosceles triangle shape that forms a crown surface material or a mesh material (corresponding to a crown lining material). A crown outer surface is usually a side edge of one front surface spatula (the edge along the same side of the isosceles triangle when the shape of the front surface baseball is considered an isosceles triangle). It is formed by stitching together the side edges of the top cover for each type and stitching together a plurality of top cover for the top cover. The mesh ground is also formed by sewing the side edges of adjacent mesh ground bends.
The light-shielding material forming the crown surface is not particularly limited as long as it is a cloth having a light-shielding property, but is preferably subjected to waterproofing (including moisture-permeable waterproofing described later) or water-repellent finishing. This makes it possible to make the hat more functional, such as making it difficult for rainwater and dirt to penetrate.
Here, the waterproof processing means that the crown surface material does not allow water to pass through by closing (sealing) the gaps (eyes) between the fibers forming the crown surface material with a waterproof material such as fluorine resin or silicon resin. It means the processing to make. If such a waterproofing is applied to the crown surface, it will be possible to prevent rainwater and the like from seeping into the crown, but since the breathability of the crown surface will be substantially eliminated, The head becomes stuffy. However, by adopting the configuration as in the present invention, it is possible to ensure air permeability inside and outside the crown even with a cap having a waterproof finish on the crown surface.
The water-repellent finish is impregnated with a water-repellent material such as a fluorine-based resin or a silicon-based resin in a cloth forming the crown surface material, or the water-repellent fiber is applied to each fiber of the cloth forming the crown surface material. This refers to the process of imparting water repellency to the crown surface by pre-coating the material. By applying this water-repellent finish to the crown surface, it is possible not only to protect the fabric of the crown surface from rainwater, but also to make it easier to remove dirt attached to the crown surface by washing. become. Unlike water-repellent processing, the water-repellent processing does not close the gap between the fibers forming the crown surface (not blocked). However, the fabric subjected to the water repellent finish has a narrower gap between the fibers and the air permeability as compared with the fabric not subjected to the water repellent finish. Therefore, the significance of adopting the configuration of the present invention to the hat whose water-repellent finish is applied to the crown surface is still significant.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a hat capable of improving air permeability while maintaining light shielding properties. In addition, it is possible to provide a hat that can ensure air permeability without any modification and that does not cause unsightly wrinkles. It is also possible to provide a hat with a high degree of freedom in design.

3. In hat mesh member present embodiment, the
The
The sewing line L 7 is independent of the sewing line L 6 (see FIG. 4), and the
Accordingly, the gap formed between the crown
Therefore, the gap of the air introduced into the gap from the ventilation openings O 1, derived from the ventilation openings O 1 or ventilation openings O 2 to the outside of the
In the cap of this embodiment, the ventilation openings O 1 and O 2 are provided on both sides of the front portion (the left front portion and the right front portion) of the

By the way, the air permeability of the mesh fabric 20 (the air permeability measured by the A method (Fragile method) described in 8.27.1 in JIS L 1096) is not particularly limited. However, if the air permeability of the
4). Bin skin In the hat of this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, a bottle skin 40 is provided on the back side of the portion along the lower edge of the
5). Size adjustment band In the hat of this embodiment, the rear peripheral portion of the lower edge of the

6). Applications The use of the hat of the present invention is not particularly limited and can be used for various applications, but is suitable as an exercise cap or work cap that is frequently worn outdoors or indoors in hot places.
