Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper.
However, the countermeasures for back leakage of stool are still insufficient and there is room for improvement.
Therefore, a main problem of the present invention is to reduce the risk of back leakage of feces.
The present invention that has solved the above problems is as follows.
<Invention of Claim 1>
A liquid-permeable top sheet, a liquid-impermeable sheet, an absorbent body interposed between them and extending from the ventral part to the back part, and an absorbent body formed in the middle in the front-rear direction of the absorbent body In a disposable diaper comprising a constricted portion, both side portions extending on both sides in the width direction of the absorber, and a side constricted portion formed in the middle in the front-rear direction of the both side portions,
The intersection of the rectangular diagonal lines circumscribing the absorber narrow portion is located in the front-rear direction range of 35 to 45% when the total length of the diaper is 100% with reference to the waist edge on the ventral side,
Further, the intersection of the diagonal lines circumscribing the side constricted part is the rear side in the front-rear direction of the diaper from the intersection of the square diagonal lines circumscribing the absorber constricted part, and is based on the waist edge on the ventral side. When the total length of the diaper is 100%, it is located in the front-rear direction range of 40 to 49%.
A disposable diaper characterized by that.
(Function and effect)
In order to prevent the back of a watery stool or the like, it is important that the fluidity disappears in the diaper. For this purpose, the water of the watery stool or the like needs to be reduced to some extent in the diaper. In the present invention, due to the arrangement of the above-mentioned characteristic constricted portion, the diaper naturally fits to the body in a forwardly inclined state, and the area of the absorber that hits the wearer's back side is secured widely, More water can be absorbed in the process of stool flow to the back side, and fluidity can be further reduced. Therefore, according to the present invention, backrest such as watery stool is less likely to occur.
<Invention of
A pocket consisting of a hole recessed from the front surface to the back surface side or a hole penetrating from the surface to the back surface is formed at or near the anal site in the absorber,
The top sheet has a large number of transmission holes in a predetermined range including a portion overlapping with the pocket, and the portion overlapping the pocket is not joined to a member adjacent to the lower side at least in the center in the width direction. ,
The disposable diaper of Claim 1 in which the accommodation space which continues from the back surface of the said top sheet to the said pocket is formed.
(Function and effect)
A watery stool or the like moves faster along the diaper surface when the gap between the body surface and the diaper surface is narrow. In contrast, as described above, a pocket or the like is provided at or near the anal site in the absorber, and a top sheet having a transmission hole is provided so as to be separated from the pocket at least in the center in the width direction. If a storage space that continues into the pocket is formed on the back side, water stool etc. escapes into this storage space through the perforation hole of the top sheet, and a longer time is required for absorbing water such as water stool. Become so. Therefore, the above-described back leakage prevention effect is further enhanced. Moreover, since watery stool etc. are escaped to the accommodation space of the back surface side of a top sheet, adhesion to skin of watery stool etc. can also be suppressed. In addition, the improvement in the liquid top sheet permeability and the increase in the surface area of the absorber lead to an improvement in the absorption rate of urine as well as watery stool.
<Invention of
The disposable diaper according to
(Function and effect)
Larger pockets are desirable, but if the area is simply increased, if the top sheet and pocket are not joined as described above, or if they are not joined at the center in the width direction, the top sheet will loosen and become wrinkles, The non-contact area with the member adjacent to the back side increases, and the liquid tends to remain on the top sheet. On the other hand, since the diaper is shrunk in the width direction at the middle portion in the front-rear direction and is relatively stretched in the front-rear direction, the pocket has an elongated shape as described above. The top sheet is difficult to loosen, the non-contact area between the top sheet and the adjacent member is reduced, and the liquid remaining on the top sheet is reduced. In addition, if the pocket is wide, the top sheet will bend and ground to the bottom of the pocket, and the volume of the pocket will be greatly reduced, but if the pocket is elongated, the top sheet will mostly be grounded to the bottom of the pocket. There is also an advantage that there is little decrease in volume.
<Invention of Claim 4>
The said pocket is extended along the front-back direction from the front side of the square which circumscribes the said absorber narrow part to the rear side from the rear end of the square which circumscribes the said absorber narrow part. Disposable diapers.
(Function and effect)
As described above, when the pocket is elongated, the absolute design volume is inevitably reduced as compared with the case where the pocket is wide. Therefore, the volume of the pocket may be insufficient depending on the amount of excretion. Therefore, by arranging the pockets from the back side to the ventral side as described above so that the excrement can be guided in the ventral direction, the pocket functions sufficiently even if the excretion amount is large. Is preferred.
Further, in the present invention, the absorber constricted part is considerably more forward than before, and the area of the ventral portion of the absorber is small, so the absorption performance of urine on the ventral side, particularly the diffusion performance, tends to be reduced. . On the other hand, when the pocket is extended to the ventral side, it also functions as a urinary guiding path, so that the absorber on the dorsal side can be used for absorption of urine more efficiently. It becomes possible to compensate for the decrease in absorption performance. Of course, the improvement of the urine absorption rate due to the improvement in the above-described liquid topsheet permeability and the increase in the surface area of the absorber becomes more remarkable.
<Invention of Claim 5>
The pockets have a shape wider than the front side at the anal site or in the vicinity thereof, or pockets having a larger number of rows than the front side are provided at predetermined intervals in the width direction. The disposable diaper according to claim 4.
(Function and effect)
Thus, by ensuring a larger pocket area in the vicinity of the anus than on the front side, the pocket function can easily function even for a greater amount of fecal excretion. In particular, by providing a plurality of pockets, not only the space but also the surface area of the absorber can be secured widely.
<Invention of Claim 6>
The transmission hole is formed by forming a slit along the front-rear direction at a transmission hole forming position of the top sheet, and then extending the top sheet in the width direction, and in the state where the slit is enlarged, both side portions thereof are adjacent to the lower side. The disposable diaper of any one of Claims 2-5 currently formed by joining to the member to do.
(Function and effect)
A top sheet having such a transmission hole is superior in that the opening is softer than those opened using other methods, but there is a problem that the hole is easily closed when the diaper is bent. On the other hand, it is preferable to join both sides of the transmission hole to the lower member as described above, because the hole is difficult to close even if the diaper is bent.
<Invention of Claim 7>
In the top sheet, one or more rows of transmission holes formed by arranging the transmission holes in the front-rear direction are formed in the width direction, and at least one of the transmission hole rows passes over the pockets. The disposable diaper according to claim 6, wherein both side portions of one or more rows of permeation hole rows that are disposed on the pocket and are joined to adjacent members on the lower side thereof are joined.
(Function and effect)
By employing such a pattern of permeation holes and an adhesion site in the top sheet, the above-described accommodation space is not easily crushed, and the permeation holes communicating with the accommodation space are difficult to close.
<Invention of Claim 8>
The top sheet has the permeation holes in the anal site or the vicinity thereof, and the surrounding portion thereof, and the perforation hole of the anal site or the vicinity thereof has a larger opening area than the permeation hole of the surrounding portion, The disposable diaper according to any one of
(Function and effect)
By forming such a permeation hole, the passage of feces through the permeation hole is promoted more easily than other parts at or near the anal part.
<Invention of Claim 9>
The disposable diaper according to any one of
(Function and effect)
By forming such a perforated hole array having a radiation pattern centered around the anal site or its vicinity, passage of feces through the perforated hole is promoted more easily than other sites at the anal site or its vicinity.
As described above, according to the present invention, there are advantages such as a reduced risk of back leakage of feces.
As disposable diapers intended for watery stools and soft stools, so-called tape-type diapers are widely used. Needless to say, the present invention can be applied to other forms of disposable diapers such as disposable diapers. The present invention is naturally applicable to adult disposable diapers.

The illustrated example shows one preferable form of the arrangement of the transmission holes H. That is, the
Specifically, in the diaper for infants, the width of the
And characteristically, as shown in FIG. 4, the solid content such as watery stool is permeated to the back side in each of the width direction
Further, when the width of the left and
The opening shape of the transmission hole H can be an appropriate shape such as a circle, an ellipse, an oval, a leaflet shape, a polygon, etc., but the length HL in the front-rear direction is 4 to 15 mm, particularly 6 to 8 mm. It is preferable that the width direction length HW is an elongated shape (elliptical shape, oval shape, leaf shape) shorter than the length HL in the front-rear direction.
Although the opening area of the transmission hole H may be appropriately determined, it is preferable to be 0.8~180Mm 2, particularly preferably in a 5~80Mm 2, and most preferable to be 10 to 30 mm 2. If the opening area is too small, the solid content taking-in performance is lowered, and if it is too large, it is easy to return through the permeation hole H.
The number of transmission holes H can be determined as appropriate. As shown in the figure, the arrangement of the transmission holes H is such that the transmission hole arrays in which the transmission holes H are arranged at predetermined intervals in the front-rear direction are provided at predetermined intervals in the width direction. In the case of the above-described arrangement and the opening area of the transmission holes H described above, the width-direction interval DW between the columns of the transmission holes H is 1 to 5 mm, and the interval DL between the transmission holes H in the column is 1 to 1 It is preferable to determine the number and arrangement in each of the
The arrangement of the through holes H can be a staggered arrangement (illustrated example) or a lattice (matrix) arrangement, and other regular or irregular arrangements can be adopted. For example, unlike the above example, as shown in FIGS. 8 (a) and 8 (b), the perforation hole H is formed in the anal site Z or its vicinity in the
The
However, in this case, since the transmission hole H is easily closed when the diaper is bent, the both sides of the perforated region are adjacent to the lower side of the slit in an enlarged state, that is, the intermediate sheet 40 (intermediate sheet in the illustrated embodiment).

An intermediate sheet (also referred to as a second sheet) 40 is provided between the

Characteristically, the intersection P2 of the square diagonal line circumscribing the absorber constricted portion N2 is about 35 to 45% when the total length L of the diaper is 100% with the waist edge on the ventral side as a reference (0%) The intersection P1 of the square diagonal line located in the direction range, particularly preferably in the front-rear direction range of 35 to 40% and circumscribing the side constricted portion N1 is based on the waist edge on the ventral side (0%) When the total length L of the diaper is 100%, it is located in the front-rear direction range of 40-49%, particularly preferably in the front-rear direction range of 45-49%. Furthermore, the intersection P1 is located on the rear side of the diaper in the front-rear direction with respect to the intersection P2. The total length of the diaper is about 300 to 550 mm in a general infant diaper, and about 300 to 400 mm in an infant diaper that is most suitable for application of the present invention.
Accordingly, as schematically shown in FIG. 9, the
The minimum width W2 of the side constricted portion N1 is preferably about 65 to 90% of the diaper width W1, and the minimum width W4 of the absorber constricted portion N2 is about 70 to 80% of the absorber width W3.
(pocket)
A
In particular, the above-described transmission hole H is formed in a predetermined range including a portion overlapping the
By adopting such a structure, the time for the water-like stool or the like to escape into the accommodation space formed on the back surface side of the
In general, it is desirable that the
When the
When the
Further, as the

As shown in FIG. 2, the

The

In particular, the holding

As shown in FIG. 2, the holding
