Description

The present invention relates to a positioning tool, and more particularly, to a positioning tool that prevents positional displacement in the horizontal direction by engaging with each other when stacking a plurality of articles.

When a plurality of articles such as storage cases and pallets are stacked, if the upper article is placed so as to be movable in the horizontal direction with respect to the lower article, the stacked state becomes unstable. There is a possibility that the article is displaced in the horizontal direction and falls, or the surface of the lower article or the upper article is damaged.

Therefore, in order to prevent displacement in the horizontal direction, an article in which engaging portions are provided at the upper and lower corners of the article has been proposed. According to this, when stacking a plurality of articles, an upper engaging portion (for example, a columnar convex portion) of the article positioned on the upper side and a lower engaging portion (for example, a hole-shaped portion) of the article positioned on the lower side are stacked. The recesses are engaged with each other, that is, one of them acts as an engaging portion and the other acts as an engaged portion, thereby preventing the positional deviation of the upper article with respect to the lower article. .

In addition, said prior art is a general matter made | formed by those skilled in the art, and the applicant does not know especially the literature suitable for specifying this prior art.

However, according to the above positioning tool, since the shapes of the engaging portions in the upper engaging portion and the lower engaging portion are different from each other (for example, one is convex and the other is concave), at least two types of engagement The members had to be manufactured, and as a result, two types of manufacturing molds corresponding to the two types of members had to be used. Further, in manufacturing, sufficient care is required in terms of management and manufacturing so that different types of engaging members are not mixed or attached at wrong positions.

Furthermore, in what forms a cylindrical convex part in one of an upper side engaging part and a lower side engaging part, and forms a recessed part in the other, when engaging an upper side engaging part with a lower side engaging part, If the convex portion and the concave portion do not match each other, the load of the upper article is directly applied to the convex portion, which may cause damage to the convex portion. In particular, in the case where a convex portion is formed on the upper engaging portion, when the article is installed alone, the entire load of the article is applied to the convex portion, and the breakage of the convex portion is promoted or the article is installed. There was a risk of becoming unstable.

In view of the above, the present invention has an object to provide a positioning tool capable of positioning a plurality of articles to be stacked with one type of engaging member and increasing the strength with a relatively simple configuration. To do.

The positioning tool according to the present invention is provided with "the upper engagement that is provided on each of the lower surface of the upper article and the upper surface of the lower article that are opposed to each other and prevents the positional deviation in the horizontal direction by engaging each other. A positioning tool comprising a member and a lower engagement member,
The upper engagement member and the lower engagement member have the same shape as each other,
A plate-like base member composed of a first base part and a second base part which are symmetrical with respect to the axis of symmetry;
A plurality of first protrusions formed on the surface of the first base portion and arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval; and a plurality of first recesses formed between the first protrusions;
A plurality of second ridges formed on the surface of the second base portion, arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals and formed in a direction perpendicular to the first ridges, and formed between the second ridges. A plurality of second recesses formed,
The first ridge and the second ridge each have a shape that can be fitted into the second recess and the first recess, respectively, and an extension line of the first protrusion and an extension line of the second recess. The intersection point and the intersection point of the extension line of the first recess and the extension line of the second ridge are all formed so as to be located on the axis of symmetry. "

Here, the “article” is not particularly limited, and the positioning tool of the present invention can be provided as long as it can be stacked. In addition, in the case of an article having a decorative surface formed only on the surface, the articles that are sequentially stacked may be turned upside down and stacked so that the surface and the front surface or the back surface and the back surface face each other. In this case, for the article turned upside down, the front surface (upper surface) corresponds to the “lower surface” of the present invention, and the back surface (bottom surface) corresponds to the “upper surface” of the present invention. That is, the “upper surface” and “lower surface” of the present invention do not indicate the vertical relationship in the usage state of the article, but indicate the vertical relationship in the stacked state.

In addition, the “base member” is a portion serving as a basis for forming the first ridge, the first recess, the second ridge, and the second recess. It is not limited. Examples of the line-symmetric shape include a rectangle, a square, an isosceles triangle, a trapezoid, a circle, a V shape, and an L shape.

Further, the means for attaching the upper engagement member and the lower engagement member to the lower surface and the upper surface of the article is not particularly limited, and may be attached in a fixed state by an attachment member such as a screw, for example, by an adhesive or the like. You may make it stick. Further, the upper engaging member and the lower engaging member, which are configured by separate members, may be retrofitted to the article, but can be attached at the time of selling the article or formed integrally with the article. .

According to the positioning tool of the present invention, it is possible to configure the lower engaging member and the upper engaging member that are engaged with each other from the same member. More specifically, when the upper article is placed on the lower article, the surface of the lower engagement member provided on the upper surface of the lower article and the surface of the upper engagement member provided on the lower surface of the upper article are opposite. In particular, since the plate-like base member constituting the upper engagement member and the lower engagement member is composed of a first base portion and a second base portion that are line-symmetric about the symmetry axis, The base portion and the second base portion of the lower engagement member face each other, and the second base portion of the upper engagement member and the first base portion of the lower engagement member face each other. This is because the upper engagement member is attached to the lower surface of the upper article with the top and bottom inverted about the axis of symmetry.

The first base portion has a plurality of first ridges and first recesses arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval, and the second base portion has a plurality of first ridges arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval. Two ridges and a second recess are formed, the intersection of the extension line of the first ridge and the extension line of the second recess, and the intersection of the extension line of the first recess and the extension line of the second projection However, they are all arranged on the axis of symmetry. In other words, the first protrusion and the second recess are symmetric with respect to the symmetry axis, and the first recess and the second protrusion are symmetric. Moreover, the 1st protruding item | line is a shape which can be fitted to a 2nd recessed part, and the 2nd protruding item | line has a shape which can be fitted to a 1st recessed part. Therefore, when the surface sides of the upper engagement member and the lower engagement member are opposed to each other, the first protrusions and the second protrusions of the upper engagement member respectively become the second recesses of the lower engagement member and The first protrusion and the second protrusion of the lower engagement member are inserted into the first recess, and the second protrusion and the first recess of the upper engagement member are inserted into the first recess, respectively. Since the second ridge is formed in a direction perpendicular to the first ridge, the first ridge and the first recess of the upper engagement member are the second recess and the second projection of the lower engagement member. Sliding in the longitudinal direction with respect to the strip, and the second protrusion and the second recess of the upper engagement member slide in the longitudinal direction with respect to the first recess and the first protrusion of the lower engagement member Can be prevented.

In this way, even when the same shape of the engaging member is used as the upper engaging member and the lower engaging member, they can be engaged with each other by making their surface sides face each other, and as a result, with respect to the lower article. It becomes possible to prevent the positional deviation of the upper article. Moreover, since the 1st base part and the 2nd base part are formed with the several 1st protruding item | line and the 2nd protruding item | line at predetermined intervals, while increasing the intensity | strength of the whole positioning tool, the area of a protrusion part is increased. It becomes possible to make it relatively wide. Therefore, even when the upper article is placed alone, the load applied to the upper engagement member can be dispersed, the upper engagement member can be prevented from being damaged, and the article can be supported in a stable state. .

In the positioning tool of the present invention, “the base member is a substantially L-shaped member in plan view,
The upper engaging member and the lower engaging member may be arranged at the four corners of the lower surface of the upper article and the four corners of the upper surface of the lower article, respectively.

According to the positioning tool of the present invention, since the base member is a substantially L-shaped member, the upper engaging member and the lower engaging member have corners facing outward when attached to a substantially rectangular parallelepiped article. It is possible to arrange along the part. In other words, if the base member is attached along the corner, the arrangement direction of the upper engagement member and the lower engagement member is inevitably determined, and thus the direction of each engagement member is mistaken. It becomes possible to install without.

Moreover, the positioning tool of this invention can be set as the structure "The said 1st protruding item | line and said 2nd protruding item | line are exhibiting the taper-shaped shape which the dimension of the width direction becomes thin toward the front end side."

By the way, when the upper engaging member and the lower engaging member are engaged with each other, the first ridge is fitted into the second recess and the second ridge is fitted into the first recess. If the external shape of each ridge substantially matches the internal shape of each recess, highly accurate fitting is required. In particular, in the case where the upper engagement member and the lower engagement member are provided at the four corners of the article, the four positioning tools must be fitted at the same time, which may increase the burden on the operator in the stacking operation.

However, according to the positioning tool of the present invention, the first ridge and the second ridge are formed in a tapered shape, and the dimension in the width direction is narrower toward the tip side. When the two concave portions and the second convex strip and the first concave portion are fitted to each other, even if their positional relationship is relatively shifted, the two concave portions can be engaged with each other as long as they are small.

As described above, according to the positioning tool of the present invention, it is possible to position a plurality of articles to be stacked with one type of engaging member, and as a result, the equipment cost and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. The burden on manufacturing management can be reduced. In addition, it is possible to increase the strength of the entire positioning tool by a plurality of ridges, and to make the area of the protruding portion relatively wide. For example, even when an article is placed alone, the load applied to the engaging member is dispersed. The breakage of the engaging member can be suppressed.

Hereinafter, a positioning tool 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention and a housing case 2 including the positioning tool 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5. 1 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the engaging member in the positioning tool 1, FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the configuration of the engaging member, and FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the engaged state of the engaging member. 4 is a perspective view showing a configuration of the housing case 2, and FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of a main part of FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the positioning tool 1 of the present embodiment has an upper engaging member 11 that prevents horizontal displacement by engaging with each other when stacking articles such as a housing case 2 (see FIG. 4). And the lower engaging member 12. As will be described in detail later, the upper engagement member 11 is attached to the lower surface of the article placed on the upper side, while the lower engagement member 12 is attached to the upper surface of the article placed on the lower side. In addition, although the material of the upper side engaging member 11 and the lower side engaging member 12 is not specifically limited, In this example, it integrally molds with the synthetic resin.

The upper engaging member 11 and the lower engaging member 12 have the same shape and are used as common parts. For this reason, in the following description, the configuration of the upper engagement member 11 and the lower engagement member 12 will be simply referred to as the “engagement member 13”. The engaging member 13 includes a base member 14 having a substantially L shape in plan view, and a concavo-convex forming portion 18 formed on the surface of the base member 14. The base member 14 is a plate-like member, and is composed of a first base portion 16 and a second base portion 17 that are line-symmetric about the symmetry axis 15 as shown in FIG. The first base portion 16 and the second base portion 17 are extended in the vertical direction, and constitute an L-shaped base member 14 as a whole.

The concavo-convex forming portion 18 is formed by projecting from the surface side of the first base portion 16 and a plurality of (two in this example) first ridges 20 arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval, and the second base portion 17. And a plurality of (three in this example) second ridges 22 which are formed so as to protrude from the surface side and are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval. These 1st protruding item | line 20 and the 2nd protruding item | line 22 are the shapes of the elongate substantially rectangular parallelepiped (shape of a beat tree), and those magnitude | sizes are all equal. More specifically, the first ridges 20 are disposed along the longitudinal direction of the first base portion 16, the second ridges 22 are disposed along the longitudinal direction of the second base portion 17, and The extending direction of the first ridge 20 and the extending direction of the second ridge 22 are perpendicular to each other. Moreover, since the 1st protruding item | line 20 and the 2nd protruding item | line 22 are arranged in parallel by the predetermined space | interval, the 1st base part 16 in which the 1st protruding item | line 20 and the 2nd protruding item | line 22 are not formed, and the 2nd The surface portion of the base portion 17 is a groove-shaped recess (first recess 21 and second recess 23).

In particular, in the first base portion 16, a first recess 21 is formed between and on both sides of the two first protrusions 20, and from one end side, the first recess 21, the first protrusion 20, the first recess 21, The first recesses 21 and the first protrusions 20 are repeatedly formed in the order of the first protrusions 20 and the first recesses 21. On the other hand, in the 2nd base part 17, the 2nd recessed part 23 is formed between the three 2nd protruding ridges 22, and the 2nd protruding item | line 22, the 2nd recessed part 23, the 2nd protruding item | line 22, 2nd from one end side. In the order of the concave portion 23 and the second convex strip 22, the second convex strip 22 and the second concave portion 23 are repeatedly formed. And the intersection 24 of the extension line 20e of the first ridge 20 and the extension line 23e of the second recess 23, and the intersection 25 of the extension line 21e of the first recess 21 and the extension line 22e of the second ridge 22, Both are formed so as to be located on the symmetry axis 15. In other words, the first ridge 20 and the second recess 23 are symmetric with respect to the symmetry axis 15, and the first recess 21 and the second ridge 22 are symmetric. Moreover, the dimension of each width direction in the 1st protruding item | line 20 and the 2nd protruding item | line 22 is substantially equal to the dimension of the width direction in the 2nd recessed part 23 and the 1st recessed part 21, As shown in FIG. When one engagement member 13 is the lower engagement member 12 and the other engagement member 13 is turned upside down (inverted up and down around the symmetry axis 15) as the upper engagement member 11, the upper engagement member 11 is engaged with the second recess 23 of the lower engagement member 12, and the second protrusion 22 of the upper engagement member 11 is engaged with the first recess 21 of the lower engagement member 12. (See FIG. 3).

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the taper part 26 is formed in the side surface of the 1st protruding item | line 20 and the 2nd protruding item | line 22, and the dimension of the width direction in the 1st protruding item | line 20 and the 2nd protruding item | line 22 is shown. Is narrower toward the tip side, and the widthwise dimension of the first recess 21 and the second recess 23 is wider toward the upper side. For this reason, the first protrusion 20 of the upper engagement member 11 and the second recess 23 of the lower engagement member 12 facing each other, and the second protrusion 22 and the lower engagement member 12 of the upper engagement member 11 are opposed to each other. When the first recess 21 is engaged, the first recess 21 can be guided by the taper portion 26. As a result, even if the positional relationship is relatively shifted, the first recess 21 can be fitted to each other as long as it is small.

4 and 5 show the housing case 2 provided with the engaging member 13 of this example. The housing case 2 is a substantially rectangular parallelepiped resin container having a rectangular bottom plate 3 and a peripheral wall 4 and having an open upper surface. The upper surface edge portion 5 and the lower surface edge portion 6 of the peripheral wall 4, particularly corner portions that are the four corners thereof. 7, an engaging member 13 is attached. Note that the number of storage cases 2 to be stacked is not particularly limited, and can be arbitrarily changed according to the method of use and convenience. That is, four engaging members 13 are attached to the upper surface edge 5 and the lower surface edge 6 with respect to all the storage cases 2, and a predetermined storage case is obtained regardless of how many storage cases 2 are stacked. The positioning tool 1 prevents the displacement in the horizontal direction between the storage case 2 and another storage case 2 placed thereon.

The storage cases 2 are all the same shape and the order of stacking is not specified, but here, for convenience of explanation, the storage case 2 arranged on the lower side when stacked is referred to as a lower case 2a, The storage case 2 placed on top is referred to as an upper case 2b. According to this, the engaging member 13 adhered to the upper surface edge 5 of the lower case 2a becomes the lower engaging member 12, and the engaging member 13 adhered to the lower surface edge 6 of the upper case 2b. It becomes the upper engaging member 11. Here, the upper case 2b corresponds to the upper article of the present invention, and the lower case 2a corresponds to the lower article of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 5, the lower engaging member 12 is attached to each corner portion 7 of the upper surface edge 5, and the first base portion 16 is positioned in the clockwise direction when viewed from above, and the first engagement portion 12 is counterclockwise. It arrange | positions so that the two base parts 17 may be located. Since the base member 14 of the lower engagement member 12 is a substantially L-shaped member, it can be disposed along the corner portion 7 of the upper surface edge portion 5. In other words, if the base member 14 is attached so as to be along the corner portion 7, the disposition direction of the lower engagement member 12 is inevitably determined, and consequently the orientation of the lower engagement member 12 is changed. It is possible to apply without making a mistake.

On the other hand, the upper engaging member 11 is attached to each corner portion 7 of the lower surface edge portion 6, and the second base portion 17 is positioned in the clockwise direction when viewed from above, and the first base portion 16 is counterclockwise. It is arranged to be located. That is, since the upper engagement member 11 is attached to the lower surface edge portion 6 with the top and bottom inverted, the arrangement of the first base portion 16 and the second base portion 17 is opposite to each other, and the upper engagement member 11, the first base portion 16 of the lower engagement member 12 faces the second base portion 17 of the lower engagement member 12, and the second base portion 17 of the upper engagement member 11 and the first base portion 16 of the lower engagement member 12 Come to face each other. And when the surface side of the upper side engagement member 11 and the lower side engagement member 12 is piled up, the 1st protruding item | line 20 and the 2nd protruding item | line 22 of the upper side engaging member 11 respectively of the lower engaging member 12 are. The first protrusions 20 and the second protrusions 22 of the lower engagement member 12 are inserted into the second recesses 23 and the first recesses 21, respectively. It will be inserted into. In addition, since the 1st protruding item | line 20 and the 2nd protruding item | line 22 are mutually extended in the orthogonal | vertical direction, the 1st protruding item | line 20 and the 1st recessed part 21 of the upper side engaging member 11 of the lower side engaging member 12 are provided. Sliding in the longitudinal direction with respect to the second recess 23 and the second protrusion 22, and the second protrusion 22 and the second recess 23 of the upper engagement member 11 are the first recess 21 of the lower engagement member 12. And sliding with respect to the 1st protruding item | line 20 in a longitudinal direction is prevented. That is, when there is only one combination of ridges and recesses, there is a possibility of sliding in the longitudinal direction. However, two combinations of ridges and recesses are provided and their sliding directions are perpendicular to each other. By setting the direction, it is possible to regulate sliding in the respective longitudinal directions, and consequently, it is possible to prevent the displacement in the horizontal direction in all directions.

Thus, according to the positioning tool 1 of the present embodiment, the same shape of the engaging member 13 can be used as the upper engaging member 11 and the lower engaging member 12, so that the equipment cost and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. In addition, it is possible to reduce the burden on manufacturing management.

Further, according to the positioning tool 1 of the present embodiment, the first base portion 16 and the second base portion 17 are formed with a plurality of first ridges 20 and second ridges 22 at predetermined intervals. The strength of the entire engaging member 13 can be increased, and the area of the protruding portion can be made relatively wide. Therefore, even when the upper case 2b is placed alone, it is possible to disperse the load applied to the upper engagement member 11, and it is possible to suppress damage to the upper engagement member 11 and to support the housing case 2 in a stable state. It becomes possible to do.

Further, according to the positioning tool 1 of the present embodiment, since the shape of the base member 14 of the engaging member 13 is substantially L-shaped, when the engaging member 13 is attached to the housing case 2 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, The arrangement direction of the member 13 is inevitably determined, and as a result, the lower engagement member 12 can be prevented from being attached in the wrong direction.

Furthermore, according to the positioning tool 1 of the present embodiment, the first ridges 20 and the second ridges 22 are formed in a tapered shape, and the width direction dimension is narrower toward the distal end side. When the ridges 20 and the second recesses 23 and the second ridges 22 and the first recesses 21 are fitted, they can be engaged with each other even if their positional relationship is relatively shifted. Therefore, even when a plurality of engaging members 13 are provided, all the engaging members 13 can be engaged relatively easily.

The present invention has been described with reference to preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention as described below. And design changes are possible.

That is, in the said embodiment, although what attached the engaging member 13 to the storage case 2, ie, the thing which uses the storage case 2 as an article | item was shown, the kind of article | item is not specifically limited, For example, it shows in FIG. As such, it may be attached to the pallet 30. The pallet 30 is a well-known one. For example, the pallet 30 is fixed to a plurality of upper horizontal plates 31 arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval and the bottom surface of the upper horizontal plate 31 and is perpendicular to the upper horizontal plate 31. And a plurality of upper vertical plates 32 laid on the base plate and a lower vertical plate 34 provided in parallel with the upper vertical plate 32 via block-like spacers 33. If the engaging members 13 are arranged on the upper surface of the upper horizontal plate 31 and the lower surface of the lower vertical plate 34, respectively, when the plurality of pallets 30 are stacked, the upper and lower engaging members 13 ( That is, the upper engaging member 11 and the lower engaging member 12) can be engaged with each other to prevent horizontal displacement.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although what attached the engaging member 13 to the upper surface and lower surface of each article | item (the storage case 2 or the pallet 30) was shown, when the stack | stacked number of articles | goods is two, a lower side is shown. The engaging member 13 may be attached only to the upper surface of the article and the lower surface of the upper article. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, when the number of stacked cardboard boxes 40 is limited to two, the lower engagement is provided at the four corners of the upper surface 42 of the lower cardboard box 40 a disposed on the lower side. The member 12 is attached, and the upper engagement member 11 may be attached to the four corners of the lower surface 41 of the upper cardboard 40b placed on the upper side, and the upper surface 42 of the upper cardboard 40b and the lower surface 41 of the lower cardboard box 40a are engaged. The joint member may not be attached. In such a configuration, although the vertical relationship when the cardboard boxes 40 are stacked is specified, the required number of the engaging members 13 is halved, so that the configuration can be further reduced.

Furthermore, in the said embodiment, although what formed the some 1st protruding item | line 20 and the some 2nd protruding item | line 22 along the longitudinal direction of the 1st base part 16 and the 2nd base part 17, respectively was shown, 8 and FIG. 9, a plurality of first ridges 60 are formed in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the second base portion 52, and a plurality of second ridges 62 are formed on the first base portion 51. You may form in parallel with a longitudinal direction. In this case, the base member 53 has the same shape as the base member 14 in the above-described embodiment, and includes a first base portion 51 and a second base portion 52. A plurality of (three in this example) first ridges 60 are formed on the first base portion 51 so as to cross the first base portion 51 at a predetermined interval. A first recess 61 is formed therebetween. In the second base portion 52, a plurality (two in this example) of second ridges 62 are formed so as to cross the second base portion 52 at a predetermined interval. Second recesses 63 are formed between and on both sides.

Moreover, in this engaging member 50, as shown in FIG. 9, the intersection 64 of the extended line 60e of the 1st protruding item | line 60 and the extended line 63e of the 2nd recessed part 63, and the extended line 61e of the 1st recessed part 61, and the 1st The intersections 65 of the two ridges 62 with the extension line 62e are all located on the symmetry axis 15. In other words, the first ridge 60 and the second recess 63 are symmetric with respect to the symmetry axis 15, and the first recess 61 and the second ridge 62 are symmetric. Moreover, the dimension of the width direction of the 1st protruding item | line 60 and the 2nd protruding item | line 62 is substantially equal to the dimension of the width direction of the 1st recessed part 61 and the 2nd recessed part 63, and the shape which can be mutually fitted. It has become. Therefore, even when such an engaging member 50 is adopted, it is possible to use the engaging member 50 having the same shape as the upper engaging member and the lower engaging member, and the positional deviation of the upper article with respect to the lower article is prevented. It becomes possible to prevent. Further, the strength of the entire engagement member 50 can be increased by the plurality of first protrusions 60 and the second protrusions 62, and the load applied to the engagement member 50 can be dispersed to prevent the engagement member 50 from being damaged. become.

Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, the base member has a substantially L-shaped shape in plan view, but may be any shape that is symmetric about the symmetry axis. For example, the plan view has a rectangular or triangular shape. It may be a thing.
