Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a forging device that forges an upper portion of a shaft-shaped material into a disk shape.
In automobile automatic transmissions and the like, metal parts having various shaft shapes are used, and cold forging is often used in the production of these metal parts.
For example,
However, further ingenuity is required to more stably fit the punch and the die. Moreover, in order to perform this fitting compactly, a further device is required.
The present invention has been made in view of such a conventional problem, and the configuration of the apparatus can be made compact. The axial center of the shaft-shaped material can be obtained by combining the axial center of the lower mold and the axial center of the upper mold. And a forging device capable of stably forging a disk-shaped portion in a state where the same axis is formed.
In the present invention, a shaft-shaped material is held in a holding hole provided in a center portion of a lower mold, and an upper portion of the projecting material formed by projecting an upper portion of the shaft-shaped material from the lower mold is pressed by the upper mold. In the forging device for forging the upper part into a disk shape,
The upper mold is held on the inner peripheral side of the upper mold holder, and is configured to descend to the lower mold integrally with the upper mold holder,

A fitting block configured as described above, and a spring for biasing the fitting block downward with respect to the upper mold holder,
The lower mold guide surface is formed in a tapered shape whose outer diameter decreases toward the upper side,
The block fitting surface to be fitted to the lower mold guide surface in the fitting block is formed in a tapered shape in which the radial dimension increases toward the lower side,
The sliding guide portion for guiding the vertical sliding of the fitting block with respect to the upper mold holder is provided radially outward with respect to the block fitting surface,
When lowering the upper mold to the lower mold, the block fitting surface of the fitting block is fitted to the lower mold guide surface of the lower mold, and then the upper mold is used with the fitting block as a guide. In the forging apparatus, the lower die is lowered by lowering the holder so that the axial center of the upper die is aligned with the axial center of the lower die (Claim 1).

Moreover, the lower mold | type guide surface provided in the outer periphery of the lower mold | type and the block fitting surface provided in the fitting block are formed in the taper shape which mutually fits.
And when forging the upper part of the protruding material in the shaft-shaped material into a disk shape by the forging device, the shaft-shaped material is held in the holding hole provided in the center of the lower mold. At this time, the upper part of the shaft-like material protrudes from the lower mold as the upper part of the protruding material.
Next, the upper die is lowered to the lower die together with the upper die holder. At this time, the tapered block fitting surface of the fitting block can be stably fitted to the tapered lower die guide surface of the lower die. Then, the state where the block fitting surface is fitted to the lower die guide surface is maintained, and the upper die holder is lowered using the fitting block as a guide so that the upper die shaft center is aligned with the lower die shaft center. The lower mold can be lowered.
Accordingly, the upper portion of the protruding material can be forged into a disk shape in a state where the same axis is formed with respect to the shaft center of the shaft-shaped material held in the holding hole of the lower die.
