Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a coating method for applying a paint to an object to be coated.
Conventionally, in order to improve paintability and form an excellent coating film, an aqueous paint containing 10 to 30% by weight of an organic solvent is applied in a coating atmosphere having a temperature of 15 to 30 degrees and a relative humidity of 60 to 90%. A coating method has been devised in which the coating amount is 10 to 60 g / m 2 per side (for example, Patent Document 1).
However, when adjusting the humidity as described above, a humidifier is used as an effective method, but it is difficult to completely block the inside of the painting space where the object is painted from outside air, Therefore, it was not easy to always maintain the humidity at 60 to 90%. In addition, there are steam-type humidifiers that boil water and ultrasonic-type humidifiers that spray and change water into fine particles by ultrasonic waves. Water droplets were deposited on the surface, which could adversely affect the paintability. Furthermore, there was a problem that these water droplets rusted the coating space and peripheral devices. In addition, in a vaporizing humidifier that absorbs water into porous zeolite or the like and vaporizes the water by blowing it, the above-mentioned problems do not occur, but the humidifying capacity is low and the humidity is reduced. It was difficult to keep it constant.
The present invention was made for the purpose of solving the various problems as described above, and can maintain a high humidity constant without adversely affecting the paintability, and further improves the yield of the paint. It relates to a painting method that can be done.

The coating method according to
The coating method according to
In addition, when coating an object to be coated by atomizing the paint, the paint is liable to vaporize, the paint yield is reduced, especially when the temperature is high and the humidity is low, such as in summer, By setting the humidity of the coating space to 65 to 95%, vaporization of the paint can be prevented and the yield can be improved. In addition, when the temperature is high in summer or the like, the amount of saturated water vapor in the air is high and it is difficult to keep the humidity high, but by using dry fog having an average particle size of 1 to 15 μm, The temperature of the paint space can be lowered by the heat of vaporization when the dry fog is vaporized, and the humidity in the paint space can be easily managed.
According to the coating method of the second aspect, in the coating method of the first aspect, the outside of the coating space is exhausted while humidifying by the humidifying device. Thereby, since convection arises in the air in the painting space, there is an advantage that the humidity in the painting space can be kept uniform.
According to the painting method of the third aspect, the exhaust to the outside of the painting space is performed from an exhaust port provided below the painting space. Thereby, since the convection of air can be produced in the whole in coating space, there exists an advantage that the humidity in coating space can be hold | maintained more uniformly.
According to the coating method of
According to the coating method according to
In addition, when coating an object to be coated by atomizing the paint, the paint is liable to vaporize, the paint yield is reduced, especially when the temperature is high and the humidity is low, such as in summer, By setting the humidity of the coating space to 65 to 95%, vaporization of the paint can be prevented and the yield can be improved.
Further, since the humidifier is provided above the coating area, the dry fog sprayed from the humidifier with an average particle size of 1 to 15 μm is heavier than air, so that the dry fog convects from the top to the bottom of the coating space. In addition, the inside of the coating space can be uniformly humidified. And since the exhaust port is provided under the said coating area | region, there exists an advantage that the convection of air can be produced in the whole coating space, and the humidity in a coating space can be hold | maintained uniformly. .
According to the coating method of
The object to be coated is painted by the painting means while the paint is collected by a collection duct which is provided below the painting means and is tapered so as to become narrower downward from above. As a result, since the atomized paint that has not been applied to the object to be coated can be collected, the yield of the paint can be improved.

In addition, since the humidifier is provided above the coating area, the dry fog sprayed from the humidifier with an average particle size of 1 to 15 μm is heavier than air, so the dry fog convects from the top to the bottom of the coating space. In addition, the inside of the coating space can be uniformly humidified. And since the exhaust port is provided under the said coating area | region, there exists an advantage that the convection of air can be produced in the whole coating space, and the humidity in a coating space can be hold | maintained uniformly. .
Further, the object to be coated is painted by the painting means while the paint is collected by a collecting duct which is provided below the painting means and is tapered so as to become narrower from above to below. As a result, the atomized paint that has not been applied to the object to be coated can be recovered, and the yield of the paint can be improved.
According to the coating method of
According to the coating method of the ninth aspect, in the coating method according to the first to ninth aspects, the humidity of the coating space is set to 70 to 90%. As a result, when the paint is atomized and the object to be coated is applied, the paint is liable to vaporize and the yield of the paint is reduced, particularly when the temperature is high and the humidity is low, such as in summer. By setting the humidity of the coating space to 70 to 90%, vaporization of the paint can be prevented and yield can be improved, and humidity management is easy.

The best embodiment of the coating method in the present invention will be described below. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the painting method according to the present invention is a dry fog having an average particle size of 1 to 15 μm in which a
And the coating method which concerns on this invention can use the
As the conveying
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4, the conveying
Here, as the
As the
As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4, the coating means 6 is installed in the
When painting the
As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4, the coating means 6 for coating the
The dry fog D of the present embodiment refers to an ultrafine mist having an average particle diameter of 1 to 15 μm. By using such an ultrafine dry fog D, the dry fog D is to be coated. Even if it collides with 1, it rebounds without rupturing, so that water droplets do not occur on the surface of the object to be coated 1 and the paintability is not affected. Further, water droplets do not adhere to the inner wall of the
As described above, a known device can be used as the
In the
At this time, the vaporization of the
As shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 7, the
In addition, an
The
The
Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 11, 12, and 13, in the
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 11, when the
Of course, the location and number of the
And in the
