Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a rotating electrical machine drive control device.
Conventionally, a hybrid vehicle using an engine and a motor as power sources is known. There has been proposed a system in which a plurality of motors are mounted on such a hybrid vehicle, and when an abnormality occurs in one motor, a retreat operation is performed in which only the other motor is operated (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
At the time of the evacuation operation, for example, when an evacuation operation is performed in which the first motor is abnormal and only the second motor is driven, an induced voltage is generated due to the first motor being driven. . For this reason, when the evacuation operation is caused by a short circuit failure of the switching element of the inverter, a short circuit current is generated in the inverter due to the induced voltage, and further element damage may occur.
Therefore, during the evacuation operation, a short-circuit current is detected, and if the value exceeds a predetermined value, the operation of the second motor is prohibited or the output power to the drive circuit of the second motor is limited. Thus, the number of revolutions is controlled to prevent other elements from being damaged by overcurrent.
However, in the above-described technique, there is a possibility that a time lag occurs between the detection of the current and the instruction for controlling the rotational speed of the motor, and the abnormal current exceeds a predetermined value.
A rotating electrical machine drive control device according to the present invention is a rotating electrical machine drive control device that drives and controls a plurality of rotating electrical machines that are coupled so as to be able to output power to a common output shaft. An abnormality is detected by the rotation number detection unit to detect, a plurality of rotating electric machine drive circuits respectively connected to the plurality of rotating electric machines, an abnormality detection unit for detecting an abnormality in each of the plurality of rotating electric machine drive circuits, and an abnormality detection unit Then, the operation of the rotating electrical machine drive circuit in which the abnormality is detected is stopped, and the degenerate operation control unit that controls the rotating electrical machine connected to the rotating electrical machine drive circuit to be rotated by another rotating electrical machine, A rotation speed limiter configured to reduce the rotation speed of the rotating electrical machine connected to a rotating electrical machine drive circuit that is not abnormal when the rotational speed of the rotating electrical machine being rotated exceeds a predetermined allowable rotation speed. To
The predetermined permissible rotational speed is based on the correlation characteristics between the current value estimated based on the induced voltage and the winding resistance of the rotating electrical machine being rotated and the winding resistance, and the current resistance value of the rotating electrical machine drive circuit. It is preferable to be calculated.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the expansion of the element failure of the rotary electric machine drive circuit by the short circuit current at the time of degeneration operation can be prevented more reliably.
A rotary electric machine drive control device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. The rotating electrical machine drive control device according to the embodiment of the present invention can be applied to a hybrid electric vehicle or a pure electric vehicle. As a representative example, the rotating electrical machine drive control device according to the embodiment of the present invention is a hybrid electrical vehicle. A configuration when applied to an automobile will be described.
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of a hybrid electric vehicle (hereinafter referred to as “HEV”) 1 provided with a rotating electrical machine
A
A front wheel side differential gear (hereinafter referred to as “front wheel side DEF”) 116 is provided at the center of the
The output side of motor generator MG100 is mechanically connected to the input side of
The
Motor generators MG100 and MG200 are synchronous machines having permanent magnets in the rotor. Motor generators MG100 and MG200 are controlled by
As described above, the
In the present embodiment, the vehicle can be driven only by the power of motor generator MG100 by operating the first motor generator unit as an electric unit with the electric power of
The
Such a control function of the
FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of rotating electric
Motor generator MG100 is a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, and has a Y connection in which U-phase coil winding C110, V-phase coil winding C120, and W-phase coil winding C130 are connected at a common neutral point N10. Motor generator MG100 is provided with a rotation angle sensor R410 that detects the rotation angle of the rotor.

The
The microcomputer calculates the d and q axis current command values of motor generators MG100 and MG200 based on the target torque value, and the calculated d and q axis current command values and the detected d and q axis currents. The voltage command values for the d and q axes are calculated based on the difference from the values, and the calculated voltage command values for the d and q axes are calculated for the U phase, V phase, and W phase based on the detected magnetic pole position. Convert to voltage command value. Then, the microcomputer uses a PWM (pulse width modulation) signal that is a pulse-like modulated wave based on a comparison between a fundamental wave (sine wave) based on voltage command values of the U phase, V phase, and W phase and a carrier wave (triangular wave). And outputs this signal as a drive signal to the drive circuits T10 and T20.

FIG. 4 is a flowchart for explaining an example of the degenerate operation in the present embodiment. FIG. 5 is a block diagram for explaining the degenerate operation control in the
Abnormality diagnosis information output from the drive circuits T10 and T20 of FIG. 2 is input to the degenerate
In step S100, the degenerate
In step S110, it is determined whether or not a flag F10 that is turned on upon reception of an abnormal signal from the drive circuit T10 is on. If YES is determined in step S110, steps S120 and S130 are skipped and the process proceeds to step S140. On the other hand, if NO is determined in step S110, the process proceeds to step S120, and the flag F10 is set to ON. Thereafter, the process proceeds to step S130, the switching operation of
Further, the degeneracy
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example of a method for estimating the allowable maximum rotational speed N1max during the degenerate operation. FIG. 6 is a map of the relationship between the rotational speed N1 of motor generator MG100 rotated by the rotation of motor generator M200 and the current flowing in
During the degenerate operation, an abnormal current generated by the induced voltage may cause a high temperature exceeding the heat-resistant temperature to occur in the elements in the
In the degenerate
Returning to FIG. 4, in step S140, it is determined whether or not the rotational speed N1 of the motor generator MG100 being rotated exceeds the allowable maximum rotational speed N1max. This determination is performed in the rotation
When the process proceeds from step S140 to step S160, a normal degenerate operation command (the above-described operation command based on the target torque value) is output from the rotation
As described above, the series of processing (degenerate operation) in FIG. 4 is repeatedly executed, and once the flag F10 is turned on in step S120, the operation command output from the degenerate
If it is determined in step S100 in FIG. 4 that an abnormal signal has been input from the drive circuit T20, the process proceeds to step S210. The process from step S210 to step S260 differs from step S210 only in that the driving operation of motor generators MG100 and MG200 is reversed compared to the case where the process proceeds from step S100 to step S110. This is the same as the processing up to step S160, and the description is omitted here.
As described above, the occurrence of an abnormality in the switching elements of the
7 and 8 are diagrams for explaining the occurrence of an abnormal current. FIG. 7 shows a case where a short-circuit fault occurs, and FIG. 8 shows a case where an open fault occurs. 7 and 8 exemplify the three-phase 2Y motor generators MG100 and NG200 having two Y connections in one housing.
In the occurrence of the short-circuit fault shown in FIG. 7, an example has been shown in which a short-circuit fault occurs in the switching element T12 of the
In such a case, even if the switching operation of the
On the other hand, in the example of the occurrence of the open fault shown in FIG. 8, an open fault occurs in the switching element T12 and the switch is turned off, and switching control becomes impossible. When motor generator MG200 is rotationally driven during the degeneration operation and motor generator MG100 is rotated along with it, an induced voltage is generated in coil windings C110, C120, and C130 of motor generator MG100.
In such a case, an open path is formed in the drive circuit of the
As described above, in the present embodiment, in the rotating electrical machine drive control device that drives and controls a plurality of motor generators MG100 and MG200 that are coupled so as to be able to output power to a common output shaft, the rotational speeds of motor generators MG100 and MG200. Are detected by the degenerate
As a result, even when any of the short-circuit failure and the open-circuit failure described above occurs, it is possible to prevent an increase in the element failure of the inverter device of the motor generator being rotated during the degenerate operation. The predetermined allowable rotational speed N1max is determined by the correlation characteristics between the current value estimated based on the induced voltage and winding resistance of the motor generator being rotated and the winding speed, and the current resistance value of the motor generator drive circuit. It is preferable to calculate based on this.
As described above, in the conventional apparatus, the number of rotations of the first motor being rotated increases, the short circuit current increases, and the second motor is operated when the short circuit current actually exceeds a predetermined value. It is prohibited or the output power to the drive circuit of the second motor is limited. For this reason, there is a possibility that a time lag occurs between the detection of the current and the instruction for controlling the rotational speed of the motor, and the abnormal current exceeds a predetermined value.
However, in the above-described technique, an increase in the rotational speed that causes an increase in the short-circuit current is detected, and if the rotational speed exceeds the allowable maximum rotational speed N1max, the rotational speed of motor generator MG200 is immediately decreased. It is possible to prevent the time lag until the rotation speed increases and the current value increases. As a result, damage to the element due to overcurrent can be prevented more reliably. In particular, in the feedback process in which the process of V = V−ΔV is repeatedly performed to reduce the rotation speed, the time lag is increased by the number of repetitions, so that the effect of preventing the time lag is further increased.
In the present embodiment, a hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) equipped with two motor generators has been described as an example. However, the number of motor generators may be three or more, and a plurality of motor generators may be used. If it is the structure which outputs motive power to a common output shaft, it can apply also to the pure electric vehicle carrying only a several motor generator. In the above-described embodiment, the motor generator is used as a motor and a generator. However, the present invention can be similarly applied to a vehicle used only as a motor.
