Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a composite filter disposed on the front surface of a display device (image display device) such as a plasma display panel (PDP), and more specifically, an electromagnetic wave shielding material and an optical filter that shield electromagnetic waves generated from the display. It is related with the composite filter for display apparatuses which comprises these.
In recent years, with the advancement of functions and increase in the use of electrical and electronic equipment, electromagnetic noise interference (EMI) has increased, and electromagnetic waves are also generated in displays such as cathode ray tubes (referred to as CRT) and plasma display panels (referred to as PDP). appear. The plasma display panel is a combination of a glass having a data electrode, a fluorescent layer, and a glass having a transparent electrode, and generates a large amount of electromagnetic waves and near infrared rays when operated.
Usually, a film-like electromagnetic wave shielding material for shielding leaked electromagnetic waves is provided on the front side (observer side) of a plasma display panel used in a plasma display device. The shielding property of the electromagnetic wave generated from the front of the display is a standard applied to information processing devices used in home environments and residential environments specified by VCCI (Electromagnetic Interference Regulations for Information Processing Devices, etc.) at 30 MHz to 1 GHz in Japan ( It is necessary to achieve class B). In the present invention, the term “electromagnetic wave” refers to an electromagnetic wave having a frequency in the vicinity of the KHz to GHz band centered on the above range, and does not include infrared rays, visible rays, ultraviolet rays, X-rays, and the like ( For example, electromagnetic waves having a frequency in the infrared band are called infrared rays).
In addition, near infrared rays including a wavelength band of 800 to 1,100 nm generated from the front surface of the plasma display also cause malfunction of other devices such as a remote control device of the VTR, and thus need to be shielded. Furthermore, the function of improving the color reproducibility by blocking the light around the wavelength of 590 nm emitted from the plasma display (light emission of neon atoms enclosed in the PDP, hereinafter also referred to as neon light), adjusting the hue of the image, A function for suppressing unnecessary reflection of external light is required.
In order to realize the above function,
Various electromagnetic shielding materials used for composite filters have been studied so far. For example, in
However, since the electromagnetic wave shielding material described in
Furthermore, the electromagnetic wave shielding materials described in
On the other hand, the composite filter described in
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and the object thereof is to prevent problems such as pattern disconnection, shape defect, and low adhesion due to poor transfer of the conductive composition by intaglio printing. In addition to including an electromagnetic shielding material with excellent electromagnetic shielding characteristics, it is possible to minimize the increase in the number of manufacturing steps, weight, price, and thickness of the composite filter as a whole even if multiple filter functions are combined. An object of the present invention is to provide a composite filter for a display device.

The composite filter for a display device according to the third aspect of the present invention,
The first transparent group of the electromagnetic wave shielding material having a primer layer and a conductive layer made of a conductive composition formed in a predetermined pattern on the primer layer on one surface of the first transparent substrate.
In the composite filter for a display device according to the first to third embodiments, the interface between the primer layer on the first transparent base material of the electromagnetic wave shielding material and the conductive layer formed in a pattern has a simple boundary surface structure. Therefore, the adhesion between both layers is improved. The problem of increasing in proportion to is also eliminated.
Therefore, according to the present invention, a lightweight and thin composite filter for a display device including an electromagnetic wave shielding material having excellent electromagnetic wave shielding characteristics can be provided efficiently and inexpensively.

According to the present invention, since the interface between the primer layer on the first transparent base material of the electromagnetic wave shielding material and the conductive layer formed in a pattern is not a simple interface structure, the adhesion between both layers is improved. In addition, at the time of manufacturing the electromagnetic shielding material, since the transfer (transfer) of the conductive composition filled in the plate surface to the transparent substrate is reliably performed under a high transfer rate, It can be set as the electromagnetic wave shielding material which does not produce malfunctions, such as a disconnection based on the transfer defect of the said conductive composition, a shape defect, and low adhesiveness. Therefore, by using the electromagnetic wave shielding material, it is possible to provide a composite filter for a display device having excellent electromagnetic wave shielding characteristics.
In addition, since an absorbent that exhibits various filter functions is included in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, such a composite filter can be provided efficiently, inexpensively, and lightweight and thin.

Examples of the thermoplastic resin include acrylic resins such as polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymers, polyester resins, and polyolefin resins.
As the ionizing radiation curable resin, a monomer (monomer) that is polymerized and cured by a reaction such as crosslinking with ionizing radiation, or a prepolymer or an oligomer is used. Examples of the monomer include radically polymerizable monomers, specifically 1,6-hexanediol di (meth) acrylate, trimethylolpropane tri (meth) acrylate, dipentaerythritol hexa (meth) acrylate and the like (meta ) Acrylates. In addition, as the prepolymer (or oligomer), for example, a radical polymerizable prepolymer, specifically, urethane (meth) acrylate, epoxy (meth) acrylate, polyester (meth) acrylate, triazine (meth) acrylate, and the like. Examples include various (meth) acrylate prepolymers and unsaturated polyester prepolymers. In addition, cationic polymerizable prepolymers such as novolak epoxy resin prepolymers, aromatic vinyl ether resin prepolymers, or polythiol prepolymers such as trimethylolpropane trithioglycolate prepolymer, pentaerythritol tetrathio Examples include glycolate prepolymers. Here, the notation (meth) acrylate means acrylate or methacrylate.
These monomers or prepolymers may be used alone or in combination of two or more types of monomers, two or more types of prepolymers, or one type of monomer, depending on the required performance, coating suitability, etc. A mixture of the above and one or more prepolymers can be used.
When ultraviolet rays or visible rays are used as ionizing radiation, a photopolymerization initiator is added. As the photopolymerization initiator, in the case of a radical polymerizable monomer or prepolymer, a compound such as benzophenone, thioxanthone, or benzoin is used, and in the case of a cationic polymerization monomer or prepolymer, a metallocene is used. , Aromatic sulfonium-based and aromatic iodonium-based compounds are used. These photopolymerization initiators are added in an amount of about 0.1 to 5 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the composition comprising the monomer and / or prepolymer.
The ionizing radiation is typically ultraviolet rays or electron beams, but in addition, electromagnetic waves such as visible rays, X rays and γ rays, or charged particle rays such as α rays and various ion rays are used. You can also.
Additives are added as necessary. Examples of the additive include a heat stabilizer, a radical scavenger, a plasticizer, a surfactant, an antistatic agent, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorber, an infrared absorber, a dye (colored dye, colored pigment), and an extender pigment. And a light diffusing agent.
The
As used herein, “fluidity” or “fluid state” refers to a property or state that flows (deforms) by pressure when the
The viscosity of the
The flow state of the
Moreover, when a thermoplastic resin composition is used as the resin composition for the primer layer, the thermoplastic resin composition is applied on the
Although the thickness of the

Further, in the present invention, visible light (image light) transparency is indispensable in order to be applied to the use of a composite filter for a display device. On the other hand, the conductive composition is also opaque to visible light. Therefore, the predetermined electromagnetic wave shielding pattern made of the

The conductive composition is not particularly limited as long as it has fluidity at the time of filling in the recesses of the plate, and is formed into a desired pattern and exhibits desired conductivity after being cured. Various materials and forms can be used. A typical example is an ink or paste-like material having fluidity containing a conductive powder and a resin, and further containing a solvent or a dispersant for dissolving or dispersing the resin as necessary.
For example, as described later, the viscosity of the conductive composition is such that the primer component in the
As the binder resin constituting the conductive composition, any of thermosetting resins, ionizing radiation curable resins, and thermoplastic resins can be used. Examples of the thermosetting resin include resins such as melamine resin, polyester-melamine resin, epoxy-melamine resin, polyimide resin, thermosetting acrylic resin, thermosetting polyurethane resin, and thermosetting polyester resin. Examples of the ionizing radiation curable resin include those described above as materials for the primer layer. Examples of the thermoplastic resin include thermoplastic polyester resin, polyvinyl butyral resin, acrylic resin, phenol resin, thermoplastic polyurethane resin, and the like. Can be mentioned. In addition, when using a thermosetting resin, you may add a curing catalyst as needed. When using an ionizing radiation curable resin such as a photocurable resin, a polymerization initiator may be added as necessary.
Further, in order to obtain fluidity suitable for filling the concave portion of the plate, these resins are usually used as a varnish dissolved in a solvent or a dispersant. There is no restriction | limiting in particular in the kind of solvent or a dispersing agent, The solvent or dispersing agent generally used for printing ink can be used. The content of the solvent or dispersant is usually about 10% to 70% by weight, but it is preferably as small as possible within a range where necessary fluidity can be obtained. In addition, when an ionizing radiation curable resin such as a photocurable resin is used, it is inherently fluid and does not necessarily require a solvent or a dispersant.
In addition, as the conductive powder constituting the conductive composition, low resistivity metal powder such as gold, silver, platinum, copper, tin, palladium, nickel, aluminum, etc., powder made of materials other than the low resistivity metal (above Powder made by plating low resistivity metal such as gold or silver on the surface of metal powder other than low resistivity metal, resin powder such as acrylic resin and melamine resin, inorganic powder such as silica, alumina, barium sulfate and zeolite) Preferable examples include conductive carbon powders such as graphite and carbon black. Also, conductive ceramics or conductive organic polymer powders can be used. The shape can also be selected from a spherical shape, a spheroid shape, a polyhedron shape, a scale shape, a disk shape, a fiber shape (or needle shape), and the like. These materials and shapes may be appropriately mixed and used. Since the size of the conductive powder is arbitrarily selected according to the type, it cannot be specified unconditionally. For example, in the case of scale-like silver powder, the powder having an average particle diameter of about 0.1 to 10 μm is used. In the case of carbon black powder, those having an average particle diameter of about 0.01 to 1 μm can be used.
The content of the conductive powder in the conductive composition is arbitrarily selected according to the conductivity of the conductive powder and the form of the powder. For example, among the 100 parts by weight of the solid content of the conductive composition, the conductive powder The powder can be contained in the range of 40 to 99 parts by weight. In the present application, the average particle diameter refers to a particle size distribution diameter or a value measured by TEM observation. In the case of an aspherical shape such as a polyhedral shape or a fiber shape, the particle size is usually defined by the diameter of the circumscribed sphere, the diagonal length, or the side length of the longest side.
Further, an appropriate additive may be added to the conductive composition for the purpose of improving the quality. For example, carbon black is not necessary because it is black in itself, but by adding a predetermined amount of black pigment or black dye as needed, it prevents reflection of external light when an electromagnetic wave shield panel is configured, thereby improving contrast. The visibility can be improved. Further, in order to prevent reflection on the back surface of the transparent substrate due to the metallic luster of the metal plating layer, which will be described later, and to suppress color unevenness, metal color, etc., it is desirable to contain such a black pigment or black dye. Examples of black pigments include carbon blacks which also functions as a conductive powder, Fe 3 O 4, CuO- Cr 2
The
In the present invention, as described above, when excess conductive composition other than the inside of the recess is scraped off by the doctor blade, the fluidity is maintained in the recess 6 formed above the conductive composition in the recess. Since the
Moreover, since the transferability of the conductive composition can be improved, the thickness of the conductive composition after transfer can be increased compared to a method using an intaglio such as normal gravure printing. Therefore, by increasing the thickness of the conductive layer pattern, it is possible to ensure the conductivity necessary for the electromagnetic wave shield.

(Form of conductive layer pattern)
Next, the form of the
The three forms shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 are forms in which the conductive layer pattern shown in FIG. The conductive layer pattern 19 of the first to third embodiments has a bell-shaped cross-sectional shape of the conductive layer pattern 19, but this is a bell-shaped shaping type for forming the conductive layer pattern. Therefore, the shape is not limited to this.
As shown in FIG. 5, the conductive layer pattern 19 </ b> A of the first form has a form in which the
The
As shown in FIG. 6, the conductive layer pattern 19B of the second form includes a primer component contained in the
Even if the conductive layer pattern 19B of the second form has the
As shown in FIG. 7, the conductive layer pattern 19 </ b> C of the third form is a form in which the
As in the case of the first and second embodiments, the conductive layer pattern 19C of the third form also has adhesion even if the
In addition, in the conductive layer pattern 19 of the second and third embodiments, when the
In the present invention, it has at least one characteristic of the conductive layer pattern 19 of the first to third embodiments, but it may have two or more of these characteristics, and has all three. It may be.
(Metal layer)
The metal layer 4 is formed as necessary in order to further improve the conductivity when the desired conductivity cannot be obtained only by the
In the case of electroplating, power is supplied to the
After the metal layer 4 is formed, the metal layer 4 may be blackened, the surface roughened, or a protective layer 9 as shown in FIG. 3 may be provided as necessary. Good. Examples of the blackening treatment include blackening nickel plating and copper-cobalt alloy plating, and the protective layer 9 can be formed using, for example, an acrylic photocurable resin.
As mentioned above, although the structure of the electromagnetic wave shielding material used by this invention was demonstrated, the said electromagnetic wave shielding material is the thickness of the part A in which the
2. First pressure-sensitive adhesive layer The first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is a layer that is formed on the surface of the electromagnetic shielding material used in the present invention on the first transparent substrate side and functions as a coating surface of the composite filter. In addition, the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains one or more light absorbers selected from the group consisting of a near-infrared absorber, a neon light absorber, and a color correction dye, so that the near-infrared absorbing function, neon The light absorption function and the color correction function can be combined.
中でも、一般式MxWyOz(但し、M元素は、H、He、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、希土類元素、Mg、Zr、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ru、Co、Rh、Ir、Ni、Pd、Pt、Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Al、Ga、In、Tl、Si、Ge、Sn、Pb、Sb、B、F、P、S、Se、Br、Te、Ti、Nb、V、Mo、Ta、Re、Be、Hf、Os、Bi、Iのうちから選択される1種類以上の元素、Wはタングステン、Oは酸素、0.001≦x/y≦1.1、2.2≦z/y≦3.0)で示される複合タングステン酸化物微粒子であることが、耐熱性、耐湿性、耐光性の点から好ましい。
(Near infrared absorber)
As the near-infrared absorber, a material having high visible light transparency and good near-infrared absorptivity is appropriately selected from various near-infrared absorbers. Among them, general formula MxWyOz (where M element is H, He, alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, rare earth element, Mg, Zr, Cr, Mn, Fe, Ru, Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, Pd, Pt Cu, Ag, Au, Zn, Cd, Al, Ga, In, Tl, Si, Ge, Sn, Pb, Sb, B, F, P, S, Se, Br, Te, Ti, Nb, V, Mo , Ta, Re, Be, Hf, Os, Bi, I, one or more kinds of elements, W is tungsten, O is oxygen, 0.001 ≦ x / y ≦ 1.1, 2.2 ≦ A composite tungsten oxide fine particle represented by z / y ≦ 3.0) is preferable from the viewpoint of heat resistance, moisture resistance, and light resistance.
Further, since the composite tungsten oxide fine particles can absorb the entire near-infrared band with a wavelength of 800 to 1,100 nm generated from the front surface of the PDP only with the composite tungsten oxide fine particles, the organic near-infrared absorber that is more easily deteriorated. It is not necessary to use together. Therefore, by including the composite tungsten oxide fine particles in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the present invention, it is attributed to deterioration of the near-infrared absorber even by long-time use, particularly long-time use under high temperature and high humidity. It can be set as the composite filter which a spectral characteristic change does not occur easily. In addition, the composite tungsten oxide fine particles are formed by sodium ions penetrating from the glass plate or heavy metal ions such as copper ions, iron ions, nickel ions, cobalt ions penetrating from the conductive layer or the blackening layer as compared with the organic dye. Little deterioration and deterioration. Therefore, as in the case of using a near-infrared absorber, there is no need to isolate it from the glass substrate such as the surface of the PDP and the conductive layer in order to prevent the deterioration of the pigment, and it is included directly in the adhesive layer. Therefore, the number of lamination steps can be reduced, the production efficiency is excellent, and the thickness can be reduced with a small number of laminations.
The composite tungsten oxide fine particles represented by the general formula MxWyOz are selected from the hexagonal, tetragonal, and cubic crystals because they have excellent durability when they have a hexagonal, tetragonal, or cubic crystal structure. Preferably it contains more than one crystal structure. For example, in the case of composite tungsten oxide fine particles having a hexagonal crystal structure, preferable M elements include Cs, Rb, K, Tl, In, Ba, Li, Ca, Sr, Fe, and Sn. Examples thereof include composite tungsten oxide fine particles containing one or more selected elements. Among them, the M element is preferably Cs (cesium) from the viewpoint of durability.
At this time, the addition amount x of M element to be added is preferably 0.001 or more and 1.0 or less, and more preferably around 0.33. This is because the value of x calculated theoretically from the hexagonal crystal structure is 0.33, and preferable optical characteristics can be obtained with the addition amount before and after this value. On the other hand, the abundance z of oxygen is preferably 2.2 or more and 3.0 or less. For example, Cs 0.33 WO 3 , Rb 0.33 WO 3 , K 0.33 WO 3 , Ba 0.33 WO 3 and the like can be mentioned, provided that x and z fall within the above ranges. Useful near infrared absorption characteristics can be obtained.
Such composite tungsten oxide fine particles may be used alone or in combination.
In addition, coating the surface of the composite tungsten oxide fine particles with an oxide containing one or more elements of Si, Ti, Zr, and Al can further improve the weather resistance. preferable.
Further, the average dispersed particle size of the composite tungsten oxide fine particles is preferably 800 nm or less, more preferably 200 nm or less, particularly preferably 100 nm or less, from the viewpoint of the transparency of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. Here, the average dispersed particle size refers to a volume average particle size, and can be measured using a particle size distribution / particle size distribution measuring device (for example, Nanotrack particle size distribution measuring device manufactured by Nikkiso Co., Ltd.).
Although content of composite tungsten oxide microparticles | fine-particles is not specifically limited, It is preferable that it is 1-25 weight% in an adhesive layer. If the content is more than 1% by weight, a sufficient near-infrared absorbing function can be exhibited, and if it is 25% by weight or less, a sufficient amount of visible light can be transmitted.
In addition, examples of the near-infrared absorber usable in the present invention include organic near-infrared absorbers such as phthalocyanine compounds, diimonium compounds, aminium salt compounds, and aromatic dithiol metal complexes, indium tin oxide ( ITO), inorganic near-infrared absorbers composed of fine particles such as tungsten hexachloride, and the like.
(Neon light absorber)
The neon light absorption function is installed to absorb neon light emitted from the PDP, that is, the emission spectrum of neon atoms. When a neon light absorber is included, at least orange light emission from the PDP can be suppressed, and a bright red color can be obtained. Since the emission spectrum band of neon light has a wavelength of 550 to 640 nm, the spectral transmittance when functioning as a neon light absorbing layer is preferably designed to be 50% or less, more preferably 25% or less at a wavelength of 590 nm. As the neon light absorber, a dye having an absorption maximum in a wavelength region of at least 550 to 640 nm can be used. Specific examples of the dye include cyanine, oxonol, methine, subphthalocyanine or porphyrin. Of these, porphyrins are preferred. Among them, a tetraazaporphyrin-based dye as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 3834479 is particularly preferable from the viewpoints of good dispersibility in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and good heat resistance, moisture resistance, and light resistance.
Although content of a neon light absorber is not specifically limited, It is preferable that it is 0.05 to 5 weight% in an adhesive layer. If the content is more than 0.05% by weight, a sufficient neon light absorbing function can be exhibited, and if it is 5% by weight or less, a sufficient amount of visible light can be transmitted.
(Color correction dye)
The color correction function is included to adjust the color of the display filter in order to improve the color purity of light emitted from the PDP, the color reproduction range, the display color when the power is turned off, and the like. Since each display has a different color correction function requirement, the display is appropriately adjusted and used.
Examples of known dyes that can be used as color correction dyes include the dyes described in JP 2000-275432 A, JP 2001-188121 A, JP 2001-350013 A, JP 2002-131530 A, and the like. Can be suitably used. In addition, other dyes such as anthraquinone, naphthalene, azo, phthalocyanine, pyromethene, tetraazaporphyrin, squarylium, and cyanine that absorb visible light such as yellow light, red light, and blue light. Can be used.
The content of the color correction dye is appropriately adjusted according to the color to be corrected and is not particularly limited. Usually, it contains about 0.01 to 10% by weight in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
(Adhesive)
The pressure-sensitive adhesive refers to one type of adhesive. When bonding, it is performed at room temperature (for example, 15 to 40 ° C.), and the surface is only sticky by pressing moderately, usually lightly by hand. It means that it can be bonded only by its properties.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive used in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it achieves film formability, transparency, pressure-sensitive adhesiveness, and dispersibility of the composite tungsten oxide fine particles and the like, and is a layer adjacent to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. It can be appropriately selected depending on the configuration. The higher the transparency as the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is, the better. However, the light transmittance in the visible light region of 380 to 780 nm is preferably 70% or more, more preferably 80% or more. By optimizing the pressure-sensitive adhesive used and the thickness, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the present invention also functions as an impact resistant layer.
Moreover, when the said composite tungsten oxide microparticles | fine-particles are employ | adopted for the adhesive used for this invention as a near-infrared absorber, it is preferable that the said composite tungsten oxide microparticles | fine-particles can be disperse | distributed favorably.
Specifically, the composite tungsten oxide fine particles are dispersed in a resin to form a coating film having a film thickness of 25 μm, and when the haze value according to JIS K7136 is measured, the haze value is 15 or less. 3.
3. Optical filter The optical filter used in the present invention has a functional layer on one surface of the second transparent substrate.
The functional layer used in the present invention is a layer having one or more functions selected from the group consisting of an antireflection function, an antiglare function, and an abrasion resistance function. The functional layer may be formed as a multilayer in addition to a single layer.
As a means for reducing background reflection due to specular reflection of extraneous light on the surface of the image display device, image whitening, and image contrast reduction, the uppermost layer (viewer side surface) of the composite filter for display device of the present invention ) Is preferably provided with an antireflection function and an antiglare function, and a so-called antiglare layer and / or a so-called antireflection layer is preferably formed. The former anti-glare layer is a bocus technique that scatters or diffuses specularly reflected light like polished glass to produce a background image from external light. As the latter antireflection layer, a material with a high refractive index and a material with a low refractive index are alternately laminated and multilayered so that the outermost surface is a low refractive index layer (multi-coat), and the reflected light at the interface of each layer is reflected. This is a technique for suppressing surface reflection and obtaining a good antireflection effect by canceling out by interference, which is a so-called antireflection layer in a narrow sense.
Moreover, you may contain a ultraviolet absorber in the said functional layer from the point which brings a ultraviolet-ray shielding function to the composite filter for display apparatuses.
(Anti-glare layer)
The antiglare layer (Anti Glare layer, abbreviated as AG layer) is formed on the surface of the layer by forming a coating with an inorganic filler such as silica added to the resin binder or by forming using a shaping plate. It can be formed as a layer provided with fine irregularities for irregularly reflecting light. As the resin of the resin binder, a curable acrylic resin, an ionizing radiation curable resin, or the like is preferably used in the same manner as the hard coat layer described later because surface strength is desired as the surface layer.
(Antireflection layer)
The antireflection layer (Anti Reflection layer, abbreviated as AR layer) is a single layer of a low refractive index layer, or a low refractive index layer and a high refractive index layer, and the low refractive index layer is positioned in the uppermost layer. A multilayer structure in which the layers are alternately laminated is generally used, and can be formed by a dry film formation method such as vapor deposition or sputtering, or by using a wet film formation method such as coating. The low refractive index layer is made of silicon oxide, magnesium fluoride, lithium fluoride, sodium fluoride, aluminum fluoride, cryolite, fluorine-containing resin, etc., and the high refractive index layer is made of titanium oxide, sulfide. Zinc, zirconium oxide, niobium oxide, yttrium oxide, lanthanum oxide, cerium oxide, zinc oxide, olivine (diamond) and the like are used. Here, the “high (low) refractive index layer” means that the refractive index of the layer is relatively high (low) compared to a layer adjacent to the layer (for example, a low (high) refractive index layer). It means that.
When the antireflection layer is further provided with a scratch resistance function, the antireflection layer is appropriately formed using a material having high hardness described in the section of the scratch resistance function (hard coat) layer described later.
(Hard coat layer)
The hard coat layer preferably exhibits a hardness of “H” or higher in a pencil hardness test specified by JISK5600-5-4 (1999), and such hardness and transparency similar to the above-mentioned transparent substrate. The material is not particularly limited as long as the above can be realized.
The hard coat layer may be, for example, a polyfunctional (meth) acrylate prepolymer such as polyester (meth) acrylate, urethane (meth) acrylate, epoxy (meth) acrylate, or trimethylolpropane tri (meth) acrylate, pentaerythritol tetra ( Uses ionizing radiation curable resins containing trifunctional or higher polyfunctional (meth) acrylate monomers such as (meth) acrylate and dipentaerythritol hexa (meth) acrylate alone or in combination of two or more selected from these. It can be formed as a coated film. Further, when the ionizing radiation curable resin is used as an ultraviolet curable resin, a sensitizer can be added as a photopolymerization initiator or a photopolymerization accelerator. Here, “(meth) acrylate” is a composite notation meaning acrylate or methacrylate. The scratch resistance function (hard coat) can be formed by a wet film formation method such as coating on the transparent substrate by diluting the material with a solvent as necessary.
(Other layers)
Examples of other layers include a neon light absorption layer, a color correction layer, an ultraviolet absorption layer, and an antifouling layer. However, the neon light absorbing layer and the color correction layer are not formed as a single layer from the viewpoint of production efficiency, but as described above, the neon light absorbing layer and the color correction dye are applied to other layers such as an adhesive layer. It is preferable to contain it as a layer that also serves as a neon light absorption layer and a color correction layer. Even when it is formed as a single layer, the neon light absorber and the color correction pigment described in the above “2. First pressure-sensitive adhesive layer” can be used.
The ultraviolet absorbing layer may be an independent layer, or may be a layer that functions as an ultraviolet absorbing layer, in which another functional layer contains an ultraviolet absorber. Examples of the transparent substrate containing an ultraviolet absorber include “Tetron Film HB Type” (trade name) manufactured by Teijin Limited.
Examples of the ultraviolet absorber include organic compounds such as benzotriazole compounds, benzophenone compounds, salicylate compounds, and inorganic compounds composed of particulate zinc oxide, cerium oxide, and the like. If necessary, a radical scavenger such as a hindered amine radical scavenger is added in combination with the ultraviolet absorber in order to further promote the effect of preventing deterioration of the material due to the ultraviolet light. Examples of the binder resin used in the case of forming an independent layer include resins such as a polyester resin, a polyurethane resin, an acrylic resin, and an epoxy resin.
The antifouling layer is generally a water-repellent or oil-repellent coat, and a siloxane-based, fluorinated alkylsilyl compound or the like can be applied. A fluorine-based or silicone-based resin used as a water-repellent paint can be preferably used. For example, when the low refractive index layer of the antireflection layer is formed of SiO 2 , a fluorosilicate water-repellent paint is preferably used.

Second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer The second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer used in the present invention adheres the surface on the conductive layer side of the electromagnetic shielding material and the surface on the second transparent substrate side of the optical filter. The layer used. The second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not particularly limited as long as it is a layer capable of bonding the transparent substrate and the conductive layer, and may be a layer made of a so-called adhesive. .
Specifically, as the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the same resin material as described in “2. First pressure-sensitive adhesive layer” can be used.
Also in the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a near-infrared absorbing agent, a neon light absorbing agent and a color correction dye as described in the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are contained, and a near-infrared absorbing function, a neon light absorbing function and a color are included. A correction function may also be used.

Example 1
(1) Production of Electromagnetic Shielding Material FIG. 8 is a schematic configuration diagram of an apparatus for performing a transfer process for transferring the conductive composition onto the primer layer. The production process of the electromagnetic shielding material will be described using this. To do. First, as the first
Next, the PET film on which the
<Preparation of conductive composition (silver paste)>
After blending 93 parts by weight of scaly silver powder having an average particle diameter of 2 μm as the conductive powder, 7 parts by weight of thermoplastic polyester urethane resin as the binder resin, and 25 parts by weight of butyl carbitol acetate as the solvent, the mixture was sufficiently stirred and mixed. A conductive composition was prepared by kneading with three rolls.
Next, the transfer process performed is as follows. First, the PET film on which the
Regarding the sample at this stage, as a result of cross-sectional TEM observation of the conductive layer pattern 19 portion with an electron microscope, the
Subsequently, copper plating was performed with respect to the obtained transfer film. As a copper plating method, the obtained transfer film is immersed in a copper sulfate plating solution, and a current of 2 A / dm 2 is applied with a mesh-like conductive layer pattern formed on the surface as a cathode and a copper plate as an anode. Electrolytic copper plating was performed. An electromagnetic wave shielding material was obtained by selectively forming a copper plating film on the

And dried for 1 minute to form a first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The surface of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer was further protected by attaching a releasable release film.
(3) Production of optical filter Next, an optical filter in which an antiglare layer was laminated on one surface of the second transparent substrate was prepared. Specifically, first, as a second transparent substrate, a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate (PET) film (A4300: trade name, manufactured by Toyobo Co., Ltd.) having a thickness of 100 μm was prepared. Next, as an ionizing radiation curable resin, 70 parts by mass of pentaerythritol triacrylate (manufactured by Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd., refractive index 1.49) and 30 parts by mass of isocyanuric acid EO-modified diacrylate (Toagosei Co., Ltd.) Product, refractive index 1.51), acrylic polymer (Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd., molecular weight 75,000) 10.0 parts by mass, trade name Irgacure 184 (substance name; 1-hydroxy-) 15.0 parts by mass of styrene beads as light-transmitting fine particles (Soken Chemical Co., Ltd.) was added to an ultraviolet curable resin containing 5.0 parts by mass of cyclohexyl-phenyl-ketone, manufacturer: Ciba-Gaigi Co., Ltd. ), Particle size 3.5 μm, refractive index 1.60), 0.01 part by mass (trade name “10-28”) as a leveling agent (manufactured by The Inktec Co., Ltd.), 1 7.5 parts by mass, and cyclohexanone 54.6 parts by weight was sufficiently mixed to the coating solution.
(4) Manufacture of composite filter The surface on the conductive layer side of the obtained electromagnetic shielding material and the surface on the second transparent substrate side of the optical filter are bonded together via a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. A continuous band-like composite filter was obtained. Specifically, as the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, on the surface on the conductive layer side of the continuous band-shaped electromagnetic wave shielding material, using the same coating liquid and coating method as the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, the thickness A 25 μm second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer was formed. Next, in a state where the surface of the second adhesive layer side of the continuous band-shaped electromagnetic wave shielding shield material and the continuous band-shaped optical filter face each other, press and sandwich between a pair of laminating rollers to laminate did.
(5) Compositing of composite filter Using a cutting machine of a style in which the continuous band-shaped composite filter obtained as described above is sandwiched between a pair of male and female steel punching teeth, sheared and punched, The plasma display panel having a diagonal length of 50 inches was cut into a dimension covering the front surface of the plasma display panel to obtain a plurality of composite filters for each plasma display.
(Example 2)
In Example 1, an electromagnetic wave shielding material was produced in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the conductive carbon black powder shown below was previously contained in the conductive composition filled in the recess 64. The pattern shape was the same as in Example 1. Further, when the obtained pattern was visually observed from the back side of the pattern, it was found that the gloss was less than that in Example 1.
Next, a composite filter was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 using the obtained electromagnetic shielding material.
<Preparation of conductive composition (silver paste + carbon black)>
90 parts by weight of flaky silver powder having an average particle diameter of about 2 μm as conductive powder, 3 parts by weight of acetylene black (average particle diameter 35 nm) as carbon black, 7 parts by weight of thermoplastic polyester urethane resin as binder resin, and butyl carbyl as solvent 35 parts by weight of tall acetate was blended and sufficiently stirred and mixed, and then kneaded with three rolls to prepare a conductive composition.
(Comparative Example 1)
In Example 1, the conductive composition was transferred in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the primer layer was not applied to the easy-adhesion treated surface of the PET film. However, at that time, the transfer of the conductive composition onto the PET film was not sufficient, and disconnection and pattern loss occurred frequently. Further, the pattern thickness after drying was about 1 μm, and the transfer rate was extremely poor. Subsequent electrolytic copper plating could not be uniformly plated. The reason for this is that when the conductive composition other than the recess 64 is removed by the doctor blade 65, the
Next, a composite filter was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 using the obtained electromagnetic shielding material.
(Evaluation results)
The evaluation results for the electromagnetic wave shielding materials produced in Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Example 1 are summarized in Table 1, and the evaluation results for the composite filter are summarized in Table 2. In Table 1, the transferability is judged from the state of transfer of the conductive composition onto the film, and there is no missing mesh pattern, no deformation of the mesh pattern shape on the plate surface, and the transparent substrate of the transferred mesh pattern If the predetermined mesh pattern is uniformly transferred without any floating (good adhesion), the one that can be visually confirmed by observation with a microscope magnified 300 times is evaluated as “good”. That are not transferred in the same manner, that is, those in which one or more of missing mesh patterns, deformation to the mesh pattern shape on the printing plate, or floating of the transferred mesh pattern from the transparent substrate is visually recognized. Rated as “bad”. Moreover, in Table 2, electromagnetic wave shielding property is -30 decibels in the range of 200 to 600 MHz as a result of measuring electromagnetic wave shielding characteristics of the obtained composite filter using a shielding material evaluator (manufactured by Advantest Corporation, TR17301A). Those having a shielding characteristic of less than about were evaluated as “good”, and those having a shielding characteristic higher than about −30 decibel were evaluated as “bad”.
