Claims (2)

キャビネットと電気機器と該電気機器を操作する操作部とを備えた厨房装置において、キャビネットの前面に操作部を取り出し可能に固定するための前開口部を設けると共に、該前開口部の左右両側の内側面に操作部を略水平に支持する左右一対の支持金具を設け、各支持金具は前開口部の前端部近傍に位置すると共に操作部の前後幅以下で且つその前後幅の約1/2以下の前後幅を有する操作部載置部を備えていることを特徴とする厨房装置。   In a kitchen apparatus including a cabinet, an electric device, and an operation unit for operating the electric device, a front opening is provided on the front surface of the cabinet so that the operation unit can be taken out and fixed on both sides of the front opening.
