Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 患者体内の目標の場所に送達するために内視鏡の起上台の把持スロットと協働する送達装置において、
内部ルーメンと、突起が形成されている外面とを含むカテーテルであって、前記突起は、前記外面から半径方向に伸張しており、前記突起は、前記起上台と係合するように作られている、カテーテルを備えている装置。 - 前記カテーテルが前記把持スロットに着座しているときに、患者体内に送達するために、前記カテーテルの前記内部ルーメンを通して配置される細長い部材を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記突起は複数の突起である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記突起は、前記外面に円周状に、互いに長手方向の関係に互いに間隔を空けて形成されている少なくとも一対の突起であり、前記少なくとも一対の突起は、前記カテーテルの前記外面から半径方向に伸張しており、前記少なくとも一対の突起は、前記カテーテルを一時的に長手方向に固定するために前記起上台を受ける係留区域を画定している、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記カテーテルは、遠位部分と、そこから伸張している遠位端を含んでおり、前記突起は、前記遠位部分に形成され、前記遠位端から近位方向に間隔を空けて配置されている、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記突起のそれぞれは、軸回転点を有しており、前記カテーテルを後退させるとき前記起上台に押し付けられると、前記軸回転点の回りに折り畳まれる、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記突起は、前記外面に螺旋形に形成された回転部材であり、前記回転部材は、前記起上台の前記把持スロットと協働しており、前記把持スロット内の前記カテーテルを回転させると、前記カテーテルが前記目標の場所に対して少しずつ動く、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記カテーテルは、遠位部分と、そこから伸張している遠位端を含んでおり、前記回転部材は、前記遠位部分に配置されており、前記遠位端から間隔を空けて配置されている、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記回転部材は、前記遠位部分だけに配置されている、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記突起は、前記カテーテルの前記外面に沿って長手方向に形成された自己定位性のリッジであり、前記自己定位性のリッジは、前記起上台の前記把持スロットと協働し、前記リッジは、前記把持スロットに受けられ、前記カテーテルが前記起上台に対して回転するのを防ぐように作られている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記カテーテルは、遠位部分と、そこから伸張している遠位端を含んでおり、前記リッジは、前記遠位部分に形成され、前記遠位端から間隔を空けて配置されている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記自己定位性のリッジは、複数の自己定位性のリッジである、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記カテーテルは、遠位部分と近位部分を有しており、前記近位部分の上には、内視鏡検査中に前記カテーテルの場所を識別するために、標示マーカーが配置されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 医療機器を患者体内に送達するための強化された特徴を有する内視鏡システムにおいて、
可動的に取り付けられた起上台を含む、遠位先端まで伸張する挿入管であって、前記起上台は、その上に把持スロットを画定する内側が形成されている、挿入管と、
内部ルーメンと、突起が形成されている外面とを含むカテーテルであって、前記突起は、前記外面から半径方向に伸張しており、前記突起は、前記起上台と係合するように作られている、カテーテルと、を備えているシステム。 - 前記突起は、前記外面に円周状に、互いに長手方向の関係に形成されている少なくとも一対の突起であり、前記少なくとも一対の突起は、前記カテーテルの前記外面から半径方向に伸張しており、前記少なくとも一対の突起は、前記カテーテルを一時的に長手方向に固定するために前記起上台を受ける係留区域を画定している、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記突起は、前記外面に螺旋形に形成された回転部材であり、前記回転部材は、前記起上台用の把持スロットと協働しており、前記把持スロット内の前記カテーテルを回転させると、前記カテーテルが前記目標の場所に対して少しずつ動く、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記突起は、前記カテーテルの前記外面に沿って長手方向に形成された自己定位性のリッジであり、前記自己定位性のリッジは、前記起上台の前記把持スロットと協働し、前記リッジは、前記把持スロットに受けられ、前記カテーテルが前記起上台に対して回転するのを防ぐように作られている、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 患者体内での送達性を向上させるために、内視鏡の起上台と協働する装置を係留する方法において、
カテーテルを患者の解剖学的構造に挿入する段階であって、前記カテーテルは、内部ルーメンと、突起が形成されている外面とを含んでおり、前記突起は、前記外面から半径方向に伸張しており、前記突起は、前記起上台と係合するように作られている、カテーテルを挿入する段階と、
前記カテーテルを、前記患者の解剖学的構造の目標の場所の中で位置決めする段階と、
前記突起を前記起上台と係合させ、前記カテーテルの前記目標区域に対する前記位置を固定する段階と、から成る方法。 - 前記突起は、前記外面に円周状に、互いに長手方向関係に互いに間隔を空けて形成されている少なくとも一対の突起であり、前記少なくとも一対の突起は、前記カテーテルの前記外面から半径方向に伸張しており、前記少なくとも一対の突起は、それらの間に係留区域を画定しており、更に、前記突起を前記起上台と係合させる段階は、前記起上台を前記係留区域に受け、前記カテーテルの前記目標の場所に対する前記長手方向の位置を一時的に固定する段階を含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記突起は、前記外面に螺旋形に形成され、前記起上台と協働する回転部材であり、更に、前記方法は、前記カテーテルを前記起上台に対して回転させ、前記カテーテルを前記目標の場所に対して少しずつ動かす段階を含んでいる、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記突起は、前記カテーテルの前記外面に沿って長手方向に形成され、前記起上台と協働する自己定位性のリッジであり、更に、前記突起を前記起上台と係合させる段階は、前記リッジを係合させて、前記目標の場所に対する前記カテーテルの回転方向の位置を固定する段階を含んでいる、請求項18に記載の方法。
