Description
前記体液溢出防止シースとを備え、該シースが、該シースの内部に配される前記関節内視鏡器具の外面と該シース内面との間に、液が流通することを可能とする大きさおよび形状を持つ内径を有し、該シース内面から内側に延び、前記シースにそって長軸方向に走る少なくとも一つのリブの内部に配される排出腔を有し、前記リブは、前記関節内視鏡器具の外面と、前記シースの内面との間に、少なくとも一つの外方腔を定め、前記シースが、前記関節内視鏡器具の上に取り外し可能に配されることを特徴とする関節内視鏡手術システムである。
関節内視鏡手術処置を実行するのに好適な関節内視鏡手術器具と、体液溢出防止シースとを備え、該関節内視鏡手術器具の外面に、少なくとも一つの長軸チャンネルを設け、該シースの内面と該シースの内部に配される前記関節内視鏡器具の外面との間に、液が流通することを可能とする大きさおよび形状を持つ内径、および、前記シースに少なくとも一つの排出口、及び/又は流入又は流出口を設け、該シースが、前記チャンネルと前記シースの内面との間に排出腔、又は外方腔を定め、かつ、前記関節内視鏡器具の上に取り外し可能に配置されることを特徴とする前記システムである。

Claims (18)
- 体内手術部位において関節内視鏡手術を実行するための、関節内視鏡器具と共に使用される体液溢出防止シースであって、
遠位部分、近位部分、外面、内面、内径、および外径によって特徴づけられるチューブを備え、
前記チューブの内面から内側に延び、前記チューブに沿って長軸方向に走る複数のリブを有し、前記関節内視鏡器具が前記シースに挿入されると、前記関節内視鏡器具と前記リブの間にシールを形成し、
前記リブの少なくとも一つの内部に配され、前記少なくとも一つのリブの中を長軸方向に走る複数の排出腔を有し、
該排出腔は、前記チューブの外部と連通しており、
前記チューブの遠位部分に少なくとも一つの流入又は流出口が設けられ、
前記排出腔と前記流入又は流出口は液的に連通し、
前記流入又は流出口から近位側に隔てられて配されるように排出口を少なくとも1つ以上設け、
該排出口は、前記チューブの外部と連通しており、
手術部位で使用されるとき、前記流入又は流出口が手術部位内に配され、前記排出口が手術部位を被う生体組織内に配されるように設けることを特徴とする体液溢出防止シース。 - 前記リブが、フランジをさらに含み、前記フランジが、関節内視鏡器具が前記シース内に配置された場合、前記リブと前記関節内視鏡器具の外面との間にシールを形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の体液溢出防止シース。
- 前記リブが、さらに突起を含み、前記突起が、関節内視鏡器具が前記シース内に配置された場合、前記リブと前記関節内視鏡器具の外面との間にシールを形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の体液溢出防止シース。
- 前記関節内視鏡器具が前記シースの内部に配置されたとき、前記関節内視鏡器具の外面と前記チューブの内面との間に定められる少なくとも一つの外方腔を形成し、該外方腔は前記排出口と液的に連通することを特徴とする請求項1記載の体液溢出防止シース。
- 前記少なくとも一つの排出腔と、前記少なくとも一つの排出口は、液的に連通することを特徴とする請求項1記載の体液溢出防止シース。
- その近位部分に配置されるハブをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の体液溢出防止シース。
- 体内手術部位において関節内視鏡手術を実行するためのシステムであって、
関節内視鏡手術処置を実行するのに好適な関節内視鏡器具と、
前記体液溢出防止シースとを備え、
該シースが、該シースの内部に配される前記関節内視鏡器具の外面と該シース内面との間に、液が流通することを可能とする大きさおよび形状を持つ内径を有し、
該シース内面から内側に延び、前記シースにそって長軸方向に走る少なくとも一つのリブの内部に配される排出腔を有し、
前記リブは、前記関節内視鏡器具の外面と、前記シースの内面との間に、少なくとも一つの外方腔を定め、
前記シースが、前記関節内視鏡器具の上に取り外し可能に配されることを特徴とする関節内視鏡手術システム。 - 前記排出腔と液的に連通し、前記シースの中央部分に配される少なくとも一つの排出口をさらに含み、該排出口は、該排出腔から該シースの外部まで連通し、
手術部位で使用されるとき、チューブ遠位に設けられる流入又は流出口が手術部位内に配され、前記排出口が手術部位を被う生体組織内に配されるように設けることを特徴とする請求項7記載のシステム。 - 前記関節内視鏡が前記シースの内部に配置されたとき、前記関節内視鏡器具の外面と前記チューブの内面との間に定められる少なくとも一つの外方腔と、前記少なくとも一つの流入又は流出口は、液的に連通することを特徴とする請求項7記載のシステム。
- 前記排出腔と液的に連通する真空源をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7記載のシステム。
- 関節内視鏡手術を実行するためのシステムであって、
関節内視鏡手術処置を実行するのに好適な関節内視鏡手術器具と、
体液溢出防止シースとを備え、
該関節内視鏡手術器具の外面に、少なくとも一つの長軸チャンネルを設け、
該シースの内面と該シースの内部に配される前記関節内視鏡器具の外面との間に、液が流通することを可能とする大きさおよび形状を持つ内径、および、前記シースに少なくとも一つの排出口、及び/又は流入又は流出口を設け、
該シースが、前記チャンネルと前記シースの内面との間に排出腔、又は外方腔を定め、かつ、前記関節内視鏡器具の上に取り外し可能に配置されることを特徴とする前記システム。 - 前記シースの中央部分に配される前記少なくとも一つの排出口が、外方腔と同軸に整列されるとき、該外方腔と液的に連通するように設置されることを特徴とする請求項11記載のシステム。
- 関節内視鏡手術を実行するための方法であって、
関節内視鏡手術処置を実行するのに好適な前記関節内視鏡器具を準備すること、
前記シースの中央部分に少なくとも一つの排出口を設けた体液溢出防止シースを準備すること、
前記シースの中に前記関節内視鏡器具を配置すること、
前記少なくとも一つの排出口を、関節内視鏡手術野を取り囲む組織と液的に連通するように設置すること、
前記関節内視鏡器具によって関節内視鏡手術処置を実行すること、および、
前記関節内視鏡手術処置の際、前記関節内視鏡手術野を取り囲む組織から前記排出口を通じて液を排出することを含む前記方法。 - 前記関節内視鏡手術野に向かう流体の流入速度を上回る、前記術野を取り囲む組織からの流体の流出速度を実現する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- 流出速度が流入速度を約10%〜15%上回ることを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。
- 前記関節内視鏡手術処置が、肩の関節内視鏡手術であることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 体液溢出防止シースであって、
関節内視鏡器具の外径の周囲に緊密に合致する大きさおよび形状を持つ内径によって特徴づけられる内部チューブと、
前記内部チューブの周囲に配される外部チューブと、
前記内部および外部チューブの間に延び、かつ、前記シースの長さにそって走る複数のリブを含み、
前記内部チューブ、前記外部チューブ、および前記複数のリブは、前記内部および外部チューブの間に延び、かつ、前記シースの長さにそって走る、複数の外方腔の境界を定め、
関節内視鏡手術処置の際、前記外部チューブの中央部分に配される複数の排出口が前記排出腔と液的に連通し、関節内視鏡手術野を取り囲む組織から液体を排出することを特徴とする体液溢出防止シース。 - 前記外部チューブの上に配される滑走可能スリーブをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項17記載のシース。
