Abstract
Description
a)負荷方向に対する耐久性により、骨ネジの長軸に垂直する耐荷重性機能を有する改良されたネジ型装置と;
b)ハンマリングが必要ではなく、たとえば、術中短縮術におけるブレイドの縦軸に作用している荷重に対する改良された耐久性により改良された挿入手術を可能にする(たとえば、内部手術収縮操作において)改良されたブレイド型装置を提供することを目的とする。
a)前部4において、柄2の直径と等しい直径を有する骨ネジの咬合長さに基づいて穴を事前にドリルする。
b)骨ネジ1のネジ山3が骨と接触するまで先端を前記の事前に掘られて穴に導入する。
c)軽く骨ネジを回転し、軸圧力によりネジ山が骨内のグリップを発見する。骨ネジ1が第一グリップを発見した時に、更なる圧力は必要なく、骨ネジ1の単純な回転がネジとブレイドを骨に挿入する。
d)ブレイド7の後部が骨と接触する時に、回転を中止し、装置が適切に配置される。
e)ブロッキング構造の引き締めにより、骨ネジ1とブレイド7は互いに対してブロックされる。
Claims (21)
- 骨又は骨断片の固定に使用され、縦軸(6)を有する骨接合装置であって、
A)ネジ山(3)を持つ柄(2)を有する骨ネジ(1)と、前部(4)および後部(5)を含み、前記のネジ山(3)は最大直径dを有し、さらに、
B)骨ネジ(1)の前部(4)と連結される導入部(8)を有する翼状のブレイド(7)と、骨ネジ(1)の後部(5)に連結される末尾部(9)から構成され、
C)前記のブレイド(7)はさらに、導入部(8)と末尾部(9)の間において、長さIで幅W≧dである同軸的縦開口(17)を備え、
D)前記ブレイド(7)は、前記骨ネジ(1)の前記柄(3)に同軸的で回転的に取り付けられることを特徴とする骨接合装置。 - 前記ブレイド(7)と前記骨ネジ(1)との間における回転をブロックまたはブロック解除できるように、ブロック手段(15)が備えられる請求項1に記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記ブレイド(7)が、末尾部(9)に位置する套管(18)を含み、前記套管(18)は縦軸(6)と同軸で広がる中央穴(21)を有し、前記骨ネジ(1)を部分的に収納するのに適する請求項1または2に記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記中央穴(21)が内部ネジ山(22)を備え、前記ブロック手段(15)が、套管(18)の内部ネジ山(22)に挿入可能なネジ部品(23)から構成される請求項3に記載の骨接合装置。
- 骨ネジ(1)が、套管(18)内の中央穴(21)の円形円筒部分(24)に摺動自在に合致するネジ頭(10)を含む請求項3または4に記載の骨接合装置。
- 套管(18)内の中央穴(21)が、円形円筒部(24)とブレイド(7)との間に収縮部分(26)を含み、ショルダ(25)がネジ頭(10)に隣接するように形成される請求項5に記載の骨接合装置。
- ブレイド(7)に、導入部(8)の末端面に位置する刃先(13)を少なくとも一つを備える請求項1乃至6の何れかに記載の骨接合装置。
- ブレイド(7)に、縦軸(6)で交差し、角α<180°を囲む二つの刃先(13)を備える請求項1乃至7の何れかに記載の骨接合装置。
- 套管(18)が、ブレイド(7)の反対側に位置する套管(18)の方向に先細くなる円錐形の外部側面積(28)を備える請求項3乃至8の何れかに記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記ブレイド(7)が、0.2mmから3.0mm範囲、好ましくは0.5mmから1.5mm範囲の厚さを有する請求項1乃至9の何れかに記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記ブレイド(7)が、前記縦軸(10)に横に測定される幅を有し、その範囲が4mmから50mmで、好ましくは10mmから25mmである請求項1乃至10に記載の骨接合装置。
- ネジ山(3)の外部直径が、前記前部(4)の範囲を除いて、一定である請求項1乃至11に記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記柄(2)が、前記後部(5)から前記前部(4)方向に先細くなり、好ましくは円錐形状である請求項1乃至12の何れかに記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記柄(2)が、0.5°から5°の範囲の円錐角を有する請求項13に記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記ブレイド(7)が一つまたはより多くの穿孔(11)を備える請求項1乃至14の何れかに記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記穿孔(11)が、0.5−3.0mmの範囲の直径を有する請求項15に記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記穿孔(11)が、前記ブレイド(7)の総表面積の40%より小さい総面積を有する請求項15または16に記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記柄(2)と前記ブレイド(7)にカニューレが挿入される請求項1乃至17の何れかに記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記柄(2)が、その前部(8)において、1.0mmの最小直径を有する請求項1乃至18の何れかに記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記柄(2)が、その後部(9)において、15mmの最大直径を有する請求項1乃至19の何れかに記載の骨接合装置。
- 前記ネジ山(3)が、前記後部(9)において、最小値0.2mmの深度を有する請求項1乃至20の何れかに記載の骨接合装置。
