Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a stop control device for a hybrid vehicle.
However, during the fuel cut, only air is sent to the catalyst provided in the engine exhaust passage. If it does so, a catalyst atmosphere will be in a lean state and the amount of oxygen accumulate | stored in a catalyst will increase. Therefore, nitrogen oxides (hereinafter referred to as “NOx”) are difficult to be reduced, and there is a problem that NOx discharged into the atmosphere at the time of engine restart increases.
The present invention has been made paying attention to such a conventional problem, and an object thereof is to reduce NOx discharged into the atmosphere when the engine is restarted.
The present invention solves the above problems by the following means. In addition, in order to make an understanding easy, although the code | symbol corresponding to embodiment of this invention is attached | subjected, it is not limited to this.
The present invention relates to an engine (1) for generating power for a vehicle, a power storage device (5) for storing electric power, and an output shaft (11) of the engine (1) via an input shaft (41) via a clutch (2). Connected to the motor (4), which is driven by the power storage device (5) to generate power of the vehicle, and an exhaust purification catalyst (provided with an oxygen storage function) provided in the exhaust passage (33) of the engine (1). 332), and a hybrid vehicle stop control device that drives the vehicle using the power of either one or both of the engine (1) and the motor (4), and includes only the motor (4). Motor travel request determination means (S1) that determines whether or not there is a motor travel request for driving the vehicle using power, and when the motor travel request is present, when the engine rotational speed is reduced to the first predetermined rotational speed, An engine shut-off means (S2, S4, S5) for releasing the clutch (2) to shut off the engine (1) and the motor (4), and the engine (1) shut off from the motor (4). A combustion gas supply means (S6) for injecting fuel supplied during idle operation and supplying combustion gas to the exhaust gas purification catalyst (332); and a second engine speed lower than the first rotational speed. Combustion gas supply stop means (S7) for stopping supply of the combustion gas when the rotational speed is reduced.
While the engine rotation speed before stopping the engine is within a predetermined range (between the first rotation speed and the second rotation speed), fuel injection is performed and combustion gas is supplied to the exhaust purification catalyst. It can suppress that a catalyst atmosphere becomes a lean state. Therefore, NOx discharged into the atmosphere when the engine is restarted can be reduced.

In addition to the sensor signals described above, the controller 7 includes an engine

The controller 7 calculates the required driving force based on the detected accelerator operation amount and vehicle speed, and controls the torque of the
The controller 7 calculates the basic fuel injection amount of the

The engine stop condition includes an accelerator operation amount being smaller than a predetermined amount, a brake pedal being depressed, and a vehicle speed being smaller than a predetermined value. The engine restart condition includes that the accelerator operation amount is larger than a predetermined amount and that the brake pedal is not depressed.
As described above, the
However, since the fuel injection is stopped when the
Such a problem is a problem that occurs in all vehicles on which the
Therefore, in this embodiment, stop control of the hybrid vehicle described below is performed. In this stop control, when the engine is running only by the driving force of the motor generator 4 and the engine rotational speed becomes lower than the first rotational speed, the
FIG. 3 is a flowchart for explaining stop control of the hybrid vehicle according to the present embodiment. The controller 7 repeatedly executes this routine at a predetermined calculation cycle (for example, 10 milliseconds).
In step S1, the controller 7 determines whether or not there is a request for switching to motor travel. Specifically, it is determined whether or not the travel mode is switched to motor travel according to the required driving force calculated based on the accelerator operation amount and the vehicle speed. If there is a request for motor travel, the controller 7 shifts the process to step S2, and if there is no request for motor travel, the controller 7 ends the current process.
In step S2, the controller 7 determines whether or not the engine rotation speed is lower than a predetermined first rotation speed (for example, 1800 [rpm]). If the engine rotational speed is lower than the first rotational speed, the controller 7 proceeds to step S4. On the other hand, if it is higher than the first rotation speed, the process proceeds to step S3.

In step S4, the controller 7 determines whether or not the engine rotation speed is lower than the first rotation speed and lower than a predetermined second rotation speed (for example, 1200 [rpm]) that is higher than the idle rotation speed. If the engine rotational speed is higher than the second rotational speed, the controller 7 proceeds to step S5. On the other hand, if it is lower than the second rotation speed, the process proceeds to step S7.

In step S7, the controller 7 restarts the fuel cut and stops the fuel injection.
FIG. 4 is a time chart for explaining the operation of the stop control of the hybrid vehicle. In addition, in order to clarify the correspondence with the flowchart, description will be made with the step number of the flowchart.
At time t1, the accelerator operation amount becomes zero (FIG. 4A), and coasting (inertia traveling) starts.
No、S3)。 When the vehicle speed becomes lower than the predetermined vehicle speed at time t2 (FIG. 4B), if the battery charge amount is equal to or greater than the predetermined value, there is a motor travel request (FIG. 4F; Yes in S1). Since the engine speed is higher than the first speed at time t2 (FIG. 4D), fuel cut is performed (FIG. 4C; No in S2, S3).
When the engine rotational speed becomes lower than the first rotational speed at time t3 (FIG. 4 (D); Yes in S2, No in S4), the controller 7 releases the first clutch 2 (clutch disengagement) (FIG. 4 ( E); S5), the fuel cut is terminated, and the
When the engine rotational speed becomes lower than the second rotational speed at time t4 (FIG. 4 (D); Yes in S4), the controller 7 resumes fuel cut and stops fuel injection (FIG. 4 (C); S7). .
According to the embodiment described above, when the
Thereby, the combustion gas can be sent to the
Further, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the catalyst temperature due to the flow of air that is lower in temperature than the combustion gas into the
Further, when the
