Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger that releases heat by a refrigerant flowing inside.
As this type of heat exchanger, one in which a refrigerant channel is formed inside by connecting fin members having a plurality of fins is known. In such a heat exchanger, as shown in FIG. 16, according to the velocity distribution of the refrigerant flowing between the
Under such circumstances, in the heat exchanger, in order to suppress the formation of the
By the way, in order to offset the fin members, it is conceivable to use a combination of two types of fin members having different fin arrangements. However, in order to form two types of fin members having different fin arrangements as described above, two types of fin member forming dies are required. For this reason, there existed a problem that the manufacturing cost of a fin member increased.
However, in the technique disclosed in
Further, when the fin member is formed, for example, casting or forging cannot cope with the production of fine parts, and the cooling performance cannot be improved by miniaturizing the fin structure. For this reason, fin members suitable for fine parts such as semiconductor elements have been manufactured mainly by cutting a molding material formed by extrusion molding. In that case, in order to ensure the flow path (slit) of a refrigerant | coolant between the fins of an adjacent fin member, it was necessary to cut into the fin both ends of a fin member. Thus, there is a problem that not only a long time is required for the slit processing, but also the manufacturing cost of the fin member is increased.
Furthermore, in this technique, two types of fin members having different fin arrangements are arranged side by side next to each other. For this reason, there exists a possibility that the incorrect assembly | attachment of a fin member may arise.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a heat exchanger that can be manufactured easily and at low cost and can easily change the degree of deviation of the offset arrangement. .
The heat exchanger according to the present invention, which has been made to solve the above-described problems, includes a fin member having the same shape in which a plurality of fins are arranged at intervals in a direction intersecting a refrigerant flow direction inside a frame. A heat exchanger in which refrigerant flow paths are formed side by side in the refrigerant flow direction so that the frames are arranged so that the positions of the fins of the adjacent fin members are shifted in the intersecting direction. A holding portion for holding each fin member is provided.
In this heat exchanger, the fin member is held by the holding portion provided in the frame so that the fin positions of the adjacent fin members are shifted in the direction intersecting the refrigerant flow direction. For this reason, the shift | offset | difference degree of the fin position between adjacent fin members can be changed by changing the shape of a holding | maintenance part.
Moreover, in this heat exchanger, the refrigerant | coolant flow path is formed by arranging the fin member of the same shape. For this reason, all the fin members can be manufactured from one type of mold. Therefore, a heat exchanger can be manufactured easily and at low cost.
In the heat exchanger according to the present invention, it is preferable that the holding portion includes a recess for fitting at least one end portion of the fin member in the intersecting direction.
In this heat exchanger, the fin member can be held by inserting and inserting at least one end portion of the fin member in the intersecting direction into the recess provided in the holding portion. By constructing the holding portion with such a simple structure, the heat exchanger according to the present invention can be easily and inexpensively manufactured. Further, since the fin member is fitted and held in the concave portion provided in the holding portion, the holding position of the fin member in the intersecting direction can be changed only by changing the depth of the concave portion. Thereby, the shift | offset | difference degree of the fin position between adjacent fin members can be changed easily.
The following (1) and (2) can be illustrated as an aspect of the holding part according to this heat exchanger.
(1) The holding portion includes a concave portion for fitting one end portion of the fin member in the intersecting direction and a convex portion for contacting the other end portion of the fin member in the intersecting direction. According to this aspect, one end of the fin member in the intersecting direction is fitted and held in the recess, and the other end of the fin member in the intersecting direction is held in contact with the projection. be able to. As a result, the fin member can be reliably held by the holding portion having such a simple structure.
(2) The holding portion is a first recess for fitting one end portion in the intersecting direction of the fin member and a second portion for inserting the other end portion in the intersecting direction of the fin member. The aspect provided with the recessed part According to this aspect, the both ends in the said crossing direction of a fin member can be inserted and hold | maintained at each recessed part. As a result, the fin member can be more reliably held by the holding portion having such a simple structure.
In the heat exchanger according to the present invention, it is preferable that the holding unit holds the adjacent fin members so that the adjacent fin members are arranged at a predetermined interval.
In this heat exchanger, adjacent fin members are held at predetermined intervals by the holding portion. Here, when manufacturing a fin member by extrusion molding, in order to secure a coolant channel between adjacent fin members, it is necessary to scrape off both ends of the fins between adjacent fin members by machining or the like. On the other hand, in this heat exchanger, since the adjacent fin members are held at intervals, a refrigerant flow path (slit) can be secured between the fins of the adjacent fin members. Thereby, since the cutting for slit formation can be omitted, the processing time and processing cost required for manufacturing the fin member can be reduced. Therefore, a heat exchanger can be manufactured easily and at low cost.
In the heat exchanger according to the present invention, it is desirable that the fin member is formed to be symmetrical in the intersecting direction.
In this heat exchanger, since the fin members are formed so as to be symmetrical in the intersecting direction, there is no need to adjust the orientation of the arrangement in the intersecting direction during assembly. Thereby, generation | occurrence | production of a misassembly can be prevented. Therefore, the manufacturing process of the heat exchanger according to the present invention can be made easier.
In the heat exchanger according to the present invention, it is desirable that the displacement of the fins of the adjacent fin members is smaller than the arrangement interval of the fins in the fin members.
In this way, by making the deviation of the fins of adjacent fin members smaller than the fin arrangement interval in each fin member, the offset arrangement can be reliably realized with a slight deviation without greatly changing the shape of the frame. Can do. Therefore, the heat exchanger according to the present invention can be manufactured easily and at low cost, and the degree of deviation of the offset arrangement can be easily changed.
According to the heat exchanger according to the present invention, as described above, the heat exchanger can be manufactured easily and at low cost, and the degree of deviation of the offset arrangement can be easily changed.
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a most preferred embodiment in which a heat exchanger of the present invention is embodied will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, a case where the heat exchanger according to the present invention is applied to a semiconductor element which is a heating element will be described. The heat exchangers according to the following two embodiments are for releasing heat by a refrigerant (for example, cooling water) flowing inside, and for cooling a semiconductor element that is required to have a small size and high cooling performance. It is.
[First embodiment]
図6は、図2に示す熱交換器における、(a)がVI(a)−VI(a)断面図、(b)がVI(b)−VI(b)断面図である。 The heat exchanger according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is an overall configuration diagram of a heat exchanger according to the first embodiment. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the inside of the heat exchanger shown in FIG. 1 as viewed from below. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a fin member of the heat exchanger. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing a mold provided in the frame of the heat exchanger. FIG. 5 is a partially enlarged view showing the same frame. 6A is a cross-sectional view of VI (a) -VI (a), and FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view of VI (b) -VI (b) in the heat exchanger shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 2, six
As shown in FIG. 3, each
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 4,
Furthermore,
By configuring the concave and
Further, in the
Next, the manufacturing process of the fin member provided in the heat exchanger having the above configuration will be briefly described with reference to FIG. FIG. 7 is an explanatory view showing the manufacturing process of the fin member.
The manufacturing process of the
(A) In the extrusion molding process, the
Subsequently, in the (b) material cutting step, the
Thereafter, in the (d) slit processing step, cutting is performed on both ends of the
The
The effects of the
The refrigerant is introduced from the
Here, in the
On the other hand, the

[Second Embodiment]
A heat exchanger according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 11 is a plan view showing a mold provided in the frame of the heat exchanger. FIG. 12 is a partially enlarged view showing the same frame. Note that in the second embodiment, the same components as those in the first embodiment described above are denoted by the same reference numerals in the drawings, and the description thereof will be omitted as appropriate. Hereinafter, differences will be mainly described.
As shown in FIG. 8, the
As shown in FIG. 9, six
As shown in FIG. 10, each
The
As shown in FIG. 8, the
As shown in FIG. 11,
And this recessed
Similarly, as shown in FIG. 11,
The
By configuring the concave and
Here, in this embodiment, the pitch P is set so that the width L4 of the
As described above, according to the
Further, in this
[Example of change]
Next, a modified example of the
As shown in FIG. 14, this modified example is different from that of the second embodiment in that a fixing
By forming the concave and
As described above, in this modified example, since the fixing
Further, by changing the shapes of the concavo-
It should be noted that the above-described embodiment is merely an example, and does not limit the present invention in any way, and various improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the present invention is applied to a semiconductor element is shown. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the present invention can be applied to various fine parts that require a cooling effect. it can.
